This is the second time I rented a storage room. Both times they had to change the room because of issues with the one assigned initially. The truck was left there after hours so I did the app turn in (a tedious process to attach all the photos!) instead of just leaving the key. I expected a $20 after hour fee...instead I was charged a $40 extra day fee plus insurance!

Uhaul is the best rental truck company. We have used others and were very disappointed and frustrated. We will only use Uhaul. Thank you so much for great customer service and great equipment.

I cannot say enough about how nice and polite everyone was. I downloaded the app, reserved our truck, and made getting the truck super easy. Returning the truck was just as easy and again received great service. The owner is wonderful to work with.

I was very disappointmented with the rudeness of the staff had some questions and they were just ready to keep going. truck was junky and felt unsafe driving it . looked very beaten up. And most of all it read it 3/4 of a tank and it drooped to almost a 1/2 a tank . I grew up driving trucks because that was the family business my dad owned and I could confidently tell you the difference was of more than 15 gallons on that tank. I filled it up to the 3/4 it was supposed to be to begin with and I figure I could talk to someone upon return and NO NO NO, the attendant was in a hurry and only could tell me they would email me . The person who attended to me by the name of Juan was on the phone all the time. For the delivery of the truck, he handed me a truck that did not include the model, milege, gasoline and brand of the ones that I delivered on the bill, letting him know that it did not match. the gallons of gasoline that he marked on the paper that the truck had got annoyed and just told me to take a photo that at the time of delivery they fixed it, let him know that he would fix everything in writing he got annoyed, he continued sending messages of text without paying attention to what I was saying, I went to the office and let him know that he did not want me to continue attending Juan, I tried to talk to the store manager which told me he was not there! Now I am reviewing the bill and I realize that they are charging me extra miles, I just surround the rental site to my house and then back to the store which the gps indicates 30 miles one way and 30 miles back 60 miles and they are charging 151.20 miles that is 90miles more.! I am not surprised that just as they gave me a different truck bill I do not doubt the extra mile they are charging me since I am 100000% sure of the distance shot since the distance between the store and my house the gps indicates

The battery in the car died but thankfully just after getting to our drop off location. I waited for 15 minutes waiting for someone from roadside to pick up, but no one did. It put a huge damper on things because it was obviously unexpected. We had to uber home to pick up our car and jumper cables. It was a stressful situation but we made it through.

Everybody there was very helpful, walked us thru the process and made it very easy. The building is kept very clean and our unit was in perfect condition, nice large elevators. Very nice overall!

Just help the customers situation. Was set to move on the 8/29/19 and it took a lot longer than expected, because the crazy traffic, from the hurricane chaos, I was not able to make it in time to return the truck and they didn’t try to work with me, instead they billed me another day. 29.99$, not only was I stressed from the move , starting school and getting ready for a huge hurricane, uhual did not care. Awful.

I was throughly disappointed with this whole experience. From your horrible phone reps to the extremely rude personal at your Ft Myers location. I was on the phone for a total of two hours trying to get correct information from your phone reps. Please contact me to discuss some kind of refund. Also I want the recordings of all my calls.
