Dominic (sp) was very good and very knowledgeable. Being in sales I recognize talent and you should hold on to him. The process was easy, the truck was what I expected but your app sucked as it sent me to a location that was a mom and pop place where no one was. Where I rented was so much closer to my house and where I wanted to go to begin within. So in summary - your app sucks, but your onsite team at the location was awesome.

Brought rental back on time. Tried to finalize return system stated no account found! Called 1800# waited 25 minutes only to be hung up on. Online chat gave info to start return. Got through last pic of inside truck and system error occurred. Charged overnite fee even though I arrived 45 min before cut off. Dropped keys on time without confirmation if return due to system error!!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I have a storage at another place that I'm merging this one into. It's quiet a bit larger than this one. Wish I had come here first years ago. I'm moving back into a house this year, with my grandson, which means I won't be wasting extra money. Thank you Staff

Make sure the vehicle is well maintain the vehicle I had transmission was slipping I couldn't adjust the passenger side mirror it was about to fall off held on with tape I stated to ask for a refund it cost me191.00 dollars for this vehicle that really should've been on the road

Horrible customer service thru out the process. I asked for an extension on my itintial rental date and was asked WHY DO YOU NEED IT LONGER? I was told my truck was outside. There were 4 outside the same size. I asked someone who worked there and the response was its overthere pointint to the group of 4. It turned out to be the one where the seats were soaking wet from the cleaning or should i say Hosing dowin of the truck . Finally I when i brought it back the employee asked if i was using the app i said yes and asked for the keys got in the truck and played with his phone it was almost like i was bothering him everytime i had a question or had to take a photo. i will not be renting here ever again

The fact that I made a reservation online for a truck and was not able to access it after hours and had to reserve a new appointment is unacceptable. I was also sent an email stating that I would have a lock in my unit and that wasn't the case so I had to purchase a lock after all the inconvenience. I had to pay for the separate reservation before the first one could be refunded.

Retire this truck. It is pretty banged up, when driving up the hill it starts shaking pretty bad and the steering wheel has a lot of play. Towards the end of the rental the low oil light came on. I was always afraid that this truck would die on me during the rental. Excellent in person customer service and the return app was awesome.

I was able to access my unit at anytime. Staff was always courteous and helpful. My belongings was stored for over 2 years in a outside unit and there was no rodent, bugs or water damage to my belongings. The price was reasonable. I would recommend this Uhaul to others.

I didn't know I need to predict the mileage I was going and was charged extra money on my card when I originally swiped it for $39. It should be explained to customers if they go over the mileage then it will charge there card. I not happy about that, at all!

Probably explain that I'd have to go online and before finishing with the U-Haul truck that i have to go online and fill out information before turning in the truck. I had to go back to the building and get the info i needed to close out the account and my phone was dead so i tried calling the info center and they took forever to get on line

The woman that was in charge was VERY VERY VERY RUDE, soon as I pulled into parking lot she came outside fussing at me then went back into building. I get out the car and go inside, she is assisting the customer behind me while I'm standing at counter. I ask many questions and every response was her being smart or nasty. My wife told her she's being unprofessional but she didn't care bout how we felt or what we thought. She literally responded and said that out her own mouth. I Asked her how much will I get back after I bring truck back and she said you not getting anything back and I know you supposed after good truck return. At long as she works for Uhaul you will always have bad business or reviews At this location. I just want my portion that's returned to customer back into my account. Please help!!!

The manager there is very rude . And any time you talk to someone who says my facility ...and they don't own it ...you already know what you're going to get. There are several times that I called I stayed on hold more than 15 minutes and there has been times that I have called and that was a lot of horseplay and profanity in the background. I was not happy at all at this location.

I was charged twice the contract stated the truck was full however it was on empty. They said I went 90 something miles when I only traveled 17 miles both ways.

At first glance the cargo van appeared to be clean but after driving for about 10 mins, I noticed that the van reeked of urine. I own a balloon business so I rent the vans to make deliveries and I couldn't return the van without being late for my event. It is clear that this location doesn't throughly clean their vans because there are spiders webs under the seats and we saw a roach crawling around the cup holder. This is unacceptable and I will not be returning to this location to rent ever again.

The general manager, Doneesha McDowell, is par excellent! She is friendly, personable and professional all in one! Whether it's on the phone or in person. She makes the rental experience seamless, quick and efficient. have used a lot of different Uhaul locations for storage and truck rentals over the years and she is overall the best person for the job that you can get. How blessed you are to have her as an employee, she is an tremendous asset to your company, don't let her go!

I did not have a registration, and the customer service rep said he had no vehicles available. I left, went online to make a reservation, the vehicle was at this location. I had to driveback and wait in a long line by this time to get the vehicle. The guy acted like this was normal. So inconvenient.

I PURCHASED UNIT #2408 ON WEDNESDAY 21st of July I tried to move some things in my storage on Saturday 24th of July my gate access key didn't work I was stuck behind the gate and couldn't get out for three hours I called customer service I was on hold for 50 minutes they finally gave me a code to open the gate so that I can get out the very next morning I went back to to storage unit still my key wouldn't work I went to the front office and was told that an employee there had sold the storage unit that I purchased on Wednesday 21st of July to a Michael Wilson I was very disappointed because I had a delivery of a bedroom set that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday but the delivery driver called in sick thank God or they would've been delivery to a storage unit that an employee sold to someone else that was supposed to have been my unit!! THE STORE MANAGER KEVON SMITH GAVE ME A LARGER UNIT FOR THE PRICE OF THE SMALLER UNIT THAT AN EMPLOYEE GAVE TO SOMEONE ELSE TO FOR THE INCONVENIENCE WHICH WAS NICE BUT I STILL WASN'T SATISFIED WITH THAT UNIT BECAUSE ITS UPSTAIRS THE FLOORS ATE WOOD AND LOOKS AS IF THE FLOORS OPEN UP AND SOMEONE CAN ENTER MY UNIT FROM THE UNIT UNDERNEATH AND STEAL MY THINGS!!! I have had my storage unit for several years and I am never late due to my account being on auto pay. Recently I had several fraud transactions on my bank account, and I was forced to cancel my card. Through the process of protecting myself, I didn't realize Uhaul was one of accounts connected to my card, and would be affected until I received a letter informing me. I called the location, and spoke to a lady that was very rude and unprofessional. She spoke over me and when I corrected her pronunciation of my name she mocked me. I also asked her about waiving my fees and she informed me that they would have needed to know in advance about my situation. I asked " so I needed to let you know in advance that someone would be committing fraud on my account?" I asked her for the Store Manager or customer service. She said she would transfer me to customer service, but I somehow got the Morrow location instead. The lady at the Morrow location successfully transferred me to customer service, but I was hold for an hour. The Jonesboro location need a lot of work on their customer service. During the time I have had my Uhaul storage, I have been locked in the storage facility by the staff, the restroom is always filthy, verbally attacked by a staff member for a delinquent account that was not mine, and now this. If you didn't include the people in this process , I would recommend Uhaul to my friends and family.
