The representative that checked in my equipment was very attentive and helped me quickly
I was really disappointed the truck wasn't ready to go when I arrived. I had to scrape the frost off the windows myself. Then I had two safety problems with the truck. The driver side mirror would not stay in place and would point at the ground after a short drive. Then the driver side window, once rolled down, would not roll back up without pulling the glass up with one hand while turning the crank with the other hand. Not great on a 32 degree day.
I had rain on my return rental and the wiper blades weren't uP to the task
The track was a little dirty and need new wipers

The staff and manager worked with me through covid-19, homeless, jobless, relocating 3x, sickness off and on. Treated me professional and like family. Communication was excellent. Made my stress level 0. After loosing so much in life I was able to keep everything.. Thank you all.

The guys at the pickup location was great ! I had a hard time with the lady's at the turn in location , They tried every way possible to upcharge me for every small detail i will never use Uhaul Trucks again , The rate was great but during a time like this , I dont see the need for charging customers 40$ for bringing a truck back 30 minutes past the due time ..Its a little excessive...Thanks but I'll take my business to Budget next Move !! Be more lenient towards customers during a World pandemic , not friendly whatsoever ! Retention is better then a Upcharge for loyal customers...!

The lady working was rude. To make a reservation you needed a cell phone number (to get a text), an email (to get this survey), a photo copy of my drivers license (still can't figure out why...just gonna go with U-HAUL being overly nosey), and a credit card. Felt like I was getting a security clearance from the government for how invasive U-Haul is when spending less than $50... Glad Walmart does require such bull crap... So, will I rent again from you guys again ??? The answer is no... i learned my lesson!!! Let me guess, next you'll want my social, mother's maiden name, and a blood sample... Again, overly invasive!!!! Wonder when I'll get a letter saying your system was hacked and now I get a year of free identity and credit monitoring... in short, you guys suck!!!

Great location and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. My truck rental experience went very smooth from start to finish.
I had two different vehicles capable of towing the vehicle I needed towed and unfortunately I was told neither one was recommended! I believe this was a way of U-Haul making money!
They were closed at the time of drop off. I was charged an extra day when the pickup location had drop off day the following morning.

The personnel on duty offered no sort of reimbursement or replacement for the remainder of my rental period, which still had two days to go. I needed to go pick up some appliances, which didn't get to happen. Driving this truck was a dangerous, horrifying experience.

I reserved two dolleys and a trailer to rent at the bricktown location... however they sent me to 2500 ne 36th st location to pick up the items, without even telling me of the change of location on the phone (Which is annoying because I live right next to the bricktown location). THEN when I got there, they didn't even have my dolleys there, that I had reserved!!! SUPER frustrating. What is the point of reserving items if they aren't going to keep them/make sure they are in stock for you...

Dorleen Cotton was extremely professional and extremely helpful. If it wasn't for her I would of cancelled my order. That was my 4th location trying to get what I needed. She even hooked up my trailer and showed me how to operate it. The other locations lied to me and wasted my time. Very unsatisfied with the other locations. Not happy on how far I had to drive to get my trailer. But all Worth it when I met Dorleen cotton. Thank you Dorleen for your honesty and all you help Ray H.
Stop gouging the rates up on mileages to screw over your customers.
The lady there that day was extremely helpful and swift with processing my setup information, aware that I had movers waiting outside charging by the hour. She even convinced me to get a larger unit which was just the size I needed.
My only issue was a leak in the roof my unit that went unrepaired for over a month in the summer. I had several items ruined that were not taken care of under my insurance coverage (cumulative value was less than $100 deductible). Cookware and a pair of silk shoes rusted and molded, but it was eventually repaired.
This was a excellent experience from the last tine i used this location . great staff , communicatons and courtesy.......
A bit of a delay getting the reservation called up on the computer but the person waiting on me was very nice and did her best.

Employees were very friendly and helpful.
Make sure it's cleaned and ready for the next customer. Make sure the gas is where it's supposed to be before it is marked on the gas gauge. I took a before before picture of the gas gauge and it was a little over a quarter when I got it, not half. And them when I returned it, I put more gas than there was when I took it.
Shelbie was so nice and very helpful. With Shelbie's help alone the store would rate as excellent.

The female employee there was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and helpful at the site BUT UHaul should be embarrassed of customer service AND more importantly putting lives at risk. The truck you gave me to drive was Not Safe and I will be calling in to discuss a rebate. I did not clearly understand it's safety issues until driving it on the interstate hwy. for U Haul to put someone at physical risk for a couple of hundred dollars income should be looked at internally and from a 3rd party. Who knowingly allowed a large, heavy truck onto a multi-hundred mile trip on a hwy that the traffic speed is 70-75 MPH. Who does not understand the seriousness of this type of logic to UHaul customers and those driving around them. Problem--- 1) The truck literally pulls to the right at 15 degrees when not held strongly. Apparently because of the poor status of the wheel alignment it shudders. In town at 20-30 MPH it is intuitively not an safety issue but on a hwy, when UHaul understood this was a 225 mile one-way trip it is extremely concerning. 2) 3 of the 4 tires were visually low. Again, who knowingly gives a customer a potential life threatening issue because of worn and low air pressure tires. 3) When I had maximum AC on and sitting still, meaning the vent was closed, the exhaust was readily leaking in the cab. It clearly should n ot be. If it is leaking then, it is also leaking while driving another serious safety issue.
Failed to inform me that i was going to get charged extra for dropping off my tow dolly in columbus ohio. I even asked if there would be a extra charge, the lady said no and now im out an extra $109. Called and asked for the manager to call me back and nothing. I want my extra $109 back

Love this location. Never a bad experience. The managers are the best. I pass 3 locations to use this one.
Trailer had a flat tire that wasn't noticed until we got down the street. I aired it up and it held air, so just wasn't checked out at lot. Ladies were nice and very helpful getting it connected, but had issues getting on the ball.
Site was well laid out. Staff very friendly. The new mobile checkin process with photos was lengthy but easy to do and peace of mind with photos showing how I left it. Would rent again!

BEWARE!!! Frequent rent increases. Minimal property improvements. Call station at gates have been inoperable for several months. Former 10'x10' climate controlled storage renter of four years.
As a visitor to Oklahoma City, I couldn’t ask for or expect a better experience.
Truck reservation included 30 days storage in comparably sized unit, but I was given one that held less than half of the load and had to pay for a second unit. Staff was unable to comp the difference.
Very good service.
I had a unit for over 6 years, and the rent went up about every 6 months. My unit had rats and leaked during heavy rains. The rats urinated on things and the water damaged some antique furniture. Sad.

Reserved unit wasnt available upon arrival,after 2hrs w/computer issues was then put into a more expensive unit,was told I would receive a monthly discount for all the troubles and that wasnt honored
Everyone was very present i will always come to uhaul for my moving needs.
