The driver who dropped my containers was such a professional, she contacted me when in route and then once at my location she contacted me again to make sure of the exact location, I was not there at the time, she talked with my neighbor to make sure that the containers were not in his way, great attitude, you need to keep this lady she is good!!!Dan H.

I was a bit hesitant at pickup. I was planning a 1200 mile round trip, and the truck was older and looked pretty beat up. It performed very well and safely though, and I was very happy with the rental, the location, and the people I interacted with!John B.

The customer service was good, the location itself though is very under staffed. This location needs at least 4 people working at any given point in time, 5 would he ideal opposed to the two that were there. There aren't enough people at this location to run the counter, phone, get customers situated with equipment in the parking lot and processing returns.DILLON B.

Windshield was very dirty. Was a bug disaster. Always only one person working there. Have to wait for a long time. Dropped off truck before due in time. There were 8 people standing in line . I thought it was odd that the person just told us to â€œput the trailers by the other onesâ€ and never offered to help. If I would've been alone I could never have even parked it where they wanted, much less took it off by myself. There was a very small area to squeeze the trailer in and it took my husband a lot of maneuvering to get it in the spot. The least someone could've done was offer to help. Disappointed in that so not sure I spike recommend this place again.BRETT E.

Fix your mobile app. Not only could I not return the truck after hours using the app (tried on multiple phones), but when I called the 1-800 number, nobody answered after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes. I left, called a local number where someone did answer and told me the 800 number was not what I was supposed to call. Post signs with the correct number if the app doesn't work. Also had to wait a long time to get my keys. Only 1 person working on a busy Saturday morning didn't seem like enough. There was a long line behind me. Luckily I did everything on my phone ahead of time and just needed the key to the truck (the app did work for that part).Monica W.

Maintain the equipment. Tires on trailer were dry rotted and badly worn. When I brought it up to the General manager I was basically told take it or leave it. It's all I have even though there were 3 identical trailers right next to it. One with brand new tires on it.Andrew C.
We came in on Saturday 8/7 and after waiting in line for over a half hour, as they only had one guy working, we were told there was nothing available, all he had was a 7' trailer. I asked about Sunday, nothing, Monday, was told nothing. We went home. I went on line and was able to secure a pick up in 5 mins for Sunday, AT THAT LOCATION. Sunday was another standing in line for at least half hour, one man seemingly knowing what he was doing and two other men CLEARLY having no clue. Of these two, one was trying very hard to do what he could, the other was with a customer and literally took a PERSONAL call and walked away. I realize that staff is short everywhere and it is hard to find workers. But poor management can be the end of a business and that is poor management. It was to be one of the heaviest foot traffic days as all the college students were returning to school. When we returned the truck, neither knew how to do a return, I was not asked to sign anything and I never got the money back for the difference in what I put down for miles and what we actually used. I would appreciate that reimbursement please. I do not usually give a poor review, but this situation warranted someone up the food chain to be informed.ANGELITA R.

We use U-Haul regularly, and have always been pleased.Not the case any more. Your store Switched rental size snd charged the higher price just a day before rental. Understand availability, but when a person reserve for one size/price, and you tell them 24 hours before reservation that it's not available and you have to pay more - bait and switch. Shouldn't charge the higher price. But worse than that. Employees working with one customer for one hour without trying to help next person in line who would take literally five minutes, is so very unacceptable. Manager not leaving keys for rentals and does not answer calls for help? That didn't even apply to us- yet picking up the trailer was halted with us standing there waiting next in line for MORE THAN ONE HOURâ€¦ Warrants a refund. Waited upwards of 1 to 2 hours on hold times regarding all these issues, yet still, Manager has not returned my call. I'll wait until end of week. Thanks.David T.
The process of reserving up until we actually picked up the trailer was a complete disaster. You should NEVER allow a reservation to be made if trailers are not available in the market area. If any alternatives existed, I would not rent a trailer again from U-Haul!DAVID E.

It took over 1.5 hours to pick up the UHaul. That is completely unacceptable. Those working were not familiar with this location, did not understand their processes, did not know where truck keys were, etc. It caused for a very frustrating start to the day. We were also charged for the mileage I estimated at reservation time vs. actual mileage (which was significantly less). Response for that -- "too bad". Really?????Brian T.
I was very upset that my pick up time was changed after I called the day before to confirm. The guys who were at the counter were very nice and did everything they could - very professional. But,! I rented a truck for the day and they told me to have it back by 3. I told them I needed it for the whole day and they did not listen. I called the traffic number waited an hour on the phone to get someone and let them know I would definitely not have the truck back by 3 and would be back late. The customer service person in traffic was not nice and did not care. I asked her to let the Shop at Les Paul Parkway U-Haul know I was not getting back until just before midnight and she refused to do so. At 3:15ish I received a call and they asked if I was getting back anytime soon and I explained to the customer sales person that I would not be back as I stated earlier and I called the traffic number because they never answer the phone at the Les Paul Parkway U-Haul store,, ever never. Then I get a charge of $300 and then your company took it out again just yesterday. I am beyond upset with U-Haul. I rent at least 5-6 trucks a month and deserve to be treated better. I will not be renting trucks from your company ever again as your customer service and fees have gotten ridiculous. Sincerely super upset and not happy customer.CHAD S.
When returning the van i waited for 25 minutes. No one was around. I looked all over the property and no one was around. I was actually worried because a uhaul pick up truck was running outside. When i finally found someone the asst manager. I was upset. She said i am not her only customer and she was out in back renting a rig. I said it would of been nice to know someone was there maybe place a sign on the desk stating out in back be back soon. She stated she does not have time to place a sign on the desk everytime she leaves and to go ahead and call the general manager because she will agree with her. I was very disrespected as a customer and as a person by her and will never rent a uhaul ever again. There are other companies i will do business with. The ONLY reason I rented there was because it was last minute and I did not have time to research. Its too bad because my Dad and my daughter are both moving at the end of August. I suggest taking a picture of the mileage and gas gage at drop off. I was charged for gas when I literally filled up the tank more than what I had at pick up. No proof after the fact, so the General manager Nick gave me a hard time. Until I said look, I'm an honest person and I follow the rules and if you really want to fight me for a 30 dollar over charge then that is not good customer service. He credited that charge back to me even though GM Nick still commented on how he's not suppose to. Well Nick, where's the proof your employees didn't make a mistake!CORTINA H.

Only one person checking people in. We registered for 5x8 they didn't have gave us a 6x12 and wanted $10 more. Had my confirmation so they did honor $18.95 instead of $29.95. Took way to long to check in. It took longer to check in then to use the trailer. I won't probably go thru them again.LISA C.

Systems were down, no back up plan on how to rent a uhaul wasting valuable time to have rep figure out what to even do. The manager then finally started telling clients we need to use the uhaul app to do anything; and he then had to help customers not familiar and noted he had never even used the app before. So please have a backup plan for next time that happens, maybe even consider that we can use pen and paper again if technology fails to check people in.Tyler M.

Multiple times we attemoted to call, were on hold for 30 min plus and still no one took our call. My whole experience with this uhaul facility at Les Paul parkway in Waukesha was wonderful- from the very beginning to the very end. The staff were incredibly helpful , especially Nickolas Lederer who always kept patient and calm in the face of frustrated clients, including me. Nancy who is part of the cleaning staff was also very friendly and helpful and kept the facility well maintained and clean. I would use them again without hesitation and would most definitely recommend this facility to my friends and family. I had my stuff in storage for a few months and I believe the hours changed because on a Monday evening they closed around 6-7 in February, which I thought was a bit early. Can't do much if the person working doesn't know how to get you into the building under your 24hr access card. For that happening now I couldn't unload my truck, couldn't pack in more loads to unload within my time period. Had to put all moves on hold and was told come back tomorrow because someone else will be available to help me because he doesn't now how to let me in!! So now I have to pay over another $100 to rent a truck when I could have gotten this all done within my time? Absolutely NOT!! The storage facility was always over 80 degrees sometimes between 95-96 degrees even though it would only be in the 70s outside. The bathrooms were always out of paper and towels and the garbage was overflowing. When we asked about it they blamed it on not having any housekeeping staff. there is people living in their units and when you tell the staff they shrug it off. it says on the wall contact your manager if its over 80 which i notified them several times nothing being done and its 68 degrees in the office,. Im going to warn everyone what a horrible place this is, the floors are never swept, there was a sock in the hallway for 2 months its still there which proves the floors are never cleaned !!!! I rented 2 rooms acfross the street at public storage its much cleaner and a third of the cost.alfred b. | Overall Experience

Great experience for this first-time Uhaul user. We rented a 20' truck and car transport in Arizona, drove for four days to Wisconsin. Very pleased with the beautiful and modern facility, the convenient location, and the smooth transition to locate our furniture at this Uhaul Storage. Tim and his crew at Uhaul were extremely helpful in getting us settled into our storage unit. Tim talked us through all our concerns. We are confident we are being taken care of at a secure, clean, accommodating facility. We also were able to use their recommendations for movers to unload the truck, which only took an hour. The truck garages were fantastic for unloading with the outside temperature being in the teens. Also very happy about accessing our indoor heated unit at my leisure using the heated garages. All around, we are extremely pleased with our Uhaul adventure. Won't hesitate to do it again.Melodie N. | First Impressions
