Was billed for July storage charge on 25 June 2022. Moved out of 5 storage lockers 28 June. Was told they do not pro rate storage charges so I paid for a month of storage on 5 lockers that I am no longer storing anything in. Thanks uhaul .

When I returned the truck, the second guy was sweating left and right, and charged me for driving 80 miles when I couldn't have drove more than 50.

Janelle W.When we picked up our U-Haul Trailer, the trailer lights didn't work. The technician tried to troubleshoot but didn't need to spend too much time with it. Upon the conclusion that it needed repair, he quickly offered us a free upgrade from a 5 x 8 to a 6 x 12 trailer. It was very nice of him and we were more than satisfied with the quick solution.

ANNE C.I was two hours late but I was just a hair under a quarter tank so I wanted to fuel up to make sure there were no issues. In no time I put $50 in and got my truck to a half a tank. I asked for them to cut me some slack since I was a repeat customer and they would not. At some point, companies need to help customers a little more than what is black and white. If they could have waved the late fee since I brought it back gassed up I would have been delighted. They sorta acted like it was out of their control.

Have more support on. I had to wait around 40 minutes and I had at least 3 people behind me waiting even longer.

Kurt S.More on our pick up location, but WHY does Uhaul not advise that it is ILLEGAL to tow a car without working lights for brakes, taillights, etc?! I find it very strange you does lighting on trailer but don't at least suggest you will need a car light kit of some sort! We got pulled over and cited. Very poor experience and very poor on UHaul's end.

I called the phone number and after a 30 minute hold I paid online and tried to set up autopay, it was confirmed I thought. I therefore go Oreo the July bill as I thought I had auto pay. When I got. A late notice with a 40$ late fee. I called again and after a 22 minute hold got to a person who said he put me on auto pay and charge me 149$ for the two units. He said he didn't have the authority to waive the late fee. Said he would transfer me directly to someone who could. I was placed right back in to the call in line and a projected 26 min hold. I hung up . This morning I was charged the 40$ with no explanation.The phone system is awful and answered by people with no authority. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

Keeping the building at max 85 degrees is a little too warm in the summer (we were sweating buckets when the building was at 80). Overall though, I really like this facility. However, I arrived at the Lake Hallie location at 10:15 one night to find the doors locked and my access denied. I was moving my things from Eau Claire, so this was very inconvenient for me to have to drive back with all of my things and wait until the next day to unload. Upon further investigation, I did find the correct access hours online at the very bottom, but I am frustrated that the information online was inconsistent with information in the email.

I was able to gain access to the storage areas and my unit without entering my personal key code. There was no lock in my unit as explained in the instructions, making me go back and forth to the office. I had to go to the office 3 times to complete my initial access to my unit. Staff was not as friendly or helpful as I expected.
