The people listened to us and had the trailer ready to go with very good tires on it . We told them about the last rented trailer we got it had miss matched tires that made it Squirrley and we had five tires changed to try to get radials all around the tires we got went flat. We got great service at Kalamazoo u haul the trailer was there when we were supposed to pick it up and tires were like new. We made it home with no problems. Thanks AZO U Haul

Staff not thorough from original intake. Rig fluids, oil, window wash low. Requested and required destination with 1mos. free storage was not provided and set at "drop-off" only location. I had to search and purchase storage at destination along with service fluids and babysitting "chech" lights all cross country.

This location needs to hire one more associate. There is only one person doing both the cashiering AND equipment preparation/retrieval. That person was very nice and helpful but I can tell he was overloaded. Help him out!

The location was understaffed. The lone man there did his best to take care of all of the customers. He was very polite and accommodating. Truck had a low battery warning on and only 1/8 of a tank of gas. Truck was cleaned and disinfected.

The salesman was very hard to understand. It's like he mumbled. Location was very understaffed. I returned the truck with exactly the same amount of gas and he still charged me $20.00 more on my card and I didn't even go over the amount of miles I said I was to travel. I didn't even go 20 miles. $85.00 way to much for 24 hours less than 20 miles used.

I received two bad trucks, 1st one ran terrible and was leaking exhaust into the cab, 2nd one ran terrible and steering was awful plus it leaked oil, this was the worse experience I've had with U-Haul

I booked to drop off at the Cork St location and was forced to drop off at the Portage St location. Very inconvenient.

You need more employees working. Waited in line for 30 minutes just to get our trailer. Then had to wait another 30 minutes to drop it off. This location is always insanely busy when I need equipment. The employees were friendly and working as fast as they could, but they for sure needed more helpers!

I showed up right before they closed and they were nice enough to help me turn my truck in. They told me I went over on mileage, but after explaining what I delt with they waved the 3.50 and 10 dollar they were going to charge me for the over milage and gas that wasn't correct.

Moving is a stressful time. Throw in building a house and scheduling everything logistically a nightmare Ryan and Christian made things work. These guys are true pros when it comes to customer service. You better hang on to these guys

I have rented a truck from this location half a dozen times at least and have always had a perfect experience. The mobile pick-up option is NOT good! The second time I tried to use it, it failed for me as bad as the first time. Thankfully, the staff is always gracious and helpful. Five stars for the personal customer service I received this time, and every time!

I had to wait for who seemed like the manager to finish BSing with the guy at the counter before i could pickup my rental. I felt like i was intruding someones personal space, like i was in somebody's living room, asking to borrow their personal car. Guy at the counter has a lifelong commitment to mumbling. Constantly asking him to repeat himself and stating that i can't hear him is not about to sway him to break the mumble oath he has taken. Upon returning the unit, i waited for an amount of time, because a customer was there, per appointment, for two hours already to have a hitch installed onto his car. Note:he wasn't angry that his car wasn't done yet, he was angry that this was the 2nd weekend he'd wasted at uhaul, and he was being asked to make a 3rd appointment, as his car was not even pulled into the bay yet. There was a very clear statement made from the guy at the counter that uhaul cant hire anybody, because nobody wants to work. I wonder to myself why that is. Is it because of the mumbling? The fact that nobody respects a customer enough to wear a mask properly? Is it because the front room--- where customers enter and do business-- stinks of cheap weed? Or the fact that you have a manager that either makes you feel like you're intruding on his Saturday, or just isnt around to handle situations? Im not sure, but my guess is that its some combination of those elements. Rental was clean though

I've rented from here several times. They're always ready and prepared. Friendly helpful associates. I know I'll return. As for Uhaul. I would appreciate a $39.95 daily van/small pick up rate with 150 miles included. I can rent from Home Depot for quick trips unlimited miles for $19.95 per hour. Maybe come up with a frequent haulers program.

Although the staff was very helpful, the truck was not ready even though I reserved it. It had not been cleared of snow and I had to return to the site to have the wiper blades replaced as the were not functioning. It was hard to hear what was being said because of the mask but also because the staff mumbled. It seemed that only one person did the work which was the manager so other customers had to wait while my truck was prepared.

I was very happy with UHaul from Rio Rancho, NM to final arrival in Battle Creek, MI. Every step of the way I was provided guidance as I changed the number of boxes at storage, then added at my house in NM. At the Rio Rancho store when I had to add a box , which I towed, they fixed a wiring problem on a busy Sunday afternoon. When I arrived in Michigan, I had to change delivery from location to hold in storage and finally I had to change the delivery day a few times. kalamazoo even made sure all the U-Boxes were charged as one delivery rather than two as I had them split up. From renting the truck, to getting boxes, to booking some movers, U-Haul took care of us every step of the way. Their prices for the truck, boxes, and movers were very reasonable and it was easy to use the app to adjust the schedule and size of truck when we realized we needed to make changes. I love their buy-back option on the boxes, and I also think it's great that they offer a box exchange to reduce waste. ¡Gracias!
