The delivery date for the pod was lost and we weren't able to get it until two days later. I had confirmation of the date and address on the drop off date when we loaded up our stuff and then when i called on the morning I had scheduled the delivery there was no record of it at all. The owner, who helped me out, was extremely nice and polite. She was understaff but made sure that everyone who was waiting understood that she would get to helping us out the quickest she could. Very kind human.LOUI M.
First when I went to pick up my truck me dollys were not there, the truck it's self did not run very good. Secondly when I took the truck back I pulled to the equipment drop off and waited for 15 minutes like the sign told me too, when no one came out I went in stood there for another 5 minutes or so. Then I got my receipt which was wrong it said I had more dollys than I did and also furniture pads they also charged me for another day because I was "late". I called customer service they refunded the extra equipment but could not refund the extra day because they had to get approval, I was told to wait about 3 business days for them to see if they approved my refund.Elizabeth W.

Rep at check in did not seem like she knew what she was doing. Trailer was parked requiring a 30 point turn to get the trailer out, and it was hard to watch to make sure I wasn't going to hit another trailer. Both employees left as soon as the trailer was hooked up, not providing eyes to help make sure pulling it out of the tight spot was going to go smoothly. Tamesha Scott is AMAZING! I first worked with her in 2018 to rent a u-cube and twice more since then,to transfer the cube and to rent a 15' truck for a long haul. She went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed and when I needed it. She is smart, efficient, responsive and freindly. U-haul needs to clone her! I will not be recommending U-Haul to anyone any time soon. Not only has your system glitched twice but I was over charged because of one system error and I'm still fighting the other over a week later.Samantha T.
Tried to return the van 10 minutes after renting it due to AC malfunctioning. U-HAUL employee tried to convince me there was nothing wrong, talking to me as if I was retarded. She said they would refund the money if I wanted but they wouldn't give me another unit. Of course I didn't have the time to look for another place, right at the last minute. She also took the padlock belonging to that unit so I had to leave the van loaded overnight with thousands of dollars in music instruments UNLOCKEDMarcelo R.

Take a long time to get my u-box! I was scheduled for unload my u-box on Sunday, when I came they said they couldn't bring it out because it got stuck in warehouse! After that I did another reservation for monday to unload it! They told me my ubox will ready at 2pm. I came at 2 and wait until 4h30, i can see my ubox after wait for along time!Man T.

My boxes came very late on August 3 despite it showing on the timeline that it would arrive on July 30th. After conversations with the customer service and all, it appears I overlooked a lot of factors prior to the day the boxes arrived. Due to the late arrival, I was promised a $50/day refund by operations and it has not been posted to my credit card account yet. Location was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The lines were pretty long, I waited about 30 minutes just to get to the counter. Generally happy with this location and the staff, and equipment. My biggest issue is with Corporate, I initially requested the pickup from the Denton location. Discovered on the day of rental, by looking at my documentation, that it had been switched to the Lewisville location on I-35. I'm glad I noticed because I wasn't informed. However, when I got there, I found that it had been switched again to the Lewisville location on Highway 121. I waited about 30 minutes at EACH location just to get to the counter, so the whole process was an additional hour long. But once I finally got to the right location, the staff were friendly and helpful. Just better communication with Corporate!Bret M.

The employee seemed less than receptive. When I walked in, could not see anyone. I finally found them at the counter farthest away from the door hidden behind a stack of boxes. When I asked about it, she said it because she did not want people to see her. There was one customer service rep that was truly amazing… Angela! The rest were lacking in customer service skills. It is ridiculous how customer service has gone way down over the years. One rep needed to go outside to assist the customer in front of me; instead of saying I'll be right back to assist you…. Lots of disconnects in communication at this location. I scheduled a pickup of my Ubox a day ahead of time. The main Uhaul line said the location would follow up with me to confirm details by 6pm. They never called, so I called them, but couldn't get ahold of the actual store location. After 45 min of being oh hold I get the main central number who said to just show up at 7am when they open. I show up at 7am and the girl at the front said the warehouse doesn't open until 9. I had movers scheduled for 9 solely based on the 7am pickup time Uhaul told me. The manager thankfully shows up within the hour and had the box ready to go so I was still able to meet movers on time. Once it was time to return the Ubox, I once again confirm with Uhaul where to drop it at, and they told me in the front. As we're unhitching the Ubox in the front, a girl drives around and tells us we need to drop it in the back. That's not what the Uhaul person said an hour ago! So we rehitched the trailer and pulled it to the back. So irritating that communication seems to be so poor. No one seems to know what's going on except the manager. The Ubox is a really cool concept but not very convenient or reliable. Super disappointed with both visits to the location for pickup and drop off and the misinformation between store location and central number.JOHNA L.

Tamesha Scott was extremely rude .She texted and messaged me from private email meaning there's no record.She basically stole me and my daughter's belonging our clothes and memories.I told her when I was given the fee month that I would be ending my stay when month was over. She said I never did and let the bill accumulate for months to where I had to pay over 1,000$ to get it back when I was led to believe that it's was only the late fees so I can get it out..Why would I want to let my bill go to over 1,000$when we was homeless and couldn't pay even 100$. She ripped me off locked me out instantly. We lost items we really cared about because of her actions. Overall a pretty good experience. Got a truck and car hauler with no issues, however the storage unit was a different story. Seems very difficult for the countermen to navigate or understand "the system". Had made the storage unit reservation a couple days prior (with the manager) to move in to a 12x30 unit. Also had a second reservation for a 12x20, which I had made myself online. Ended up with a single 10x20 as they couldn't find any available at the time of rental.
