The first truck they checked me into would not start and so they put me in another one when i got in it regestered on empty so i had to chance taking it to a gas station to get gas i put 40 in. Upon returning the truck one of the guys checking the truck back in was saying that there was an issue with the gas line or something that wasnt regersting the amount of gas proplerly so chances are i didnt even need to put gas in. The other thing that bothered me is i had to pull the truck out of it parking stall myself they didnt bring it up for meVictoria C.
The trailer I rented had a taillight that was out. Got pulled over by law enforcement but luckily was let off with a warning due to the trailer being a rental. I was assured before leaving that all the lights were working by the staff at this facility.Gurinder D.

You can clean the trucks out before people rent them. Not just give them to the next person. The truck we had smells so bad. The cup holders were filthy. I had to clean it when I go home just for peace of mind and spray it with Lysol. As much as I had to pay. It could have been better. ðŸ¤¢Suzette D.

When I picked up there was only one associate working and lots of people in line. I literally waited over an hour to receive help with my reservation. However when I dropped off there were 2 people working and they actually had me in and out of there in less than 15 mins. Overall I was satisfied with the service.Kiaundra C.
When I got in the vehicle the dash indicated a low tire. I informed the attendant and he filled the tire but do not inspect to see why it was low. Before leaving the lot I found a nail in the sidewall of left rear. This was a one-way to San Diego so it could have been a real problem.ROBERT M.

If you are offering reservations you should guarantee them and not make your customers run around from location to location to get the reserved item. It's a haste to rent from you because your corporation doesn't know where your rentals are to take care of your customersMichael C.

The employees are great but the truck had some issues. It made a grinding noise when turning the steering wheel. It felt as though it was going to break off the column. Also when driving the truck was slow shifting gears, even when pushing gass peddle to the floor. I did NOT feel safe at all.YOLANDA P.

The rear right ramp metal lacth to close ramp was broken and I wasnt able to lock the ramp correcthly. I informed the employee at return. Its located on the right side of the rear trialer to lock the ramp in...... I am a regular customer. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have picked up a truck and it was not cleaned. This particular truck had a very strong odor of filth and cigarettes. I had to wait for the worker to clean it after it was rented. It was still dirty although he attempted to mask the odor with deodorizer. I was almkst ready to go elsewhere due to the Cobid scare. Felt the truck had not been sanitized properly. I did let them.know...but they did not seem to care very much what I thought!Joy B.

Unsecured location no gated access and the unit was not cleaned.There was Liquid stains and debris.The good part is they have big locks to the unit that the store would unlock along with that ,the tenant's can have their lock.
