I dropped this off on 4/18 and the system was down so they couldn't check it in. They said they would email me confirmation that it was turned in. On 4/20 I got notification that I needed to turn in the vehicle. I had to call main number and they had to track down the vehicle. We did the phone check in. It took us an hour to leave. The truck was not where it was supposed to be. It was blocked in by other trucks. If y'all give a truck to rent at a time your not open, at least make the truck accessible. Luckily we found a guy to help. It was not a fun experience. I didn't like having too re-register when I came too pick up the truck, when I came into the location a day before and a attentive Lady took my reservation with safeworks for $14 and a $7 dolley. Came to pick up the truck today, asked the same questions as the day before. and found out when I got too my destination and needed the dolley it wasn't there. And after being told that it's not a big deal if we go over the time it took us to finish out task with Truck, I still got a call from the Lady that re-registered me today asking me when would I be back knowing I was late picking up by my set time. There were several times I tried to call and had to wait about 20 mins to talk to anyone. I had a GREAT experience with Lori over the phone and she was very helpful! When I arrived, there were several people in line and only one person working the front. I did see a couple of employees standing in the back, so I'm sure they were working on another task? But only one guy was cleaning out the trucks and I had to wait for my truck to be cleaned so I could use it. I returned it long before my expected time and completed the online return. I proceeded to get a call while I was working the next day from an employee who left me a message regarding "the truck I still had out." Obviously I wanted to make them aware ASAP that I did indeed turn in the truck, but unfortunately I called twice during my shift and waited so long that I had to hang up the first time. I waited about 20 mins for someone to get on the phone the second time while I was working. When I brought up my concerns, they quickly brushed it off and said that they had "found the truck." I'm more upset that I could've potentially been charged more because the employees simply didn't check the parking lot? That, and it took too much time out of my morning to try and get ahold of anyone to rectify the situation. That side of customer service disappointed me.Mollie W.

I would have said excellent but checking out the equipment in the morning, there was only one woman working. The other woman was on a lengthy call which sounded personal. Also you claim the 6x12 trailer is 6x12. We needed a 5' 6â€ opening so assumed the 6x12 would work...only when trying to load saw the side pieces which makes the opening about 5' (not 6'). Make sure that the previous customer returns their rental with a full tank of gas. If not, the rental location should make sure that a rental with a full tank of gas is provided to the next customer. I went ahead and filled the tank despite having less than a full tank when I picked up the rental. I didn't want the next customer to be in the same situation. Other than that, reserving the rental online is definitely the way to go. It made the checkout & the return process a lot more convenient.Kim Dean K.

The deadline for being out of my storage unit was March 27, 2010, in get the first 30 days free. We were out of there on the 27th and I told the lady in the office. She said, "No charge." I did not think I needed a receipt. A couple days ago we got an email from the company saying we owed for the month of April. I called the facility today and they said there was no charge, the account was closed. So it seems there is a failure in communication between the local unit and the main office.
