You are pricing yourself out of customers I for one will be leaving U-Haul
When I first contacted the Uhaul in regards to the unit the female whom answered the phone was very rude the next day upon arrival to check in the associate Cinthia was extremely disgusting and dismissive the lead associate or manager jamill whom was on duty I spoke with and cinthia continued to be combative while I was explaining to him what occurred the day prior on the phone because I Assumed cinthia was the same associate I spoke to prior sucks to say cinthia was supposedly not the associate there the day prior which shows there is a complete lack of culture in the facility it self with customer service I was completely disgusted to experience the same behavior twice back to back amongst these associates when cinthia returned from checking in the truck from the gentleman prior to me whom she was rude with as well she refused to service me and made me wait for jamill. Once jamill got my unit situated and I signed off and paid for it he asked cinthia in which direction was my unit because it wasn’t visible on the map cinthia told him I don’t know and I don’t care find it for her to act in that manner not only was lack of customer service but she is not a team player. I am completely disgusted with not only the lack of customer service face to face but the day prior I was told the unit I rented wasnt avail but when I contacted the call center they reserved it for me via the call center right when I got off the phone with the facility I am renting at directly and they told me the unit wasn’t avail
1. I reserved a one way truck from DC to Philadelphia, but was assigned a truck that was located near Richmond, Virginia. Two plus hours south from my home and in the opposite direction of where I was going. 2. Then I was given a truck to use but I had to return it back to DC from Philadelphia. 3. The moving help service was a joke and I had to find help on my own. Their website needs improvement as well. Tatianna at moving help was wonderful, however.
Staff is always helpful but there never seem to be enough working. There’s typically only 1-2 people working.
Problems with the after-hours access. No one ever answered the contact number when access didn't work.
From start time finish the manager and staff were helpful, professional and welcoming. I locked my phone and wallet in my unit after hours. The manager came quickly, was pleasant and allowed me to retrieve it. She even apologized for the bad experience I had at another location!!! I would definitely recommend this facility!
It is a very nice and clean space. A little under staffed.
Security system always down. Key swipe always broken. VERY unprofessional non-management staff.

Although the employees there were very nice and helpful I do believe this place needs more help because the employees there should not have to leave their desk to do other chores with a line full of people waiting to be served I stood in line they’re almost 15 minutes waiting to be served

My entire experience dealing with U-Haul storage has been frustrating and difficult. When I arrived to the U-Haul moving and storage of kingsessing after making an online reservation for a storage unit, I was helped by Jasmine who proceeded to tell me I had no reservation and nothing under my name, despite offering multiple times to tell her my reservation number. She then had me start from the beginning on a new reservation. Once this was complete, she asked me if I needed a lock. I explained I had purchased one already and then she explained that I should not use that kind of lock because it can be cut. I then asked to purchase the correct kind of lock. She then told me they did not have any but she would check the shipment that she was unboxing. I was asked by a different store attendant if I was given a card to access the storage facility and said that I was no. He said that I should have been given a card swipe. He returned to show me to my storage unit but did not return with any card. I proceeded to move in my belongings and once finished went back to the office. It was 6:30pm and the doors had been shut off, despite the office closing at 7pm. I then asked if she found any locks, she said no. I asked her what she recommended I do because she had told me earlier not to use the lock I had purchased. She stated that my options were that lock or nothing. I then went to return the U-Haul truck we rented while my wife went to speak with Jasmine. My wife asked her to contact her manager and she did. The manager of the Kingsessing store then said that she would be picking up the correct locks in the morning, that she would see to it that a proper lock was placed on our storage unit in the morning, and that she would hold the keys in her office until we would be able to return to Philadelphia (seeing as we were returning to NY that night and would be unable to return for several days). The next day (today ), I called around 11am check in on the status of my lock. I was told I would be called back in a half hour with an update. At approximately 4:30pm after still having heard nothing from anyone at the Kingsessing Store, I called again and was told that a lock had not been placed on our unit but one would be soon and that we would receive an email confirming this. I am overwhelmingly dissatisfied with the dismissive, unhelpful, and inconsistent way I have been treated. I also am incredibly upset that I was told I’d be called back multiple times after being out on hold for long periods of time and never called back. I am reconsidering ever using U-Haul again.
I believe that I was intentionally over charged and I would like this resolved ASAP

The facility itself was great; however, any time I needed to come into the facility to speak with a staff member for assistance, the service was always slow except for one time. Further, I could not easily reach the facility by phone and never got called back when I tried to contact.
The manager was very excellent and more understanding towards my issue and helped me successfully resolve the issue. I will highly recommend Uhaul to everyone. Thanks because I am a happy customer
I forgot to get their names but the employees there were extremely helpful. They knew the fastest way to my storage. Showed me the best places to park my personal car and all around friendly conversations. Outstanding customer service skills. 5 stars
The rent reminder was very helpful. The staff was always helpful and available. The unit was clean and very well light.
Uhaul would not go over 22 miles per hour. And tow/haul doubled my miles & couldn't be turned off...Uhaul is stealing miles from customers by doing this. Then my check engine light came on.
I have no problem with the actual rental service was quick paced I rented storage space upon completion of my use of the truck that went very well the entire transaction went smoothly

Some employees had some poor customer service etiquette (talking on phone while attending to me). However, all my needs were met.
The representative Latasha she was very helpful and explained everything so well. I appreciate the customer service. Friendly, n easy to communicate with.

I was generally disappointed that I reserved the smallest unit on-line, but it was not available when we moved in, so we had to agree to a larger (and more expensive) unit.
The manager and staff at this location was exceptionally helpful and pleasant at each encounter. An excellent representation of great customer service.

I asked Questions, sale rep had no answers. Charged my card 1st. Then stated to me that. I don't have 24hr access to the facility. Which he should've stated befor taking my card once i ask him.
Great service but sometimes they need more than one person working at the desk because the registration stuff can take a long time
i do not like how i have to pay $100 just for using U-haul truck for the first time and i only used the truck for one day. When i brought the truck back i have to pay for the dropoff too it just BS
This has been one of my worse experiences with Uhaul. I reached out to y'all on support to get my issue resolved, but to no avail. Pretty bummed about having to pay so much money for no fault of mine.

Laneesha, the manager at UHAUL at 57th and woodland avenue was AMAZING and so nice and I had a really great experience.
Friendly staff made the check in process very easy. Facility very clean and neat. Would definitely recommend for storage. I didn’t have a need to rent a vehicle so I can’t comment on that.

It took the associates 1 hour and 40 minutes to process a storage unit for me. Then the storage was closed so I could not store my items and now I will be canceling the unit.
