The woman who set up our vehicle was extremely rude (the owner). She gave me attitude when asking simple questions about our rental vehicle and made me feel incompetent. I will be sure to never return to this Uhaul location in the future and I will not recommend it to my peers. This was a horrible experience. The only upside to the experience was returning the vehicle, where an employee named Sarah was kind enough to help us return the vehicle and answer any questions that we had.Jerrika L.

The guy that installed the hitch was great. The girl behind the counter bit my head off when I offered to check my vehicle for the ball attachment. She thought she heard me say I has to get to work but I was certainly pleasant the entire time and I was the one who gave you $400. I would have expected the same from herCarl D.

no suggestions. The team at the counter and the truck and facilities were excellent. So many little things were thought of and taken care of. It surpassed my expectations. I've never rented a UHaul before and was intimidated. I would do it again easily and recommend to my friends to go to this Keene spot--and they were open on Sunday!!LOIS S.
You originally scheduled me to pickup at Turners Falls. When I called, the owner said they were closed sat sun, but agreed to come in for me. I was able to arrange a truck in Keene NH..much closer and open on Sat. You need to review your scheduling arrangements. I called about a truck in Brattleboro Vt.Ray A.

The store was clean. The experience was tedious. UHaul moved my pickup site tree times and added an extra hour of travel both ways for me. They gave me extra miles to cover my travel, but charged me an extra day because I picked it up before 4pm and returned it an hour or so after my 24 hrs had expired. The nice woman suggested I come back after four, but wouldn't let me wait at the store. I had asked the manager who changed my scheduled pickup location when to show up and he said, Any time you'd like. So I showed up early to make it back on time. Frustrating. Otherwise, the truck ran well, was a little muddy inside and had a used paper plate under the seat. I've used UHaul before and would use them again. Preferably at my local pickup site.ERIK K.

We had a reservation for a truck this past two days and the truck was awesome! The gentleman that check us in was great and super helpful. However when we delivered the truck your general manger Ms Giglio treated my husband like he was an idiot and complete inconvenience because we were rushed and dropped the keys in the box by mistake before she came out to check our truck in. We tried to just explain that we were in a hurry and just needed direction. She greeted us with a â€œyou have to waitâ€ very snarky. It was not a problem to wait. We get it. Another customer was dropping off another truck at the same time. She left us not knowing what we were waiting for. Did we have to complete the after hours online app because our keys were forever in the box? The way she made it feel was like we were complete jerks for not reading the sign we did not notice. I never typically leave a nasty review as I am a business owner. She was over the top rude and even interjected into my conversation with my husband. At one point even said â€œif your in such a hurry do it yourselfâ€ while her hand was out trying to hand me the keys. I feel like she was confrontational and definitely not who I would want as the face of my store. We will not be back to this location.KEVIN W S.

I rented a 26 foot truck twice this montha and drove the exact same number of miles both times. The first time I was charged $23 for 5 gallons of gas for the 52 miles, the second time I was charged $63 for 13 gallons of gas, even though I still only traveled 52 miles.SETH M.
Seems a large disconnect between the website and location. Equipment reserved online isn't available at location so you end up with something you don't want and is likely too big. Even calling local number routes you to main customer service whee you are directed to go online. Manager at location then tells me I should come directly there in the futureâ€¦. Shouldn't be so hard to reserve then actually get what you want.Justin B.

Overall rental was good confusion on where to drop off the key after hours the box I remember I couldn't fit the key in and apparently there is another box on the shed I don't think I should be charged $20 for that maybe I wasn't the vehicle had some type of Lane sensor I think that's kind of screwed up the driving in the speed sometimes you can't drive to the right of the center of the road so not a major Factory cuz if you're not driving over 50 miles an hour anyways but when it starts shaking like that and you don't know what the signs mean you think the front end is falling apartGEORGE B.

The vehicle was advertised as available 10 miles away when I reserved it, then got a call saying I had to travel 60 miles to actually get it. If it had been a van truck, I'd have canceled and gone with a different rental agency.Aaron F.

We came in needing to change our reservation. We needed to drive a truck 2 hours north. We were told there were no trucks or vans available. We had to drive 4 extra hours to move my deceased mother's belongings. It seems like a truck or two extra on the lot that can be dropped off at another location would be a good business practice, especially on Saturday which we were told was a busy day and very and almost a hardship for your desk attendants.Denise G.
