Units are smaller than advertised and one unit has a column in the corner that further reduces the use of the space. Side wall supports further reduce space.

Shon D.When you damage anyone's vehicle, good customer service IS RESPONSIBLE AND OWNS UP TO THE DAMAGE. Good customer service TAKES CARE OF A UHAUL LOYALIST. I've put 3 UHAUL hitches on my vehicles over the years and rented. Good customer service DOES NOT BRANDISH THE CUSTOMER OF BEING AT FAULT while creating possible scenarios the customer supposedly did for the DAMAGE UHAUL DID. Good customer service LEADS WITH INTEGRITY AND CHARACTER from a top level down. This is not what I've experienced from this international company.

Karen H.The two gentlemen that I worked with were very rude. The first one, when I scheduled my truck was getting very upset because I was asking simple questions. When I returned the truck, the second guy was sweating left and right, and charged me for driving 80 miles when I couldn't have drove more than 50.

Jonathan F.i was charged an additional day of rental as i was 1 hour past 24 hour check in. i picked the tuck up on 5/28 at 8:15 a.m., receipt stated i had to drop if off by 7: a.m. on 5/29 the drop off location was not even open until 10 a.m. was still charged additional $60.60, i rent from your business a lot, never had an issue like like, horrible business model RIP OFF!!!

Janelle W.When we picked up our U-Haul Trailer, the trailer lights didn't work. The technician tried to troubleshoot but didn't need to spend too much time with it. Upon the conclusion that it needed repair, he quickly offered us a free upgrade from a 5 x 8 to a 6 x 12 trailer. It was very nice of him and we were more than satisfied with the quick solution.
William O.The only complaints I have is how far we had to cart our things to our unit. For us personally, it was very inconvenient as I'm putting almost an entire household in storage. The other complaint I have is a couple of times we came to our unit, there was someone sleeping in a vehicle parked inside the garage.

Tammy G. | First ImpressionsHere is the problem! When I signed up I asked the person at the desk to set me up as auto pay. When I got the first email bill I realized that it wasn't done. I called the phone number and after a 30 minute hold I paid online and tried to set up autopay, it was confirmed I thought. I therefore go Oreo the July bill as I thought I had auto pay. When I got. A late notice with a 40$ late fee. I called again and after a 22 minute hold got to a person who said he put me on auto pay and charge me 149$ for the two units. He said he didn't have the authority to waive the late fee. Said he would transfer me directly to someone who could. I was placed right back in to the call in line and a projected 26 min hold. I hung up . This morning I was charged the 40$ with no explanation.The phone system is awful and answered by people with no authority. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

Not a huge deal, but still a minor inconvenience.

Keeping the building at max 85 degrees is a little too warm in the summer (we were sweating buckets when the building was at 80). Overall though, I really like this facility. It's secure & clean, and the people are friendly.

However, I arrived at the Lake Hallie location at 10:15 one night to find the doors locked and my access denied. I was moving my things from Eau Claire, so this was very inconvenient for me to have to drive back with all of my things and wait until the next day to unload. Upon further investigation, I did find the correct access hours online at the very bottom, but I am frustrated that the information online was inconsistent with information in the email.

I reserved a spot online for Eau Claire weeks ago, drive there to find that all units were sold. I had to drive 30 min out of our way for this. The guy in Eau Claire was kind and patient with my rant. This is awful for uhaul to put this extremely poor service on the backs of your workers. I will never again rent from uhaul for storage
