Eneida MI have to say I was frustrated with the return process. I got stuck in traffic and arrived 15 minutes late. The link to self-check-in did not work, and there was no one in the location to help with check-in. I eventually found someone in the breakroom who was not very helpful. While I waited for 20 + minutes trying to find someone.

When the truck is given to us instructions and insurance we understand everything about the truck and its safety and how to return when finished. Believe be smart to promote your Sunday team to train other locations how to service your customers. House moves anre so stressful in many case, your Sunday team takes a lot of the stress away. VICTOR CMinor damage on front bumper and passenger door doesn’t close fully and when turning right a weird vibration and sounds is heard and felt also when driving it doesn’t pick up properly and really doesn’t go above 20-25 mph.

A light inside the cab kept blinking on and off and there were two different kinds of clicking sounds, all of which got progressively worse as the day went. There was a big dent in the door, which they showed us because they sent us out. Problem is, the dashboard kept lighting up that the door was open, but it wasn’t — so one of the clicks was the door. the blinking light and clicking sounds were distracting and by the end of the just 3 hour rental, both my and my husband’s anxiety was quite high

Lorraine GIt would be helpful to have more than one customer representative available, although with electronic check-in etc I realize that the time spent fulfilling an equipment check-out is minimal. Nonetheless, life being life: there are times when a customer needs advice or additional services, and another customer will need to wait. Additionally, I am continually wondering, in sevices locations like UHaul, what the security arrangements are...God forbid a robbery or other criminal act were to ensue. I have absolutely no complaints: I was served speedily, even though the associate was assisting another customer to locate equipment last-minute when I arrived. The associate that handed off the equipment, an elderely gentleman, was especially outstanding: friendly, courteous, efficient, informative, and patient.

This location refused to take back the truck even after the 800 line person told them they needed to. The people at this other location were a quite rude and really unhelpful when I needed to to return the truck and was really exhausted at the end of the day after moving.
