We came in needing to change our reservation. We needed to drive a truck 2 hours north. We were told there were no trucks or vans available. We had to drive 4 extra hours to move my deceased mother's belongings. It seems like a truck or two extra on the lot that can be dropped off at another location would be a good business practice, especially on Saturday which we were told was a busy day and very and almost a hardship for your desk attendants.Denise G.

We have recently rented trucks from locations in Fort Worth TX and Keene NH. Neither location answers the phone, and I got switched over to your call center where I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes when I called the Keene location. In Fort Worth, I ended up driving to the site because the phone just rang. Very disappointing for such a large company.JOHN F.

The staff in Keene are always excellent. Making and editing reservations on the website are terrible. (It's not a reservation unless the exact equipment is RESERVED for the exact time in the exact location. Everything else is just a request.) The truck was fine, except that there is so much slack in the steering that driving in a straight line requires constant correction. Do-able, but very tiring.PAUL M.

I was disappointed that the employees did not call me to tell me the parts were not in. Instead I brought my truck in and they told me I had to reschedule, then the second time I called beforehand and they said it still wasn't in (this was the morning of the appointment). I would have appreciated some initiative on Uhaul's part to tell me the parts weren't in without having to constantly call and check on my own.Elsbeth P.
Of the two trailers I have rented here they were both in need of repairs. Missing tail brake blinker lights putting me at risk of being pulled over and ticketed and previously a car dolly had a strap that was cut off in half and needed to be replaced before I could use it and the u-haul technician was not trained to repair it when I brought the trailer back as was told to do by the UHAUL 1800 #.nick B.

They are re-doing their parking lot and did not let us know. It took us one hour at pick up to find someone that would allow us to leave our car bc we could not park on premises. In addition to that we had to go to an location site to pick up our rental. This could have been avoided by an email and the U-haul business arranging parking for everyone that was leaving a car.Lara L.

The 2 women in Keene were outright disrespectful. When someone has to diviate from the original pick up you should also tell them uhaul won't pay the extra gas the customer may have to pay because they had to go out of their way to pick up the truck mikes away from the original pick up. Our truck had inaccurate mileage on it we were charged for. We also were charged for a two day rental and returned the truck same day. We had communicated with the 1800 Uhaul we were running a little behind schedule and it was no issue. We were charged nearly 200.00 for a 10ft truck in town returned same day. This is outrageous and will not recommend to anyone to rent there. We had rented a larger truck a year prior drove it out of town kept it over night and were only charged $80 so how does this even make sense? This is not okay.Danielle C.

I was charged over $100 in excess of the original quote provided by Uhaul. This location calculated the incorrect fuel level (I am certain the tank was at least 15% more full than what was recorded at time of drop off) and the allowed mileage was unreasonably low. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and will likely use a different company for my next move at the end of the monthGrant N.

I am indeeed grateful for the support that Amanda and her staff gave me over the past two years. Everyone provided answers and help on each request that I made. The only issue that I had was the entry cards were sensitive during rainy conditions and or cold conditions. Amanda provided me with an entry code, which worked super. No fusing with cards. We needed a unit for only a few months. I was able to secure it the day needed within hours of dropping off our belongings for storage, access was very easy, with the tools required to transfer everything from the truck to the unit, and vice versa. Our biggest issue was the difficulty of setting up an account when we checked in. We already had an account & a unit. We were just adding another unit. We had to do the whole process as if it was a new unit & then they signed us up for the wrong unit so had to do the process all over again. Then the key card we were given didn’t work.
