The vehicle look clean but once I had drove it it lack air conditioning. I had the vehicle for 10 hours and it was not a good drive to no AC. Uhaul needs better service mechanic to look over their vehicle. I've have rented for this location at lease three times and this time it was not a good experience.Francisco M.

Service rep was horribly angry and rude. Uhaul costed 170$ more than both the quote that I received from uhaul and the estimate that I researched that very day. Had to drive 60 miles away to pick up the trailer from a different location. Terrible experiencePatrick B.

Rented trailer and pick-up. It was very rainy and pick up had no traction on hills. Ended up borrowing my friends 4 wheel drive vehicle. Store said no 4wd pickups. I wasted my money on the uhaul pickup. Trailer was good.David D.

The facility is great and some of the employees were also great. The manager was underwhelming. We called multiple times and could never speak to anyone at the local facility. When we made the trip up there for a lost key, we were told that they would call a locksmith and then call us to meet him and have the lock cut off. I later got the locksmith charge on my bill when the lock had not been cut and we had not been called. After being told the locksmith would come, I over heard the manager telling an employee just to tell customers in the future that they don't cut locks. After the $50 charge for nothing, the manager went and cut the lock himself. This is the Cliff's Notes version, but because of the lost key and locksmith situation, we didn't have access to the unit for months and basically only got the lock cut off in time for a move to another state.ERICA M. | Overall Experience

Stop charging customers for the insurance when they declined it and there is a lack of communication between employees when one employee tells you that if you need to extend the rental just call and it's not a problem then another tells you you have to bring the truck back so you go out of your way to return the truck a still get charged the extra day when you still had 20 more hours before the end of the day, there are 24 hours in a day so stop double charging customers for the same truck.Richard T.

Customer service is poor. I had a reservation the day prior to this truck pick up a d they had the door closed before closing time and refused to open it and allow me to pick up my truck which delayed my move by a day. They I had to wash down the truck I did get which delayed me an additional day causing me to pay more money For vacating the apartment after the first of the month. Clean the trucks. The cabin was filthy. Garbage was left in it. Coffee was spilled on the seats and not cleaned. The cup holders were filthy with cru, crumbs, and junk. The steering wheel was sticky. The cabin smelled so bad I had to drive with my mask on and the windows down despite how cold it was outside.Frantz C.

I reserved a cargo van online. Had some confusion with the address given to pick up the cargo van, I then tried to call for clearer directions with no response. I finally get to the uhaul location and get in my van.. heading home a â€œbrake bulbs faultâ€ starts to pop up I again try to call to let them know about it and was on the phone waiting for a response for 20 min. Finally I speak to someone and she tells me I have to report it to the road side assistance center?? Was no help. Back on hold I went and waited for someone to answer for another 10 min. She said they could either send someone out to fix the light or I can go back to uhaul for a new van. Long story short I had to go all the way back to get a different van it was a hassleKeanna M.
I refused the first truck because of very strong smell of cannabis. The second truck same thing smelled like cannabis but not as bad as the first truck was dirty. The employee staff friendly knowledgeable. Due to the fact I was pressed for time I was actually forced to take the second truck if I had more time I would've went somewhere else. Are used the contactless service that requires you to have the phone. The truck was not in the location stated on the phone. The supplies I rented were not in the truck. And the app instructed me to get the keys from the attendant which is certainly not contactless. The return process was effortless.David W.

The storage unit was clean, easy to access, safe and secure, the staff was very helpful and professional. The carts were always available for my use and the door and elevator are large enough to accommodate 4 carts at once!
