Yes, we received our things. Most went accordingly. However, it is ludicrous UHaul is the entity receiving money, yet will not assist in any way in response to questions about pick up or delivery. I had issues with one of the subcontracted pick up/delivery services and could not reach them. UHaul refused to help, respond, in anyway. UHaul took my money without a glitch. But when I couldn't reach the company picking up my stuff, the could literally give a shitPatty G.

I interacted with 4 employees with this rental at the store. 3 of the 4 were smiling, pleasant, and genuinely acted happy to help me. The 4th one never smiled and simply acted like he didn't want to be there. The transaction went fine, but it really made me appreciate the customer service provided by the other energetic, smiling, employees!Joel B.

Your customer service department is terrible. UBOXES We're dropped in wrong location then dropped in correct location a day late which I still had to pay for then they were picked up 3 days late which caused them to arrive late to my destination which caused me to have to pay another month's rental for 4 days because they did not arrive on time before I had to leave out of town for work then when I got back to arrange delivery to my home was told they don't deliver to my area which wasn't a problem when I made the reservation then had to get a truck, hire movers and move my stuff myself and when I arrived to load my uboxes We're not ready as promised and had to wait and the GM was miserable and not happy that he was having to deal with someone else's ineptness. Was repeatedly insinuated that I was being untruthful in my conversations and what was promised and call reviews had to be done only for them to agree with me that I was correct. Definitely not worth the hassle and money spent. As a previous die hard Uhaul customer I can assure that after this entire moving experience that I will NEVER use Uhaul again for any of my needs. I would rather pay more out of pocket for someone to do what I hire them to do and for better customer service. The only light in any of it were the two young gentleman on site that were kind and helpful. I know that Gavin was one of them but I have forgotten the other ones name. Overall this is the worst experience I have ever had with a move and Uhaul won't have an opportunity to make another mistake with me.Kim L.
Uboxes were not ready to be accessed upon arrival even though they were notified many days in advance. GM seemed irritated with my request to get them ready as I had movers scheduled any minute to unload them. I will say that the two young men that were working were very polite and helpful. Gavin was one but I can't remember the others name. Great kids, hard workers! Enjoyed their conversation and willingness to help. This was a great match for us. We're moving less than 3 miles away from the storage facility so this makes it very convenient once we're moved to access our items. This has been a nightmare and U-Haul should be sued for false advertising. My boxes arrived with so many furniture pads there was no space and I had to load them into my Kia and take them to the rental place or be charged for them after I said I didn't need any to start with. Your ad says you will deliver to my new home when I am ready. Three weeks later and I still don't have my storage because your company now says they can't deliver to me. I have been desperately trying to find someone to help me to get my items because it's only me and my severely autistic son at home. I was even told that it could cost me an additional $4,000 by your employees to hire a moving company. Every three to four days the managers of the place where my items are call me to ask when I will be getting my storage and I explain each time the horrible mess your company has placed me in. I told the last person of how I am having to buy things like cookware because I don't have my items and was told I could come and get out whatever I wanted when I wanted. The storage facility is FORTY FIVE minutes from my home. YOUR COMPANY advertises that YOU will deliver when I am ready. This is a LIE!Malissa T.

Great service and truck in good, clean condition. The general manager there went above and beyond to accommodate us and did not charge us extra when we were in a pinch and needed the 26 foot truck for a few more hours of usage. I recommend using U-Haul Moving & Storage of Karns.Chris T.

The rear door was hard to get up, and the pulleys appeared to be off-track. It got stuck in the â€œupâ€ position, and took many, many minutes to get it down. Gas gauge amount they had was 1/4 more than was present, and had to have that rectified prior to leaving. Checking engine light was on, but they weren't concerned with it. We were only doing a 20ish mile round trip, so we weren't too concerned about it. The actual office is good, and employees were friendly and easy to work with. I just think we got stuck with a rough truck. We will return if the need arises.Daniel C.

We reserved a 15 ft truck over a month ago at the Kingston Pike location. We got a call the day before pickup that they didn't have a 15 ft, but we could pick up a 20 ft at this location (30 minutes out of our way). When we arrived, they had given our 20 foot truck to someone else and only had a 26 ft available. It doesn't sound like much but the driving experience is very different than a 15 ft. or even a 20 ft. We had no choice but to take it but we were very disappointed in the reservation process of Uhaul.John B.

Extremely bad service. they lost our U-box for a full month, claimed we didn't have one, and we definitely did. our entire house was inside the u-box. finally they found it, no one ever apologized. The online registration process was misleading. There were 5 more steps to do after I arrived to pickup. Put the whole process, including the 'pick two' options that require calling people, up front so that it doesn't delay everything. It took me an extra 30 minutes of waiting just because it didnt indicate anything about was needed until after I arrived.Bill P.

I had an issue at a different location where the storage unit I had been assigned was double booked and we didn't realize until we pulled in to move in my stuff after hours. From what I understood, it was just a computer issue. Although it was inconvenient, it happens to anybody who works with any kind of computer system, so I wasn't too upset. I went back to that one the next morning and they actually didn't have any more units in the size I needed, so they sent me to this store. The gentleman that helped(I didn't catch his name but he was life saver!!!) me went above and beyond to help accommodate me because of the mix up. Super super super appreciative of all of his help!
