1. John Did very well in fixing the trailer lighting to be sure it was working in proper order. 2. He tested w/ device that all was working well. 3. We hook up a trailer and the light on trailer weren't working. 4. Lady name, Crystal, told her that the light weren't working. After all, she exchanged the wiring cable from another trailer and suddenly she said it was working and ready to go. 5. I double check it and find out it was not working, she just wanted me to it was ready to go. 6. If I would trust her, an accident could happen w/ no lights at all, plus a fine from the police for driving w/o lights. Correct? 7. When I deliver the trailer, i told her why did you lie to me? Next time you going to see a lawyer with me when that happen because that was unprofessional.JUAN M.

I have used the facility for renting trucks often. The last time, I used the 24/7 pickup and was sorely disappointed. When I arrived to the truck, I opened it up to the smell of cannibus. Upon further inspection, the inside of the truck was absolutely filthy. Also , the low fuel light was on because the gas gauge was on EMPTY! The 26vfoit truck was parallel parked between two other trucks with very little room to get it out. I managed to get the truck out and to a gas station and the. On to my storage unit. Upo arrival at the storage unit, I found that they had not included the 36 moving pads, furniture dolly or Utility dolly! So, I got a 26 foot moving truck, for an out of state move, with none of the supplies that I was charged for?? I called the office, and after 5 tries, I finally got through to the manager. He told me then, that they did not have any pad or dollies. Would have been nice to know that a head of time. Needless to say, I was very unsatisfied with this rentalBruce M.

Make it easier to drop off after hours. I had trouble finding my rental online in order to check it in online to turn it in. So I tried to call uhaul main number, was on hold for an hour before the phone hung up and wouldn't allow me to be on hold anymore. Turns out the rental was in my name, just spelt wrong, so that's why I couldn't find it. So then I had to go back to the uhaul place to check it in after it has already been there 2 hours because I couldn't check it in when I dropped it off the first time.KAILEY B.

On 12/31, there was only one person working. He was doing the best he could. He had to work the check-in/check-out counter as well as hooking up trailers to customer vehicles. Also, one of the ramp pins on the tow dolly I rented fell out while driving on the 190 toll road. Had to bungee cord the ramp to keep it from dragging on the road.ROBERT H.

Tried to overcharge for use of U-Haul truck. Double charged for dollies and added an extra day to my rental. Almost 100$ in excess. Nobody answers the phone and if they do, you're immediately put on hold, which no one ever comes back on the line. Disappointed in the service. Would not recommend. But if you choose to use this location, deal with U-Haul customer service reps at the 800#.Jennifer E.

My pickup experience was 5 ðŸŒŸ drop off on the other hand was a 2 ðŸŒŸ the gentleman taking care of the outside was a 5 ðŸŒŸ very welcoming and curtiouse and seemed to like his job. The young man behind the counter was a 0 ðŸŒŸ!!! As I entered the office he was texting on his phone never looked up and asked me what I was here for I told him I was returning my rental trailer he then told me when the guy outside gets done disconnecting the trailer I was good to go keep in mind we never maid eye contact and he seemed bothered by my presence I went back outside and when done out there went back inside he was still texting and I asked for a receipt showing that I had returned the trailer he told me I would be getting a email in about 15 minutes and I told him I'll wait I asked him for a paper copy and his reply was his printer wasn't working I stood there waiting for a couple of minutes and he asked me if I had received my email and I had not he put his phone down and Processed my transaction and and told me he just resent it and and about 10 seconds later I received my email the whole problem is he should be the one outside and the gentleman that was outside should be the one taking care of the customers he was very respectful and professional whenever I rent I rent from y'all and I will in the future and it's because of the gentleman outside if it wasn't for him I promise I wouldn't be back that young man you have behind the counter is very rude don't let him determine people's Perception of what u-haul is about today.KENNETH H.

This location is always pleasant to rent from or refill my propane tanks. This time I did have a problem and the trailer was not secured and it came off my truck while driving. More damage was caused to the trailer and the manager thought my truck was damaged by this. But the damage she thought was from the trailer was done previously. I was more worried about the trailer than the minor dents in the bumper. They got the trailer switched out and me back on my way in less than ten minutes. I really appreciate that she listened to what happened, reviewed the photos, and was ready to fill a claim for damage because of what happened. I will always rent from this uhaul because of their customer service from all of the staff.JASON D.

Make sure you have what the customer ordered. We could've moved much quicker with all of the dollies. Also I was asked to drive far from my home to pickup the vehicle and was charged for the extra mileage as if I was inconvenienced enough with the last minute change in location. It could've just been my experience, but I feel I was robbed and inconvenienced. Thank God moving is not something I have to do everyday.Jonathan E.
I booked online. Website said location had furniture dollys, appliance dollys, and your other dollys. Location had nothing but appliance dollys. I specifically needed the furniture dollys. Was told to go to another location down the road who also had zero dollys. The customer service of each location was sub par. No greeting, no smiles, no eye contact. We drove to another location while the clock was ticking and our movers were charging us $100/hour and the U-Haul rep was not there. The phone agent said the store manager could potentially compensate us for the loss. She didn't. I rated this totaling on the service I received from the young lady who checked me out and end. She was worst customer service agent I've encountered for quite sometime now. When I enter the facilities I wasn't greeted with a hello,smile but a dead stare with a look that read, WHAT HELL DO U WANT! Then she preceeded to ask me questions after I informed her I'd like to rent a trailer. Not only would she not speak up so that I could hear or understand her but she continued to speak the same after I had to ask her to repeat herself on EVERY question. Then as I completed the checkout she pretty much just shush me away. Just unprofessional! Unfortunately upon my return as I entered the building there was 2 guy workers standing outside just chatting it up while the line continued to just build up. Eventually the one guy decided to come help. Meanwhile Unfortunately again I ended up being assisted my the young lady again. I reminded her who I was and she told me to go back outside and wait for someone to assist me with removing the trailer. I informed her that I aleady fid it myself but I needed a receipt as proof. She assisted that they would email it once they get around to checking it in later.and it was going to be a while. Honestly, I work in customer service, QUIKTRIP to be exact, and I'll be frank, the customer service that your company provides is atrocious. No hello, no how can I help you, just a â€œreservation?â€ And then I have to â€œguessâ€ my information when it's pulled up right in front of you on the screen. Why ask questions you clearly have the answers to? And to top it all off with attitude and all, they had the audacity to call me to tell me I forgot the dolly I RESERVED. How did I forget the dolly? Where does it say anywhere in my paperwork that I have to ask for it when I RESERVED it. Overall, I'll never come back to this location. I've rented from here over a dozen times. When I arrived to pick up the truck, the store was late opening up so I received my truck late. I return the truck 11 minutes late and was charged an extra day after the store clerk told me not to worry about late charges. I was later refunded my money for the extra day. I also left the truck with a half a tank of fuel just like I received it, but they said it was on a quarter of a tank and charged me an extra $47. After talking to several people in customer service and submitting proof of gas purchase the company still failed to refund me my money. I will never rent a U-Haul from this place again and I recommend that you take pictures of everything if you do.JARELL W.
The guy who helped me at first was only guy there. He was already busy but he just kept steady and on task at hand. He was helpful and friendly. I just feel it's so hard to get good customer service any longer. He even found another storage building when the one I booked online wasn't going to work due to size of equipment I was going to have to store.
