The staff was overwhelmed. I tried calling twice and was on hold for over twenty minutes and still no one answered. When I arrived the team member said “yeah, I'm all over the place.” I did not want the insurance when I placed the order on line but was not able to proceed unless I accepted it. The pricing was great and the truck I got was great so I did get what I wanted. Maybe they were just having a bad day.

First customer agent was very cold and impersonal. No personality, and very mechanical. A slow disappointing experience. The guy who did the return was GREAT!

Finish with your 1st customer before moving into another one and letting them wait 30 min until you decide to come back. I appreciate the manager of the store because he saw my frustration and got me out of there in less than 3 min.

Quick and simple check in with making the reservation online.

The mobile check in should be explained before hand better. (Ie. Check in using your phone, you will enter an alt contact and we will call them to verify,etc.) the pages were loading slowly making the check in process difficult and having to figure out what page I refreshed

Not a thing. An outstanding experience. Was very impressed with everything, from efficient online sign-up to hookup to returning the trailer. Was actually in and out in under 5 minutes. Will go out of my way to rent from this location again.

Parking lot muddy, dark on return on Sunday mnight (self-served unhook). Your software would not recognize your location. Waited 16 min for agent to answer a call. 45 minutes to return a trailer!

The only person at the location, for the past 2 rentals at this location is awful. Not friendly, does not have ANY customer service experience and is unhappy. He should get a new job

The guy seemed to have a chip on his shoulder, they pointed to the truck, didn't explain anything or show me the supplies I had ordered - which when I got home we found the regular sized dolly wasn't in the truck, so they must have been out of them and just didn't tell me.

Compartment was generally ok but cupholder needed thorough cleaning. Truck was ready on time but missed preinspection reminder. I had issue with windshield lining coming off on a highway. Need attention for safety.

Personnel seemed surly to me, but able to get me thru process fairly quickly. (I had completed pre-registration except for scanning license).) Windshield of vehicle VERY dirty. Rest of vehicle clean. Vehicle had on 2000 Mike's on odometer, worked well. Only 1/4 tank of gas in vehicle. :-(

My experience was absolutely amazing. The gentleman took extra time out of his day to give me hands on learning about the trailer that i was very worried about if I would be able to do on my own. I have always rented from uhaul but this has solidified my relationship with the company. A++ experience

The 17 foot truck I rented was on it's last leg. It drove horribly. It seemed to not want to shift gears at times. It really needs some serious engine and or transmission work.

Equipment was clean. The ignition switch was extremely difficult to turn. Was told if have to jiggle it to get it to work. Seems to me that this should be repaired so that there are no issues.

We wanted to drop the trailer at a much closer local (30 miles closer to where we were moving) and they would not take it back despite having all the paperwork. So we had to drive it 30 miles back to original place. Very disappointed in the lack of flexibility.

The surge brakes on the trailer were not adjusted properly, causing bucking on any road that wan't super smooth. I did the pre-checking including posting pictures of my driver's license. Of course I had to show it again when picking up the trailer, so what was the point?

I don't recommend Uhaul at all. I received toll violations and asked for more information over the phone and email. I also clicked on the link, "More Info" from a text. No info. My card was charged.

Got a text for toll violations. I inquired about them and was told plaza numbers and lane numbers. I clicked on a link on an email tickets@uhaul.com and asked what highway or exit and got not reply.
