I have rented a 26â€ on day one then went back and returned it by due time . Then I needed a van to rent on the same day I returned the 26â€ truck. I asked the person in charge and told me there was no vans available when I saw 2 on the parking lot. I proceeded to check on the app and it gave me this same location with 1 van available. It was the same I saw on parking lot. The employee seemed bothered that I asked and simply said no nothing available. Meanwhile the app showed available and I ended up taking it . Not professional at all and didn't even check in computer what was availableINES V.

I reserved a 26 foot truck and it was not available. The local uhaul agent could not get a hold of his manager or traffic control at uhaul. I had to accept a 15 foot truck since my house closing was the next day. And ended up losing/giving away numerous household items, furniture. I was also overcharged for the truck. I will seek renumeration from uhaul for these major mistakes.Ryan W.

Equipment and local office was good BUT>>Overall experiece was VERY POOR. bait and switch. My reservation was from 2 months and included days an milage included for a particular rate. At POS contract changed, and end result was double the price. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE "SCREEN SHOTS" OF YOUR CONTRACT because it is always on a "live" webpage. >Not in print and can be changed in a heartbeat. At time of rental all details were changed. Days gone..Milage gone... I was overcharged by double.ESteve W.
Your on line system is a mess. I had to spend an hour on the day of the booking with an agent to reset my password. After all that, the truck that that I had reserved at a nearby location was not available. I eventually had to go to a second location to get my truck. That needs a lot of omprovent.KRISHNAMU R.

I checked in prior to getting there that morning, but the guy checked me in again, then he asks if I want to insure the truck not having checked that I already had paid for it to be insured. Then when I was given the truck the gas tank was off so we had to correct that, after that we get to the house ready to pack only to find out that we never were given the furniture pads that we purchased for our move. We finally brought the truck back and got reimbursed for the furniture pads. Our original total price was $108 and some change. After being reimbursed I was told that my total is $133 and some change. I went back and forth with the lady at the desk asking how did the price go up if I was reimbursed and I repeated $133 is the total to which she replied yes. I was baffled and confused I got the receipt only to realize that it said $100.33. And I said oh it the total is $100.33 Now that makes more sense you told me $133 was my total. That's what happens when you text and try to do your job at the same time. This place has a bunch of incompetent workers. I am unsatisfied with their service.Antonio F.

When I booked my reservation for a 26' and was given a 20' I had to do numerous trips for my move and had to pay the the extra mileage for usage. I even confirmed my reservation the day before that it was for a 26'.ALFREDO E.

Worst experience yet. I will never go back I was charged for extra miles that I never drove. I tried to talk to the manager he didn't want to help me the person at the register said that the manager can fix my problem but instead he just charged me an extra $25 for miles that I never drove.Shaneek I.

The line to check in was long and had to wait over 30 minutes, there was one person working. She was very helpful and patient through this but when dropping off the van there was no one inside to check out and when someone finally did come out they were rude and it seems like we were a bother.
