The employees at this location were not very friendly or helpful. I made a reservation for a truck and both guys at the front desk seemed out of it. One appeared sick and kept wiping his nose. Another employee was playing outside on his cell phone and riding some electric scooter thing for fun. Over all it was a strange experience but I was able to move with the truck and return it that evening.ROSA G.

No exit off loop 303 from the north, so yo need to got to the Glendale exit and take the Glendale entrance to go north on the 303 loop and take the Northern off ramp then to the Northern entrance. This adds a couple of miles to return the vehicle, so charged another mileage payment just to return the vehicle. For each rental from the southbound return adds up for U-Haul.ALLEN T.

I made a reservation for a 10x10x15 storage room, but when I arrived the staff said they didn't have the room type that I reserved. In fact, they said that they had six reservations and only one vacancy at the entire facility, which was also reserved. Anyway, they provided the only available room which was 8x10x15. In general, I was disappointed with U-Haul taking my reservation and then not providing the storage room that I rented. The disheveled store staff members are left to sort out the mess. The website should clearly state the interior useable size of the trailer prior to check out for the customer to know that size they can use. Understand that it is on the website, but a quick double confirm will allow customer see if they need an upgrade to a bigger size or not. Contract was for 1day and I had returned the equipment after 6hrs of use. The receiving rep apparently didn't close out my contract at return. Uhaul contacted me the next morning(left no vm). I contact back and the customer service dept. mentioned they didn't receive equipment. When I told them I did it was a race to get a local person to confirm the transaction. They never picked up when trying to contact them. This was unacceptable from both myself and ubal customer service. Spent the entire day talking to customer service when the calls kept getting transferred or dropped and I had to keep calling back. Spoke to 6 people total and finally a manager that was not able to help at all. I made multiple suggestions as to stop or hold another pmt from my acct. Until the investigation is complete but this could not be done. After making multiple attempts and suggestions I only was able to get the local manager name and regional manager number. All I needed was for no more charges attempts until confirming the status of equipment and commented policies should be reevaluated where customer service has a process somehow to provide a service type while any future investigation goes on and local office is contacted. I was not going to accept the 3 or 5 days assumption that my acct would be opened up and rectified by local office at my expense or further daily amt held due to lack of competent on your team. When calling customer service there should be further services if this situation should again arise. That is what customer service is. If you want business then service is what you need to provide in every area. To the local team, before assuming that the equipment wasn't received, do your due delinquency and investigate the property daily as a routine to avoid further mistakes/mischarges. If office does a morning inventory daily the equipment would have been noted returned even after not closing at time of customer return. I have provided many ideas as to how to improve and management should evaluate changes in order to improve.MATTHEW S.
Richard was great-Litchfield needs a manager that can be there on weekends and helps the process. I called on mon 11/15 to get my boxes pulled. Whoever took my call didn't tell anyone to pull them. I waited an hour to get these. Richard is the only capable person there. very frustrating and cust serv reps sit at a low desk, boxes piled high, he can see customers waiting and we cant see him. Poor set up. Not satisfied with experience and greatly lacking customer service. Truly a bummer that we need this location more than they need us. It shows in your customer service.Jodie P.
Initial phone call to set up U-Haul - disappointing- directed to website Website useable, not helpful for the questions I had U-Haul staff called, not helpful with lack of vehicles - passed on to pods. Pod customer service - Heather - helpful. Was the only one helpful. Pod order made. Unable to contact anyone regarding questions regarding delivery site. Was transferred in phone tree hell numerous times to numerous people who were unable to help/continued to transfer me to next person who was unsure why I was transferred to them. Pods were not delivered on time. Numerous phone calls to traffic director with three different excuses. I WILL NOT recommend UHaul to anyone and will share the poor service I received.Debbie B.

Show up the day you say you will, hell, show up the same week. I would have gladly paid double to not deal with your garbage trash customer service people. Litchfield park warehouse employees are poor excuses for human beings, let alone employees. Please reevaluate these unmanaged, rude, ungrateful employees. I spent almost 7000 on your service and they disrespected me at every interaction. And good luck getting ahold of literally anyone to try and remedy the situation. I needed to start the move process to Glendale AZ - and this location seemed to be ideal, being within 7 miles of the future home. Upon renting a UHaul truck, found that I qualified for 1 month free rent - which helps out. I found the staff to be very friendly and pleasant, and noticed that this is a state-of-the-art facility with plenty of cameras and security sensors.
