Had truck reserved for 830. Shoed up at 9 and took 30 mins to get truck brushed off and hooked up. Was already running late and wasn't expecting another delay.

The employees at this location were very friendly. It would have been convenient for us to have a lock on the rear end of the vehicle on the chain.. Our vehicles' lock was broken. We had to buy a lock to keep our items safe. When the weather is snowy and icy I believe the staff should clear off the tail lights and front window of the vehicle to make the vehicle road ready. Overall good experience.

The staff were very nice and friendly. However I reserved over phone, where I was sent to this location, roughly 7 miles out of my way, for a uhaul that I couldn’t rent per having a debit card. There is a uhaul much closer to my home that I could have went to if I was still required the larger vehicle. Not to mention the uhual reeked of cigarettes. There were cigarette butts in the uhual. Literally had a headache by the time I was done. Honestly made me want to throw up

The truck was a 2019 with 4700 miles on it but the smell of cigarettes in the truck was strong. This was the only bad thing.

The only thing I can think of, is a more accurate gas reading. And maybe capability to agree on level BEFORE drive away.

The truck had less than half a tank when I got it but it was recorded as a half. I returned it with a sliver under a half a tank and got charged for 3 gallons. Also got charged 15$ for leaves in the bed? You charge me 30$ plus 1$ a mile a couple leaves blowing in In fall half be reasonable. Sorry ur employees had to work for 3 minutes to sweep them out. Took me 30 minutes to get the truck cuz of ur scrappy computers.

I was charged $301. For a rental of a 20ft truck. It was returned clean gas tank full and on time. Why do I have 4 charges totaling 301?

I have rented from this location several times over the past year and have not had any problems. Easy in and out and the trucks are well maintained. Rented a truck over the weekend and returned after hours. Followed the gas return and even put a few extra dollars in. When I got up the next morning I was charged several gallons of gas at $4 a gallon. Called right away and was on hold for a long time. When I finally got someone she said she tried to call the location no response and then sent a "text" to the manager but of course no response. I know that the truck was returned with the proper amount. It's not a lot of money but it's the principal as I am on my 4th or 5th truck from Uhaul this year.

The trailer i rented appeared to be lived in by a homeless person. There was a sleeping bag, food and trash in the back when i opened it and it reeked of human fluids. The uhaul tech connected the trailer to my truck and should've looked inside before i left. the door was even ajar.

The two young men that were doing the customer service at the Portage St. location in Kalamazoo, MI were outstanding! Although, they were extremely busy, they made sure each customer was taken care of without neglect of their needs. I was waiting for my ride to pick me up and witnessed how many duties they had to perform and they both were very conscientious, thorough, personable and courteous. Excellent experience, I hope that you can personally thank them for me! I would absolutely recommend this location. Debra Kemp

Pretty minor issue, but the trailer I rented had a fair amount of old metal shavings from a prior user. It would be nice if the trailer were swept out after each rental.

This was the worst experience ever!! We tried to store our things here but the units we were rented were locked and no one had a key. No one knew what was going on while we had PAID movers to help!!

It's a perfect place storing your stuff and it takes the worry off your mind that nothing will happen to your stuff but the smaller units could be cheaper like the one I had cost too much money

card machines were down for a few day so i was unable to get into my storage.When we ended our storage there was an opening at the top liking someone tried to come into our storage.

The manager gave away my reserved trailer to someone who just walked in without double checking ID's, etc. Didn't check ID or anything. Told my my box had already been picked up. Not the case.

We would’ve liked it to use the storage facility in Kalamazoo however when we went to check there are no units available even though we had a reservation

YOU ALLOWED ME TO BOOK A STORAGE ROOM AND THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY WHEN I GOT THERE. I WASTED SO MUCH TIME LOOKING FOR PLACES AND AT THIS POINT I JUST GAVE UP.
