The staff was friendly, helpful, and gave me options so I could choose the best rental and storage for my needs. The facility is immaculate. I highly recommend this location for all your rental and storage needs. Super convenient as well.

At this point I've used U-haul for U-boxes, Truck Rental and storage. I can't say everything has been as smooth as I'd like, but I am very happy with how pleasant the staff have been and impressed by their willingness to help correct all the issues. Should I ever need services such as these again, I would definitely return to this facility.

The initial contract was for delivery to South Carolina home on or before February 9th. Follow up conversations agreed that delivery would be confirmed for February 5th. It turns out that the containers did not even leave the Medford location until February 5th.

Had a terrible vibration for the duration of the ride.. trailer was clean, didn't have time to swap out unit for another

The associate was excellent

I had to get my rental from a location that was further from my house than the one I originally called due to your equipment availability. Then you charged me miles for the extra travel. You should have adjusted my miles to the location closest to my house.

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful, honestly couldn't believe the high level of customer service for a 1 day truck rental. Highly recommend

Dry service not welcoming. The truck needed an oil change. It wasn't driving the way it should definitely could've been cleaned before they passed it off. No discounts for first responders ????

There were two guys here. One, who seemed to be the higher up, was nice and helpful. The other, a younger guy, didn't have a mask at all and seemed disinterested.

Good Service and efficient to get in and out..

I picked up the UBox on the trailer and brought it back to the facility to store. I can nit say enough about the people who work there. It was pleasant and super easy. Thanks Dan!!!

Promote your general manager of this location to corporate!.... I have never had a more seamless experience, he should be a guideline for Uhaul not just this location.

The branch staff is great..Always helpful and accommodating.

I have rented several times & have not been able to check in online. The process should be easy to use, but it is not. Forces me to do everything in person. I was able to reserve vehicle online w/o difficulty.

Rain somehow got into equipmetnt with heavy rain. A bit disappointing.

My rental was made simple with the staff.

It will be better when the new office check-in space is done. The truck had been smoked in - ashes still in the ash tray and fairly smelly as the ride went on. I have an allergy, and if I hadn't already been underway when I discovered it, I would have asked for a different truck. Thankfully it was a short move, or I would have gotten sick.

The night before we were told we had to go to a different location which added an hour on to my move. Picked up truck and realized as we were loading up that it had an almost flat tire. Stopped and put air in it but was nervous the whole trip and had to drive real slow. Was told when we dropped off we would get some compensation. Got nothing.

Renting this storage unit and moving in was the easiest business transaction I’ve had in a very long time. The staff at Medford uHaul was excellent in the past and they still are excellent now; and the brand new clean modern climate controlled storage unit - with sensible contract terms - is exceptional! Thank you!! Five stars in every respect!!

Always great service at the Medford location. Having to rent 2 times over the past weekend and moving all day both days Manager Dan Dello Ioio made the rental parts of the weekend easy as possible we were in and out in minutes, uploading my license before hand made the rental process that much quicker great idea!

When I requested that I not be charged the additional mileage fee, because my dropoff location was changed without my consent, he did not respond. So I paid it anyway. Nice way to treat your customers.

need to communcate more. It took me 3 weeks of calls to get the u box and about 4 weeks to try to return them. Said they are coming never show up no call to collect the box.

The facility is very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I used them in the past and was pleased to see that they now have indoor climate controlled storage units for rent. It’s really convenient to be able rent trucks, purchase moving supplies, and rent storage space all in one spot. The bonus is also using a brand new facility. I know that our items in the unit will remain clean, safe, and secure. This is one of the best uhaul facilities on Long Island!

Lower price a little, $74 to use van for 2 hours to move a piece of furniture seemed a little steep.

Chris from U-Haul of Medford is excellent. He was so very kind and helpful! This is the second time he has dropped off and picked up my U boxes and I'm so thankful for his patience and friendly customer service. He goes above and beyond!

upon closing my unit the staff was very accommodating with the drop off and pick up of my ubox

I rented a ubox for the winter months and it kept my contents safe and dry. Pick of the box on Sat april 6 was on time and efficient.

They were very accommodating to the rules of the new condo I moved into. They made my move go smoothly and less stressful.

All of the customer service representatives @ this facility are very considerate, friendly, and knowledgeable. They listen to what your questions are and get you to the right person.

The facility is under major renovation and upgrade which affected my first two responses.

Some of the employees were awesome and helpful but it was hard to get in touch with the employees and voicemails were rarely returned.

First went to the Bellrose, NY found the staff to be rude, then went to Hempstead, NY, staff great- the staff that dropped off and picked were also great. phone help was polite and very useful TY

It is hard to say whether or not the U-Haul location facility was exceptional but I can say that the individuals who delivered my U-Box were very kind and returned my U-Box to my campus on time.

Moved from upstate NY and Uhaul made it a seemless transition. Items were in storage for a few months and once I needed them the delivery driver had them in my driveway the next day.
