Reservations were crap. Not the locations fault at all but the reservation system itself needs help.

Everything went as expected for the most part and felt like it was by the books. The gentleman that I dealt with is very Bland but meticulous. I like meticulous workers. I felt like if I would have offered him a high-five it might have helps his mood. But hindsight is 20/20, right!?

The ramp on the truck was difficult to get all the way in. Therefore I could not latch the hatch door and it opened up in the middle of the move. That problem needs to be fixed so the next customerthat uses the truck doesn't have the same issue.

Charles was very helpful when I realized the first trailer wouldn't work with my spyder motorcycle. He worked on another solution but uhaul just doesn't have a trailer that will work. He was great.

Lower your mileage rates....and fees...gouging! 19.95 for 5 hrs okey but the total after fees_taxes,mileage..$50.00

The trailer had hay still in it from the previous renter, I asked if they had a broom and ended up sweeping it out myself, also had no help when returning the trailer. Staff seemed disinterested in any form of customer service.

I scheduled a trailer for 6 hours with pick up time of 630 which means it would have been returned around midnight. I was not informed until I was checking out that there is an additional charge to return equipment after hours, this is a new policy for the company, they said. So, we were left with the decision to be charged an additional fee or be back at the location by 7 am as it was going to be rented again that morning but still be charged for 24 hours. A good business will put the customer first. Uhaul doesn't understand this concept. I won't be back.

These guys were not excellent, did not listen and blew my phone up because my 26' truck rental (that I drove all the way from MS) was "like gold" to them, and the extensions (6 days total extension) I was assured I could get in Liberty MS were VERY difficult with the CO branch. "Diego" from the 2000 Colfax center literally called on a daily basis, tried to push me into using storage, tried to claim it would save me money (including renting a local truck to get out of storage), and practically broke down when I asked for a 3 day extension. When I finally went to turn in the truck on Tuesday (after much difficulty getting an extension on Saturday) the Colfax center wouldn't even take the truck. They made me drive it to Wadsworth (after I had already requested a change in drop-off location from Diego's place), and Wadsworth warned me that I could be charged for going to a different drop-off location. Needless to say I was not happy.

Uhaul really helped us out of a bind. We had previously reserved through Budget and they called 45 minutes before we were supposed to pick it up to say they didn’t have a truck within 200 miles

We were told that charges would be filled on us for auto theft and charge another day because it was an hour past dropping the truck off. We had one load left to do. They also tried to charge us $250 dollars for half a tank of gas. I've used U-haul for every move for 20 years but will not again after this. The customer service at this location is horrible and rude.

I originally went to 2000 W Lower Colfax Denver, CO 80204. They declined my return which was extremely inconvenient after driving 2000 miles.

I was highly annoyed I had to return the truck all the way to Lakewood bc when I made the reservation it didn't say that. So I had to pay for ten miles ands gas to bring it back. .....Ill never use uhaul again making me pay to bring it back when my new home was next to a uhaul. I honesty shouldn't have to pay to bring it back! !! No where in disclosure I signed did it say I had to bring it back. I really want a refund for that money and my time wasted. .....so so disappointed

I dropped my car off a day ahead of my appt and they did the installation right then. I was lucky, but they were top notch.

There was only one person working when I arrived to return my truck rental. I waited outside for someone to come check the vehicle in. After about 5 minutes I went inside to inquire. I was rudely told to just wait outside that someone would "do it." I went back outside and waited another 5 minutes. It was 90 degrees outside and so I went back inside and said it was too hot to wait outside. When the individual did check me out after 15 minutes thee was o apology for making me wait, or thank you for my patience. Also they had left a return running in the return area the whole time I was waiting! Horrible customer service!
