I scheduled my appointment online for 8 am. On the day I scheduled my hitch installation I was told there was only one person who could install the hitch and he was in a meeting and to leave my car and they would call me when it was finished. I got a ride home only to be called thirty minutes later to be told the installer (also the store manager) would be in a meeting all day and would be able to install the hitch if I brought the car back at 6pm. I spent an hour literally driving in a circle wasting my time and gas in two vehicles because of this location's incompetence. On the next day my vehicle was scheduled to have the hitch installed, I showed up in time but the installer / manager was not available. I was supposed to wait but after the first mess up I did not. I was told it would take only an hour to install. Two hours later I had to call UHaul directly to get a call back about my vehicle being completed.Michael S.
I got what I needed, when I needed it, the price was right, and the equipment worked fine. However the staff lacked customer service enthusiasm, especially when I returned the trailer at 5PM. Two men were at the desk when I walked in to return the trailer. No one greeted me. When I mentioned I was returning a trailer, the manager told his staff to unload the trailer. The staff didn't make eye contact, didn't say anything to me, just proceeded to unhook the trailer. No thank-you, no 'come again soon,, no 'how did the equipment work'. I don't have much choice in trailer rentals where I live, but if I did I would choose another dealership.DONALD B.

The customer service was aweful. U could tell the guy at the counter did NOT want to be there. He told me the truck was in f1 slot. There was no f1 slot and when he came out he to further direct me he had an additude.JESSICA E.

I rented a uhaul with tire pressure sensor and check engine light on. The passenger seat was ripped up. One of the workers block my rental with another uhaul truck knowing I was going to move it. The process for confirmation took 30 mins of my rental time. Overall dissatisfiedSylvana Q.

There was screeching with the vehicle when you made turns, the back of the vehicle was not cleaned. However, the staff was hilarious and professional. I definitely would recommend them again.SAVANNAH S.

The truck on the inside looked like it hasn't been wiped down ever. Especially since we are mid COVID they should be taking more precautions. Also they charged me for gas they claimed it was full when I received it but it was on 3/4 full. So that's where I put it. I really didn't even want to take the truck out of the lot due to how disgusting it looked on the inside but I really had to move into my new home. I refuse to go to this location unless things become a lot cleaner.PAUL N.

Had truck booked for a week. Got a call the day before that it wouldn't be available, and that I'd have to drive 40 minutes further to pick up the truck I had booked at another location. Arrived at that location and there was no truck there. Called UHaul, they said I was wrong and there was in fact a truck there. I told them I'm not crazy, there's nothing here. They forwarded me to customer service who found out that the previous renter had never returned the truck. Instead of calling that person and asking why they were late on returning their equipment, they told me I'd have to wait until the next day to rent a truck since there was apparently not a single other one available that day. So the next day I went to pick up a truck from my original location, check in was smooth this time but the truck was absolutely filthy. It looked like soda had been spilled everywhere. The dash, cup holders and seats were covered in sticky residue. Interior was full of dirt and candy wrappers. The flies were having a hay day inside this disgusting vehicle that had obviously not been cleaned between renters. Overall, this was a pretty terrible and disgusting experience. I'd had some bad experiences with UHaul in the past, but this one takes the cake. No discount or reimbursements were offered. At least now I know to just go with Penske next time.Dallis B.

I filled the gas tank as far as I could.. when I got there and they did the check out.. the guy doing the process said I was short of the amount that was in the truck when I got it.. so pretty pissed about paying $16 dollars for 3 gallons of gas.. I hope I never have to rent a vehicle from you scam artists again...JASON K.

The person serving me was really nice. A1 service. I have used U-Haul many times over the years and overall the service has been very nice. I hope corporate greed doesn't change that. I think the mileage rate is a little steep though.DENNIS M.
Called to change my truck pick up to after hours before the location closed since it would take me around 2.5 hours to get there. The gentleman at the location said he made the changes for me and to download the app so I could manage my after hours pick up. The key would be left in the after hours lock box. Upon arriving to the location I go onto the app only to see my reservation was never changed in the system and I had no way to access my truck rental's key. I called customer service and was on hold for over 30 mins before asking my husband to call on his phone. He had someone pick up after 30 mins while I was still on hold for what was now over 1 hour. The gentleman we spoke with helped us was on the phone for literally 1.5 hours trying to fix our reservation and get us approved and verified so we could receive the code to get the key. We were literally in a dark parking lot for a little over 2 hour in a city we have never been to! The police even drove up more than once to make sure we weren't doing anything suspicious! Finally around 10:45PM we get the key to the truck to then go pick up our furniture ( now 3.5 hours after our scheduled arrival time)! If my husband had not been with me I would have felt extremely uncomfortable and not safe in a parking lot waiting for someone to come on the phone to help me remotely. How is it ok for the customer to receive this kind of service when I did what I was told to do per the store's representative yet they are the ones who didn't and yet we suffer the consequences and receive nothing for all the stress and inconvenience from Uhaul!Jimmy P.

I was not happy cause I was not told about a leak in the roof so when it rained one of my boxes and stiff in it got ruined not very happy about that at all and also the truck was three quarters full now I know that dose not seem like a big deal but when you fill it if your over they would just sY thanks for the free gas when as if I returned it with less you would all want to charge me 4 something a gallon to fill it not.Kevin A.

The vehicle I got had obvious mess in the from driving area. There was a melted gummy bear in the middle of the floor, a rusted screw in one of the cup holders, other items under the seats. The back of the van was clean enough, but a bit dusty. The windshield was very dirty. When I marked to dispute my cleaning charge I have yet to get information back. I wasn't able to upload more than 1 photo or replace the photo in the app recessing the cleanliness of the van.Kayla K.
