Customer service was great!!! Packing people we not up to Uhaul standards in my opinion. Improper packing ended up with damaged furniture. Although I'd use the UBOX/Uhaul service again I would not use the movers I picked through the recommended “movers” add on. Staking heavy furniture on top of other items so that it may fall is beyond my comprehension. It's only common sense that heavy furniture be on the bottom and small/light items go on top. Excuse my rant, it was infuriating.

Like the professional reservations, checkin, and return service providers. All women and all excellent. Great pricing - $20 less than Enterprise. My bill was $46. Great cargo truck side for moving a bed. Sorry to say photos procedure and database of drivers licenses might create hacking issue and privacy law liability down the road, though it is important to make sure drivers are properly licensed. Thanks for helpful logistical support.

The hinge on the trailer door was missing 4 screws ( They were broken off) and door had to be lifted when latching . This made it hard for my wife to operate. Employees were not concerned about equipment condition.

Everything was good except, I dropped off my 5x9 trailer yesterday about 5:10, I did not receive anything saying that I returned the trailer. I asked if I would get an email or text she said yes, well it's been over 20 hours and I received nothing. The customer needs to receive something in writing that they returned the equipment, and it wasn't damaged.

Klenise was wonderful. She put in the effort to make sure I got the truck I needed with the least inconvenience to me. I needed a larger truck & she got to work locating a vehicle for me at the nearestocation. When a truck came in that would save me an extra drive during rush hour, she called me immediately. I will definitely be using this Lake Forest location again.

The truck made a horrendous noise all day and did not want to start. Seemed like the starter or battery as it took a while to turn over. The location and staff were really nice. The truck was very clean, just didn't trust it to not leave me stranded. Yes, I would recommend this business.

Renting the trailer went fine. Returning it not so well. I have rented here dozens of times. When I returned no one came out to assist. (they always have before) So I disconnected it then went inside the office. They said go back to the trailer and they will check you out. An employee looked at the trailer, stood there, I waited for some indication as to what he needed. Then after a pause. He said " you dont need to stay here" I do not tolerate rudeness from companies that I pay for provide services. One more chance for this location. Then I am done

Honestly, I booked a trailer with a ramp over a week in advanced. When I got there they didn't have the trailer I reserved on the lot. Seems like they had to give me someone else's because they kept asking me when I'd be bringing it back when I had already reserved it.

This location is definitely better than some of the other Uhaul‘s that we've used in the past. That being said you're Selfie policy for renting vehicles is creepy. I don't understand why a driver's license, photo included, need to be accompanied by additional photos. Meanwhile, while checking out, we're on camera the entire time… Please change this policy.

Adel the Manager helped me rent a 10 ft truck. Adel was Caring and Professional. I received such Excellent Customer Service from Adel that I returned a couple of hours later to Rent an 8x 10 storage unit. I wasn't planning on renting a storage unit but I saw a sign for first month free and Adel answered all my questions and Then I felt secure renting a storage unit from your Company. Adel did such a good job of making me feel comfortable with your company I have rented a storage unit. In the past from Public Storage and their customer service was lacking and their faculty was not as clean and easy to access my unit. Your Facility is Amazing. Also when I came back the same day to rent storage at your facility unit I had interaction with your employe Miranda and she was very helpful and caring. Also I had interaction with Klnice. I have to ask you …..where do you find such Awesome Employees ? Hang onto them please. That kind of employee is hard to.find

Fantastic staff with excellent customer service. The vehicles need to be cleaned before providing them to new clients. Outside the vehicle is not a big deal as these are "work-trucks" but the interior of the cars need to be cleaned. They were stains and small amount of chocolate drops on passenger seats. Both formats needed to be washed due to something sticky being poured on them. Etc. I still prefer this location to some others due to your excellent customer service, politeness and professionalism, but vehicles need to be cleaned before giving them to clients. I have a video of the car when I picked it up from the place if a manager needs proof of what I wrote. Thank you

Accidentally ended up here for drop off after place i cost on line , and was closest to my home, not really a uhaul affiliate. Was directed to another location to do off but they didn't have 24 hour drop off, and fortunately, i was given information to come to this location. The drop off and pick up if this total order was not great, expect much better based on people uhaul rentals, too hard to find, lack of services

This is not where you originally sent me to drop off. This location was amazing. Original location was 3 Goodyear in Irvine which does not even appear to be a Uhaul location and that location does not even answer the phone.

The employees were so weird. I walked in and said an enthusiastic and friendly "hello!" and was completely ignored. Initially, I thought maybe they just didn't hear me. But after further interactions it became apparent they were just weird. Lacking basic social skills. Like not even acknowledging me as a person. And I don't like to sound like a Karen, I normally wouldn't leave a review but these people were just weird. It felt like walking into the twilight zone, and not in a good way. Very bizarre experience but the truck and equipment were clean so I guess at the end of the day it was fine. But again, just a strange and unsettling experience.

Overall a good experience, communication was excellent, the driver who delivered and picked up the pod was great. The provided plenty of pads for the furniture. The container was in good shape, easy to access and the cover was tight enough to keep out water and dust.

The whole process was easy, However, we did not take the extra coveage so we had to inspect the vehicle before we left. The first time we tried to access the link on my husband's phone, it didn't work so we used mine. It was a little challenging trying to get the photo to upload for some reason. Had to try two or three times. This works for the people who are fairly tech savy, but can see where it's a problem for the older generation.

That particular storage unit facility has poor manager skills and ethics . He bends the uhaul policy to work which ways he wants or makes up his own policy as he goes along . All I know is as long as I was tipping everyone generously, I never had any problems and yes Philip excepted tips thru Zell $50 each 2 times .

I had 4 storage , on 1-25 I was moving out and had two truck with 4 mover my mover took every thing out or storage except we had some left in 3 units . We wore coming back with one truck to get other staff out. We had two additional mover coming to my house to help unload. At 4pm truck and 3 mover and us came back to storage to pick up rest. They told me it will take hour and half to go and bring staff and left 4 mover to put the staff to getter. They came back at 8:30 pm and left my house at 10:00pm My husband called and said the key to one storage doesn’t open and that was storage was full and ask me if I have any. It was disaster at my house looking for key and we didn’t know what to do . I told them to come back since I don’t want to pay hourly to mover and finally he went inside and they said nothing and after hour wait this guy said they changed the lock or key or something and keep looking for key and after hour he find key and we got our staff I am not satisfied and had to pay my mover a lot money Please call me asp 9498423941 You guyed need to pay for my extra cost No one contact me about change of key or any thing The office didn’t know any thing and they had to keep looking to find key Vida

The GM is beyond rude and unhelpful, he’s vindictive! Argued over my free month. Broken roll down door after unloading. Broken latch that wouldn’t lock! Left open all weekend!! The GM threatened to call the police on me, for using a uhaul screwdriver, because he would not help me close my unit. Beware Ladies! Had to go back to get a new key two days later, when I was due to move 3 hours away! Went back to unload after hours, and my entry card was not activated! Phillip has zero customer service and I’ll be calling corporate over his bs and the total Lack of security to the building. I was still able to get in, without a key card, Phillip! Two alarms went off, and no patrol?!!

Having a free month of storage was extremely helpful when every other storage and moving place required payment and is expensive. Our apartment wasn’t able to move into for a week, which left us with no place to put furniture and some extra things. Having the free month of storage was a life saver for moving. The staff was helpful and friendly as well. It would be helpful if the office was open just a little bit later at times but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall it was a significantly pleasant experience.

A woman phoned that our mattress, box springs and frame were left outside and she said we must pay 250 to dump. When we came to pick up to store in our new unit, the frame was missing. Other than this, the move went ok.

Manager Philip is very nice , he answer all of our question and walk us through process. We used u- hall as last resort after cool pack cancel on us on day of moving . I looked around and called and finally we decided use u-hall . They had 10 by 20 available and that’s what we wanted . We end up getting another one 8 by 10 and we are still moving but after he found out how tired and stress we are he really tried to help us . He has very nice humble manner and really like it . The young man that helped me(Chad) Entered in my daughter's name and address because she had an existing account under our last name. He didn't take the time to listen or pay attention to me about what this was going to be set up for. This caused my corporate card to be declined Several times locking it out! We were assigned a storage unit which we were assured would work for our items. According to the agents, we found out later this unit was for disabled people. We got everything in except our couches and then found out our couches would not fit through the doorway. We asked for help and the first agent said, "what am I supposed to do about it?" We asked the 2nd agent to just give us a small unit to put our couches in so we didn't have to move everything and were told no. She wouldn't do anything except give us a new unit. No one would help us move our stuff, no apology, and no compensation. I never leave bad reviews but this was bad service. 3 extra hours of work for a fault that was not ours.

Great units, Spacious, Very clean, and Climate control (in select units). Loading dock was very accessible, and they provide carts (both large and small). Elevator for mid and top floor access. And constant surveillance/security, ensuring safety of belongings.

When we tried to confirm storage unit the day before our move to make sure everything was set, the employee at the front was very dismissive, provided little help and told us we were good to go, yet when we came to check in with als of our stuff the next day the whole system was down and we were unable to move into our unit. Finally after coming back the next day we were able to check in online by ourselves with no help only to find construction material in our unit. We then had to be switched to another unit and were finally able to move in.

When I first got a unit it was already rented out so they moved me and it was wrong size and moved me again. We confirmed the unit and put a lock on it. My access card didn’t work because of all the moving and it didn’t allow me to move anything for two weeks. The manager gave me the credit and moved my payment date . He was awesome and I would recommend! New facility so I expect a few kinks, but they will have worked out fast I am sure.
