The 5x10x10 should not say on the website that it can fit up to 1200 sq ft. Our apartment wasn't even 1200 sq ft, and there was no way we could fit all of our things so we had to upgrade our unit. They ran out of clickers for us to access the gate, so that was inconvenient. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to help us because two of the workers who could actually help us check in were outside helping this man get his car off the trailer, even though there was a guy at the desk who couldn't help us but had knowledge in unloading the car for the other customer.Rachel N. | First Impressions
This Marietta location was amazing and had such great customer service. I would definitely recommend this one to others. However, the in Georgia overall really really inconvenienced I and my family for the fact that they are so inconsistent and misleading. The staff at 900 Roswell St and 100 Dodd St in Marietta are outstanding at customer service. Four separate employees when WAY out of their way to help us. Each of them in turn found creative solutions to issues that we had pop up. We arrived in the late afternoon in a rainstorm in a fully packed 26 footer. But, through quick thinking and action from the storage and truck team, we got completely unloaded and the truck turned in that night. Make sure these trucks are in proper working order. The engine light came on as soon as I left the property with it. Also the man told me that he noticed it had an ignition problem I would have to shake the gear shift. And yes it took forever to get it to unlock to start. Now the number one problem is don't tell me you are going to charge me 80 and when I get back its gone up to over 90 dollars and I left with no receipt they would email it. I ordered an appliance hand truck, but it was not on the truck when I picked it up. Thankfully I was not charged for a hand truck. The clerk acted like my ability to adjust my move to make it work without the appliance dolly wasn't enough of an inconvenience for him to offer me some kind of concession. From his perspective, I wasn't out anything because I hadn't been charged. Please train your people to get an order right, and of it's not right, make it right. The bottom line is not my only consideration, and it should not be yours if you want to keep my business.Joshua A.

Two concerns: I transferred the pickup location online and the purchased moving supplies bib not. I had to go to the original pickup location and the staff person would not let me have them. I finally had to go to the U-Haul Center to get them. Secondly, the drop of center indicated on the contract was no longer in operation. So, I went down the street to another vender, who did not have my order number in his computer. I then had to call and check out by telephone. All in all, it was not a bad experience other than time consuming.Jerry H.
Staff was patient, friendly, and helpful. I didn't have my rental contract with me and was returning the trailer to a different lot. The staff took the time to find my account on-line and attempt to call the original lot to ensure it wasn't reserved. When they were unable to make contact with the other location, the manager assured me that she would accept the trailer and make sure I didn't receive a penalty fee. The temperature was 98 degrees and they both had to walk the lot to locate the trailer's ID#. I felt very well taken care of, which was very much appreciated after an 18 hour drive. After arriving at the first location, the storage room I reserved didn't have the unit I reserved. The next location I went to could not receive the transport I rented. The 3rd location I went to (#61) Terrance was extremely helpful and did not stop working until I was completely satisfied. When returning the truck to the Dodd St. location they told me they didn't have a place for the truck and asked me again to go to #61. Dodd St. did finally accept the truck but I have never has service as poor as this with U-Haul before. I have used U-Haul services for the 5 moves I have made in the last 6 years but I may look elsewhere next time.Kenneth H.
