Very friendly and helpful staff!
ADAM D.The young man who helped us went above and beyond to help. It turned out that my wiring to attach to the turn signals on the trailer we were going to rent was not working. He tried hooking up 2 different trailers, then looked at the fuses in my car to see if there was a dedicated fuse for my hitch lighting system. He then helped us transition to renting a small truck to use for the afternoon. Thanks to him it only took about 5 extra minutes before we were on our way to make a simple move for one of our famliy members.

Jeffrey F.When we arrived on Friday, 4/2, to pick up a truck, we were told our reservation was cancelled. The gentleman working that evening seemed very nervous and appeared to be new to the position. He told us to return the next day to pick up a truck, and that experience was much smoother.

DILLON S.The one thing I would suggest is when someone is possibly going to be returning after hours, don't just say it's no problem and explain what to do. You need to mention the after hours return charge. We were NEVER told about this (thankfully we didn't run as late as expected) but I would've been upset had we been returning after hours and charged to do that and never told!

ZACHARY E.I reserved a truck for 10am. UHaul's systems were down and I was not able to get a truck until 11am, setting me back an entire hour on my plans. This ended up costing me money, as I had hired somebody to help me load some things. Not what I expect when I reserve a truck to be picked up at 10am. Also I did not receive the half dozen furniture pads I had added on my online reservation.

AARON L.They were definitely not helpful and when unforeseen situation happened and I was unable to return the trailer, I was given the run around. After speaking with multiple people, I was transferred to a department that was mainly for law enforcement and the woman I spoke with wasn't helpful at all. In the end, I was told my insurance didn't cover the trailer (even though I had insurance on the UHaul Trailer), I was charged extra money for the trailer being 7 hours late (even though my car engine blew and I tried to return the trailer a day earlier) and I was treated with disrespect.

STEVEN J.The tire pressure light came on about 30 minutes into my drive. This process almost doubled my drive to my new location. The tire pressure ended up being about half of what it was supposed to be. This should have been checked, especially during the winter months. With that being said, the rest of the process was very easy and smooth. The truck worked great other than the tire issues.
KATIE G.My starting mileage was incorrect and when I returned in less than 2 hours it looked like I drove over 1,000 miles. The workers adjusted accordingly, but maybe they should give us a reminder to double check the mileage when we start out.
LISA L.Make sure the truck is in good mechanical condition. I filled the truck up with gas and the girl that check me back in said it was not full enough and charged me 7.50 because it was under the 7/8 Mark which is where the truck was when I picked it up. Also I brought the truck back early and still got charged for the full day. And also I went 1 mile over the 100 miles and got charged extra for that. I paid more for renting the 10 foot truck then I did rent ing the 20 foot truck not fair.
Tammie Mae J.When trying to call this location....nobody ever answers the phone, then after many rings it is answered remotely. This is a local phone number listed on website, there should be someone there during store hours that can answer the phone and answer questions.
MARK S.I rented a 6X12 utility with a ramp but the $%^&* ramp OPENING was TOO NARROW. I drove a total of 200 miles to find out my cargo would not go. It should be made much much clearer in the on-line descriptions and DIAGRAM

JEAN LUC R.Trailer was under the snow so I couldn't check the tires but they should have check the tires before rented it. Left 2 tires were bold and when I was driving from Wisconsin to Ohio one of them got flattened. I couldn't believe they gave me the trailer with bold tires!! I didn't feel safe. You should always check the equipment before you rent it! Safety should be your priority.

Every staff member we have met has been extremely friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

The only complaint I had is the first unit I still have was very icy on the day I needed access and I slipped a few times. Staff came out and salted when I let them know. Also, the slide lock is troublesome to slide. The 2nd unit I rented yesterday had a much easier slide lock. Door rolled up and down more smoothly as well at the second unit. It must be newer. Overall, I can highly recommend this Uhaul location!
