The computers kept freezing up, the mouse stopped working on one of them and they were understaffed, I was inline waiting for over 37 minutes waiting to be served.Pierre R.
The associates didn't explain anything to my boyfriend about how to drop off the truck and the steps he needed to take to ensure no additional fees. Then we found out that they charged us over $40 in fees for the .. what.. 20? miles we drove to pick up a couch and drop it off at our new apartment because he didn't know to fill up the tank. Then they charged us additional fees for not folding up the pads. Maybe they could be more proactive in trying to help clients not get charged twice as much as they anticipated.Kera L.
While this was close to home for our drop off the area was not kept up very well many screws, pins & general garbage on the ground - not good for tires to * maybe pick up debris*. I know it's an old Goodwill location store, but please clean up the drive area. The guy who helped my hubby back into the parking area for the trailer drop off was nice. This area is off a very busy street so maybe the configuration of the drop site is what makes it difficult.Arthur W.

I reserved a truck for 7am when the building is supposed to open. Myself and 3 other people were waiting at the front door at 7am. I sent a message to the location at 7:10 am to let them know nobody was at the store when I was supposed to open and that it was ten after. The employee did not show up until after 7:20 am, and then seemed to be upset with the previous nights employees as he was having issues finding the truck he was supposed to give me, and then had to redo my order so he could give me a truck that was actually on the lot. Returning the truck I had to wait a while for anyone to come out to inspect the truck, but the gentleman was nice and helpful. Overall, experience was ok.Heather D.

We ordered 6 blankets and did not receive. Also the first trailer we were given was broken (agent didn't figure that out until after it was hooked up) then hooked up a replacement without checking if it was broken on the inside as well. I understand that everyone is short-staffed these days. I had a 10:30AM reservation and was on-time for it. Still, I had to wait nearly an hour in line to get the trailer I had rented. There were only 5 people in front of me in line. There has to be a faster way to check people in and get payment. Perhaps those with online reservations and who have entered online payment could got to a faster line? The people were tremendously nice, but the process needs to be re-designed from start to finish. Return was a bit easier, but still too difficult. There are better ways.Douglas S.

Waited 10 minutes to check in our trailer only to have the guy who honked at me to get checked out first without waiting. This isn't how you take care of customers. If a guy is honking and making a scene he shouldn't just get put at the front of the line. He should have been told to wait as there was someone in front of you. He also should have been asked to please be behave yourself before we can check you out. Very disappointing experience.JOSHUA E.

I set up my time to pick up on the web sight. When I arrived at 6:00am, there nothing set up for to drive. I ended up wait until 7:00 am for someone to show up. When they showed up 7:30 am, I was finally able to get my truck.Michael K.

Renting a moving van from U-Haul is a considerably better option than renting one of those vans from Home Depot. This was cleaner and a better price than the other options. Would definitely recommend. Staff members are very helpful and friendly!Deborah R.
I have used storages for many years. All of my interactions with the manager and various staff at this location have been very respectful and courteous. Other than the occasional delays due to staffing restraints, they managed to promptly resolve any issue or concern I may have had. The current manager and staff were responsive and they seem to be very dedicated and hard workers, Overall, my experience was very good to excellent. They called me a week ago, just a few days after I got the unit, and asked if I'd moved out. I asked why they'd assume that and the guy said, "because there's only this round thing left in your unit". Just days after renting the $129 space, the uhaul employees opened my rented space!! I just can't believe it. NOW to the best part. The monthly rental was effectively ended abruptly by uhaul as soon as that Wagon Wheel Chandelier has been moved out. I stopped by on February 3, 2021, the purpose of my visit was to rent the adjacent unit. My experience with the young lady Ronai (excuse the spelling) was not pleasant. She was borderline rude and condescending. I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me, as her elder I felt she lacked respect not only for the job but for me as a consumer. I rarely feel the need to send negative feedback, I get it when someone is having an off day, but in this instance, my observation was that this behavior was not a one-time occurrence. However, I do feel that Ronai has the potential to be an awesome young lady and future leader if only she learns not to have such open and obvious contempt for those around her. I got charged $20 because the app didn't work for picking up my location when I went to drop the van off. I even called after hours and no one responded. Also got charged $20 for $5 worth of gas. I was too exhausted to fill up the minimal amount as I had worked all day and had a finite amount of time to move heavy and many items only to do it all again the next day. Uhaul shouldn't expect renters to refill tanks. Or at least penalize them terribly when they can't. The space is also too small for 195.00 a month . At 1:30 I realized I needed more "room" for my move. Within 30 mins I had left, rented a truck and was back home loading it. Then, the next day I was able to unload the truck into the storage area. Confusing service with uhaul. Kept getting sent to different locations. None of their staff was not trained on how to remove our trailer at final stop. My driver had to show him how to do this, and then do it himself. Very odd. Obviously, need to be trained on your equipment. Told me I was at the wrong location. Had me call my insurance agent, then lost all the info. Manager had her put down a fake insurance policy number. Very unorganized, but very friendly. Need training on their equipment. Not professional at all there. Talking about getting high before work. Manager eating while talking at the desk. They all said things, I would not allow in my business. Including the manager.
