Your policy of Jeeps not being allowed to rent trailers without being a hard top is ridiculous. The fact that you will rent to convertible cars but not soft top Jeeps makes no sense. I get the feeling you are losing out on many rental opportunities. I know I will not rent again as it is a paint in the ass to put my hard top on just to hook up a trailer. I'll switch to Ryder or Penske and rent a truck instead. Not uhaul because of this stupid policy.

Even though the gentleman who helped me was very kind and helpful, the female colleague that was with the other two gentlemen had a bit of an attitude. As much as I hate to say it, I will not be renting from this location, nor will I recommend it, based on her attitude. Equipment was well maintained.

Everything went well except checking my rental in after hours. Either it wasn't explained to me the correct way or it's difficult to figure out. I tried to check in but couldn't figure out where to do it from all of the emails and texts I received. Very angry. I was charged $20 for a late after hours fee and I delivered it back within my time allotted.

The rental return techs are an opportunity for UHaul to have a great last impression. The tech wasn't rude, but there was no service. He was going through the motions. No thank you. As a matter of fact, never a complete sentence....0ur interactions were "Keys?",and "You're Done." Was wanting an explanation of the receipt and possibly even a "Thank you for using UHaul."

Scheduled 10 F truck online. i needed to change time and they accepted but the truck had a dead battery after waiting a while to get keys. Gentleman brought keys to larger truck and said it would be free. When I returned it they up charges me and didn't fix it. It was late and I was not willing to wait 30 minutes based off other people waiting. I did not want to drive a bid truck or ask for the other to be broken. I don't think I would use them again. it is a hassle.

There was a repair done to the top of the truck, mom's attic area. The repair was incomplete and it leaks water when it rains.

While the employee responded to help relatively quickly, employee helping had no verbal skills. Was not greeted with a “hello, how may I help you?” I asked questions: “are you coming to help me with the return?” *grunt* “Do you want me to put the trailer over there?” *grunt* “Do you need help pushing the trailer in place?” *grunt* Left Uhaul premises without a word such as “goodbye” or “thank you for your business.” Some customer service training may help establish trust in U-Haul.

The woman that rented the vehicle to me in Lewisville, TX lied about the return date. I asked to keep the truck until October 30th and she agreed. However, I received a text message that stated I the return date was October 30th. I contacted the drop off location in Houston and told Rueben that I needed the truck at least through Sunday October 31st and he told me about extra charges which I was already informed of. I spoke with him on Saturday, October 30th and he said I could return the truck on Sunday or Monday and that they would charge me for the extra days. However on Monday he called me and said that he would have to charge me for Saturday and Sunday and that the gas was below 1/4 of a tank which was a lie. I ensured that the gas was at 1/4 of a tank before I returned the truck. he also said that a few extra miles were placed on the truck, which I will pay for but I will not pay the gas fee or the extra days because he told me that he would not charge me. Uhaul needs to tell company employees to ensure that they provide all necessary information to customers because the woman in Lewisville did not tell me that I had to return the trucj through my phone.

There's nothing you can do to improve the excellence of this facility. The staff did everything they could to make me feel comfortable with my transaction. I can't remember her name, but the gal that filled out my contract and check me out, was amazing with her professionalism and the way she handled my need of my rental. I will always be coming to this facility with any and all my rental needs and I will definitely be recommending you guys

I rented online for pickup at the 525 n stemmons freeway locAtion. I immediately received a call to let me know the 26 foot was unavailable at that location and they informed me that I would have to go to a different location. I also called uhaul to request the original location, even requesting to edit times. I was told that would not be feasible Then at 6pm that evening I revived an updated email with the new location. I arrived at the instructed location the morning or my rental and was told that they did not have a reservation for me. I showed them my confirmation and reservation number and they told me they did not have a truck for me and tnT they were not obligated to honor my online reservation because I did not make it at that original location. After over an hour, they Informed me that I had to go back to the location that o originally requested to pick up from. The manager informed me tnat my pick up time would be pushed back to reflect the 2 hours later that this problem was solved. I got to that new location and was told that they would not honor a new pick up/ drop off Time because there was a reservation right after me. Overall my experience was very UNoRganized and there was no accountability. I will not be recommending that anyone do business with I haul in the future. My entire day was thrown off and my move was rushed and hectic due to this.

I ordered extra equipment but it was not put in the truck. When I called the location's number, it went it straight to a National call center, and the man I talked to was very rude, as was the woman at the location when we drove all the way back to pick it up. I will not go to this location in the future.

I rented a 10' truck. When I arrived to pick up, they told me they had to keep the smaller trucks for in town, so could only give me a 15' truck. I hated it - way too big for me to comfortably manage. And I was in an accident due to this big, long, awkward truck. I'm VERY unhappy with Uhaul.

We were in and out very fast, the only thing was the prices did not match on everything , For example the truck rental said 1995 and I also opted for the $14 insurance so somehow or another my bill came out to $54 , I just thought that was weird because it said 1995 and then $14 that’s $35 but somehow my bill came out to $54 and then we rented a 5 x 10 storage it said 7495 a month but the lady charged me $85 a month so somewhere in the process of getting checked out the price is changed

Online check still required check in at facility. Staff at facility (Karen/Greg) was professional, positive, and most helpful. Avg rating for this reason. Though I have 24-hour access, system did not work after hours. Created a huge problem with a 26ft truck with with furniture to move in. On June 3 at 11 PM at night I had no other recourse but to stack up the truck and my home garage because the truck needed to be returned the following day. Not at all happy about that incident. That night when trying to gain access, there was another customer there experiencing the same situation. Though he called the contact number there was nothing U-Haul could do to reset or to provide entry. I also contacted U-Haul to which they informed me that there was nothing they could do to give me access after hours. This is a situation that you have needs to seek to resolve. When you have a full truck of items that need to be unloaded, you must definitely need 24 hour access that was agreed-upon in the contract. However the next day when I return to the facility, Greg research and determined that he could not explain what happened the previous evening. He tested reset and tested my card and walked over to ensure it was working. No explanation for the access being denied the previous night. He promised to research and determine if my contract could be extended or what credit accommodations U-Haul would make for the unfortunate experience the previous night.

I had a last minute need for storage for some furniture and was able to go onto your website, view available storage units, and book a unit. We came inside the office on our first visit just to make sure we were all set and didn't need to do anything else. We didn't.
