The manager was great in immediately getting the motorcycle trailer ready. However, one the tires needed to be replaced and she did that right away. When she checked the lights, the right tail light didn't work and she went to the auto parts store to get a replacement. She was able to get it to work and we were on our way. She was very good with customer service but had this trailer been serviced, we wouldn't have had to wait an extra 30 minutes.

You need more staff when checking out. The one poor woman at the counter isn't enough for a large yard on Main St. I was warned about the possible 1/2 hour counter wait by my storage who also rents u-haul vehicles. I have used this same business before and was aware. The so called quick check in is quite useless. The vehicle we used (20 foot) although clean, I know because we watched staff clean it was not acceptable for the long trip out of state. The steering and brakes, once loaded, were not safe at all. The steering was loose and off so as to fight to keep it in lane on the highway. The brakes were mushy and iffy at best. It was like a upperbody work out to drive the 14 hours to Oregon. All vehicles should drive tested before being rented. All the more since this business seemed to rent more 10 foot trucks than the larger ones.

When you say to return the item by a certain time someone should be here to receive it on a Sunday. I specifically ask about the time since they said they don't open until 9am. They told me someone is always here by7:30am. I've been here since 6:45... it's now 7:45am and still no one here. Issue 2....when you rent something to someone and you've supposedly checked you inventory, do not contact the customer saying to contact you because now you have an inventory issue. NOT MY PROBLEM!!!! I paid for what I asked for. Didn't see the text until later the second day. Someone needs to start watching how they conduct business. Very disappointed in this location. Although I have to give praise to Asia. She new what she was doing, got me what I needed to get going and even checked my lights for safety. Thank you Asia for your efforts. It was very much appreciated!!!!

It would be nice if a pamphlet was handed out on the steps on your phone how to return equipment as I did have location turned on but I’m not savvy about the other features you have to check on phone and I was there for an hour trying to get it checked in and msg said we cannot locate your phone. Shannon that works at the facilities there in Manteca helped me out and got the equipment checked back in when I was on hold for a while with I haul waiting for a tech. Thank you and a million thanks to Shannon

The location and equipment was great, as always. The person that assisted me (paulette Martinez) is the epitome of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. she is rude every time I go in there and not professional at all. During our transaction I asked her to put the CORRECT email on my contract. I believe she had changed it before in order to avoid a bad review. (I always leave reviews, not many are bad, most are good) there’s no reason why my email should have been changed originally. I repeated my email and spelled it to her 3 times. It’s lwhughes1978@gmail.com It’s my initials, last name, and birthdate. Still, she purposely put in the wrong email. I looked on the contract and saw that she typed Lwhuges1978@gmail.com. So I went onto google, got that actual email signed up, just so I could give this review. I believe it may be common practice to change a customers email on the contract if it appears the customer may be leaving a bad review. As always I appreciate the niceness of the other employees. I will avoid going to this location in the future if she is working. I would rather drive to McHenry

Acknowledge the customer in some way when they walk through the front door. Something that will let the customer know you know their there. A hand gesture, a verbal acknowledgment? A comment that has nothing to do with why your there? It works.

This statement is for corporate. Your insurance is kind of fraudulent. You made me pay 14 dollars for an insurance that only covers the rear of the vehicle. Everyone knows if you are struck from behind it is the fault of the driver behind you. So please tell me why it would even be necessary to charge me for an insurance that would not need to be covered in the first place. Then you charge 25 dollars to cover the front when that's what the 14 dollar coverage should be for. Just understand that not all of us are morons that don't understand insurance coverage and who is at fault in an accident. I hope you take this in to consideration before you charge for something that you are truly not covering us for as clients. It is a scam to take extra money out of our pockets that is unnecessary and unethical.

Detasha is always a great person to deal with. I appreciate her. HOWEVER that lady “Paulette” (I think is her name) is extremely rude and very unprofessional. This is an old survey email that I’m responding to because Paulette changed the email info on the customer contact information so I would not be able to complete the survey. When I asked paulette to change it back, she STILL put the wrong information in hopes I wouldn’t get the email. Again; Detasha is always a pleasure and pretty much all the other employees are as well. But I will no longer be dealing with Paulette. ( I think that’s her name; she wrote my contract for me today contract number 98217914

Negative 5 stars. Rent got raised for no reason, and you have to pay extra to access your storage 24hrs a day. This is the worst place I have ever been. Horrible attitude from all employees.

Everything was great. Easy access in and out and security is top knotch. My only complaint is the hours. Closing at 7 makes it very hard to get there in time when you get off work at 5:30
