I've tried 3 other locations and no one beats the service and inventory in Laveen!

I have had a wonderful experience with this location. I needed a larger unit and let them know if a larger unit came available please let me know. They called quickly and I was mover in less than two hours the new unit was adjacent to my old unit and the move was easy and quick.

Train your idiot customer service people to deal with customers. I will be very clear that if I ever run into the idiot that routed me from the Canadian border in Idaho almost to the Montana border all the way down to CDA when my rental contract was to drop it off in Bonners Ferry Idaho Im going to punch him in the throat. Your emoloyees at the local locations were more than helpful but the ass hat who claimed to be a dispatcher would not survive in the real logistics world.I will be going to Budget next time I need a vehicle. It was not my problem your conpany cant figure out how to get equipment moved around as needed and I should have just dropped the damned trailer off in Bonners Ferry where I agreed to take it in the rental contract. Instead I took the offer of 100$ to return the trailer over 100 miles away from my actual making for an over 200 mile round trip. Now you guys havent even attempted to give me the $100.00 as promised. If it is not in my account by 12/30/2000 then I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals in both Idaho and Arizona for breach of contract. I will also be contacting my credit card company and disputing the charges for the same reason.

Vehicles are outdated and I was more worried that I was driving a vehicle that could possibly leave me stranded. Vehicles may be up to date on maintenance but it was a worry on the back of my mind. This location may not be responsible for that but U-Haul Corporation should revise the age of the vehicles.

I honestly would have never left but we needed a bigger size storage and unfortunately for us you didn't have any available. You are all great and very friendly keep up the great customer service.

Have used them a lot in the last 8 months and always a pleasure. Great company with great employees.

Not the employees fault but door to the back of the UHaul kept getting stuck and was unable to open. Had to drive back to location.

This isn't just about the location but the overall haul service I called 1-800 to find a unit. Systems down.....again. Yes, it happens all the time with your system. I needed a truck for 24 hours. Left my number. Got a call back - thank you. Picked up at 3 or 4. Was told I needed it back at noon. Got a call the next day after 10. Where are you. I was also told on the phone my first 30 miles were free- nope. Got charged99 cents per mile when I dropped off. Not a good experience

Went to this location and Morgan “helped” me and his attitude was very bad. He was was short with me when responding to my questions as if I was annoying him asking. Not friendly and didn't explain anything as far as how to do my walk around on the truck. I had to go back in and ask the other guy. Avoid this place

I have used this location several times and have always found it has great service and friendly staff. Vehicles are clean, and well taken care of.

The staff were extremely accommodating to help with changes I requested due to unforeseen home sale problems. The staff were very knowledgeable, kind and keep the facility and equipment in excellent presentable condition. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family.

Trying to charge me extra; we cleaned & gassed the truck, did not go over mileage; in 2018, uhaul took $199. for some unexplicable reason out of my bank and never gave a reason why. I'm not about to be bamboozled a 2nd time! Was told at shop 'don't owe' and can go and that's what we did!!!

We were suppose to rent a truck and trailer from them and at first the trailer was running late but they said it would be available later that day so we decided to get our truck anyway because we we were delayed 3 1/2 hours. That reason is because the first location we went to in Buckeye didn't have our truck and they didn't care to call to inform us so we drove from Phoenix to buckeye for them to tell us they didn't have our truck. A phone call would have sufficed. After we got our truck we waited for the call on the trailer and it never came until the next day when we were already on our way to Idaho.

It's convenient as it is close in our neighborhood. They got all we needed. The lady is friendly and the guy is very professional on what he does.

A monetary, whether it be in stock options, days off, free trip, a raise, something more than just a plaque that says they're the best. What's the incentive for them to continue to be the best if not to be rewarded monetarily.

The truck was dirty was never washed from the last drive. The truck needs an aliment, the AC fixed, and the brakes fixed.

They don't dust nor clean any of the vehicles. You could tell the truck was not sanitized. You could clearly see dust stains and trash left under the seat. I think I deserve a refund. The staff was friendly tho. Good job. Uhaul do better with your cleanliness.

The facility was clean and well maintained. I felt safe when I went during the day and at night. The staff was very very kind and friendly. Lynn was very accommodating and kind.

Jerry and Lynn were always helpful, informative, friendly. They always answered all our questions regarding the storage unit, U-Box, rental of U-Haul equipment in general.

First was amazed at the prices, Then the friendliness of Angela and Johnathon, beautiful, very friendly. Received a small history lesson on U Haul by Angela.

The storage unit worked for me, and the rental trucks were available when I needed them. I'll be back for trucks in the future. Thank you

One of the reasons why we closed our unit is because the monthly rate kept increasing. I moved my stuff to a place where the rates will never increase and of course are considerably lower then UHaul

I have rented storage space from this location for several years. It's a great facility and the personnel are fantastic! Would definitely use them again for needs in the South Phoenix area.

We appreciated the use of a clean, lighted area that was secure.. we also liked that it was easy to access and when we were ready to take our items out that was easy too.. thanks to all the staff..

I rented a storage from them 2 years ago, it was such great service that , when i return to arizona i went back to them I love it there, i could have gone to any of hundreds of other storage
