The android app did not work for checking in or out. Also I needed extra extensions on my rental and was told it was fine, then told no it couldn't be done. No options were offered at the time even though other trucks were available. Also needed a storage unit. Online let me book it with a local rental, agent at storage said storage rental are only for one-way rentals. That's stupid if unit are empty and available. Local rates are misleading, local mileage is overpriced, gas gage was 1/8 more full than final receipt indicated.DANIEL L.

Waited 35 to 40 minutes. One guy working. He couldn't multi-task. My truck was fully paid and all I needed were my keys. I know staffing is a concern, but there should have more than one person working.Mark T.

There was an empty twisted tea in my van when It got it which is both gross and unfortunate. There was also a miscommunication regarding my scheduled pick up time. If I cannot pick it up for a certain time I shouldn't be able to schedule it, and if something change's after my reservation is made I should be notified via a phone call or email with an obvious indication that my reservation has been changed. I received a text, but because I received many texts I did not see that I wasn't able to pick up until 11:30 when I scheduled it at 9 am. This was extremely frustrating and altered my plans for the day very last minute.NICOLETTE R.

The only problem I had was the install was 2 weeks after the original appointment. There was a shipping delay due to the pandemic I think. Once the hitch arrived they had it installed in a couple of hours. I priced other shops for hitch install estimates and they were all way over priced!GREGORY T.

Mollie is FANTASTIC!! I rented 2 Uhauls on 2 different days and she was phenomenal to work with!! It's nerve wrecking to move and she made it SO easy to get the Uhaul, make a couple changes for me (Thank you Mollie â˜€ï¸ðŸ’˜) and it was effortless to return the Uhaul. She's great!! I can't say enough good things about her!!!! Definitely an asset to Uhaul!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ANDREA S.

While there was a large dent on the driver's side of the vehicle, it was well marked with the black "X" labels. There were cigarette butts in the driver's door handle/door opener slot.Harold W.

The folks at the UHaul Center in LaCrosse were very accommodating, very professional. They 'fit me in' today, even though I had changed the appt via the Call Center, and they were not notified.Julie K.
Great guest service at this location. I was in and out on my way in no time. The App didn't work as expected and a little complicated truthfully. The site or WiFi wasn't working properly, maybe?? Charged $35 for fuel when digital readout on truck showed more mileage when I dropped off than when picked up! Using the gas gauge for accuracy is not a good way. The guy that took the truck was an asshole needs some customer treatment training. Will NEVER recommend uhaul to anyoneâ€¦your helpers on loading end failed to show had to ask neighbors to help load!Dean N.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Truck cab smelled horribly of cigarette smoke - had to drive with the windows open for it to be tolerable. Truck van was dirty - a lot of dirt on the floor and in the mother's attic. As I was using it to transport broken/decommissioned IT equipment to the local recycler it wasn't an issue. But as someone who used to work for U-Haul I know this isn't the condition that the trucks are supposed to be in.DAVID R.
Truck had a VERY smoky smell. When AC was turned on, blew smoke smell in your face. I should receive a credit on my next rental. Should have been out of service so that you could clean. Weak apology by your rep.David C.
I had issues with the uhaul app and website for equipment return. The website wouldn't acknowledge my location even though my internet browser has location turned on and the app wouldn't upload any of the photos. Other than that, my in person experience with this U-Haul was amazing.Nichole N.

I used two climate controlled storage units for three years, being out of state for most of that time and always felt very confident that they were protecting my valuables. Now that I have my own space here in Wisconsin, I no longer need these storage units, but my goods were in the same condition as when I for packed the units three years ago.
