The store was clean. The experience was tedious. UHaul moved my pickup site tree times and added an extra hour of travel both ways for me. They gave me extra miles to cover my travel, but charged me an extra day because I picked it up before 4pm and returned it an hour or so after my 24 hrs had expired. The nice woman suggested I come back after four, but wouldn't let me wait at the store. I had asked the manager who changed my scheduled pickup location when to show up and he said, Any time you'd like. So I showed up early to make it back on time. Frustrating. Otherwise, the truck ran well, was a little muddy inside and had a used paper plate under the seat. I've used UHaul before and would use them again. Preferably at my local pickup site.

This location is great. Despite my disastrous experience with U Haul the prior day, this location cut through the nonsense of U Haul's check-in procedure and seemed genuinely interesting in making things right.

We had a reservation for a truck this past two days and the truck was awesome! The gentleman that check us in was great and super helpful. However when we delivered the truck your general manger Ms Giglio treated my husband like he was an idiot and complete inconvenience because we were rushed and dropped the keys in the box by mistake before she came out to check our truck in. We tried to just explain that we were in a hurry and just needed direction. She greeted us with a “you have to wait” very snarky. It was not a problem to wait. We get it. Another customer was dropping off another truck at the same time. She left us not knowing what we were waiting for. Did we have to complete the after hours online app because our keys were forever in the box? The way she made it feel was like we were complete jerks for not reading the sign we did not notice. I never typically leave a nasty review as I am a business owner. She was over the top rude and even interjected into my conversation with my husband. At one point even said “if your in such a hurry do it yourself” while her hand was out trying to hand me the keys. I feel like she was confrontational and definitely not who I would want as the face of my store. We will not be back to this location.

I rented a 26 foot truck twice this montha and drove the exact same number of miles both times. The first time I was charged $23 for 5 gallons of gas for the 52 miles, the second time I was charged $63 for 13 gallons of gas, even though I still only traveled 52 miles.

Seems a large disconnect between the website and location. Equipment reserved online isn't available at location so you end up with something you don't want and is likely too big. Even calling local number routes you to main customer service whee you are directed to go online. Manager at location then tells me I should come directly there in the future…. Shouldn't be so hard to reserve then actually get what you want.

The two women working there Friday 10/1 and Saturday 10/2 know what they're doing. The level of service and competence they demonstrated was something I seldom find nowadays. I hope they're compensated well.

Overall rental was good confusion on where to drop off the key after hours the box I remember I couldn't fit the key in and apparently there is another box on the shed I don't think I should be charged $20 for that maybe I wasn't the vehicle had some type of Lane sensor I think that's kind of screwed up the driving in the speed sometimes you can't drive to the right of the center of the road so not a major Factory cuz if you're not driving over 50 miles an hour anyways but when it starts shaking like that and you don't know what the signs mean you think the front end is falling apart

They didn't have my trailer after changing my pickup location and time, I had to drive an extra 1.5 hours to a different location. This cost me a full day of my move and I had to reschedule everything. Terrible organization.

The vehicle was advertised as available 10 miles away when I reserved it, then got a call saying I had to travel 60 miles to actually get it. If it had been a van truck, I'd have canceled and gone with a different rental agency.

We came in needing to change our reservation. We needed to drive a truck 2 hours north. We were told there were no trucks or vans available. We had to drive 4 extra hours to move my deceased mother's belongings. It seems like a truck or two extra on the lot that can be dropped off at another location would be a good business practice, especially on Saturday which we were told was a busy day and very and almost a hardship for your desk attendants.

We have recently rented trucks from locations in Fort Worth TX and Keene NH. Neither location answers the phone, and I got switched over to your call center where I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes when I called the Keene location. In Fort Worth, I ended up driving to the site because the phone just rang. Very disappointing for such a large company.

The staff in Keene are always excellent. Making and editing reservations on the website are terrible. (It's not a reservation unless the exact equipment is RESERVED for the exact time in the exact location. Everything else is just a request.) The truck was fine, except that there is so much slack in the steering that driving in a straight line requires constant correction. Do-able, but very tiring.

I was disappointed that the employees did not call me to tell me the parts were not in. Instead I brought my truck in and they told me I had to reschedule, then the second time I called beforehand and they said it still wasn't in (this was the morning of the appointment). I would have appreciated some initiative on Uhaul's part to tell me the parts weren't in without having to constantly call and check on my own.

Of the two trailers I have rented here they were both in need of repairs. Missing tail brake blinker lights putting me at risk of being pulled over and ticketed and previously a car dolly had a strap that was cut off in half and needed to be replaced before I could use it and the u-haul technician was not trained to repair it when I brought the trailer back as was told to do by the UHAUL 1800 #.

They are re-doing their parking lot and did not let us know. It took us one hour at pick up to find someone that would allow us to leave our car bc we could not park on premises. In addition to that we had to go to an location site to pick up our rental. This could have been avoided by an email and the U-haul business arranging parking for everyone that was leaving a car.

The 2 women in Keene were outright disrespectful. When someone has to diviate from the original pick up you should also tell them uhaul won't pay the extra gas the customer may have to pay because they had to go out of their way to pick up the truck mikes away from the original pick up. I should of went with Penske to begin with

I am indeeed grateful for the support that Amanda and her staff gave me over the past two years. Everyone provided answers and help on each request that I made. The only issue that I had was the entry cards were sensitive during rainy conditions and or cold conditions. Amanda provided me with an entry code, which worked super. No fusing with cards. Our biggest issue was the difficulty of setting up an account when we checked in. We already had an account & a unit. We were just adding another unit. We had to do the whole process as if it was a new unit & then they signed us up for the wrong unit so had to do the process all over again. Then the key card we were given didn't work. Everyone was pleasant & helpful but definitely need more training & a better system to check in. I even reserved the unit online to help speed things along!

The associate I worked with was extremely helpful and friendly, despite working with a rather difficult and obnoxious customer ahead of me in line.
