I returned the vehicle 45 minutes before closing. The person working the counter wouldn't wait on me and I was told to drop the keys in the box outside. Mid-afternoon the next day I received a message that I didn't return the truck. I immediately called and informed the attendant that the truck was already delivered the day before. I don't intend to rent from this location again and if any additional charges are made to this rental, they will be fought to the fullest extent of the law.Bruce W.

Dome light was not working, smelled smoky, and during my drive to my location the tire light started blinking, had to pull over and check. All tires looked fine, pulled into gas station and checked all tire pressure and they all seemed normal. But I putt a little air into each one just to get rid of the sensor, but it stayed on. Then later that night when I started the truck at 12:30am to drive home the tire light was off. But half way home it came on again. Again had to pull over to check. They once again all looked fine. When I dropped off the truck I told this to the guy and he was goi g to have someone look at the light and he said maybe a sensor is going bad and they will fix it when it stays on. Well this isn't right!!! That really gets the driver worried and upset while driving an unfamiliar vehicle that is larger than normal, and pack full of stuff. It should be looked at and corrected immediately!!!!Sarah K.

My storage was full of little mice died ones, and rat Feces, had to throw away a lot of things. My storage unit was 140, please take care of the facility a little more it would be nice. Front desk employee we're very helpful, fixing the issue the national traffic desk apparently had me picking up this U-Haul in the suburbs of Philadelphia not my local location in Lebanon Pennsylvania which I requested and confirmed in an email. We needed a pick up and a trailer. Went to pick up and could only give us a pickup truck. Had to back track 10 miles to another UHaul dealer to get trailer. They had 3 trailers on site when we went to pick the truck up. Told us that all three were reserved and couldn't have one. But!!! When we returned the truck that afternoon ALL three were still sitting on the lot!!!! Also told us to rent a truck was only for 6 hours, is that a days rental???Very disappointed with this UHaul. Generally we use the Palmyra location but their pick up truck was stolen. My reservation states pick up and trailer. Didn't say I would need to go to two different locations. Would not recommend this UHaul dealer to anyone. Didn't even try to help us out in anyway.GARY S.

This is our second time to use your storage facility. I remember many of the same great, helpful people. You have much of the material (boxes, packing material, trucks) that we have used over numerous times. Although my current unit is on the first floor, I hear you have added an elevator. That is a very welcome addition, as our unit before was on the second floor, and I Remember Those Stairs not very fondly. Thank you for your help and for having what we needed when we needed it. They told me to bring it back 3/4 full I went 14 miles and put 15 dollars in gas. But I only did that because it was only little more than half when I got it. Why should I have to fill it to 3/4 when it wasn't even 3/4 when I got it ?PAUL N.

I ended having to throw my stuff out. Because mices got in and damaged my stuff. When I cleaned it out I found 3 die ones, showed the manager and he didn't seem to wonder about it. I told them and also showed them the damage last month. Ok thanks for letting us know. I tried to put a claim in for the damage but I needed the policy number for it, but no one would call me back or they said they can't fine one. The mileage out was wrong on my contract. I took pics of the gas gage and the mileage before I moved the van. When I returned the van I had more gas in it then when I left. The guy that checked me in had the fuel out wrong. He said that I didn't have enough fuel in it. I showed him my pictures and he said that the van wasn't checked in right then and that he wouldn't charge me. I showed him then that the mileage out was also wrong. He was rude and argumentative when he checked me in. When I got my revised bill he still charged me the wrong mileage.Jennifer C.

Truck was in poor mechanical condition. During pickup and drop off, employees didn't seem to understand I was using Truck Share on my phone and were trying to tell me what to do even though I was already 90% done with the process. Expected more from a storage facility. No lighting available inside the interior storage, lights in hallway leading to storage unit were very dim. The little interaction with staff seemed like we were a nuisance. Paid $170/month for interior storage and did not expect to see a lot of mouse waste on my wooden furniture shelves. Luckily only stored wood and plastic furniture and so far did not find damage from these critters. Would suggest this facility invest in some type of rodent repellents for their units so no one else has to deal with finding surprises in their belongings.Inna M. | Overall Experience

The employees were all fairly friendly and helpful, but none of the employees were wearing masks inside the building the two times I went. When getting my account set up, there were two employees working at the computer without any sort of mask. When checking out, there were three employees working on and out of the building. One of the employees did have his mask on while outside, but when I saw him inside later, he and the other two employees were not wearing masks. I felt very unsafe. In addition, the couple of customers I saw inside the storage warehouse were not wearing masks either (which I acknowledge is a lot harder to control).David K. | Overall Experience

When my debit card was going to be charged for the next month, it could not be. I did not know this at the time but the employee knew that and did not contact me to let me know. Instead, he let it go three days until finally letting me know he was charging me $15 extra for being late. I tried to tell him this, but he did not seem to care and charged my card anyway. So instead of $103 I paid $118. I know it isn't that big of a difference but during times like these, every penny counts and this entire ordeal was very unflattering. It was like HE was making that $15 and did not seem to care what I had to say. I have a concern for the employees as sometimes they work alone and in this day and age that's unsafe, anyone could go inside while the employee is outside and anything could happen when they return to the inside.
