Terrible service; long wait, no organization. Customers like me cannot figure out where the line is (there is none) or who can wait on them (2 out of 3 UHaul workers were sitting and standing around but not helping customers... were they clocking out? On break?). I called in my reservation an hour earlier, still took 30 mins to get a trailer.

Double check paperwork before billing. I was charged double. It was corrected. Explain that it's $100 up front and then whatever expenses for mileage and rental fee will be subtracted from that. I do not recall that being explained to me on the phone. Otherwise, I LOVE the professional curiosity of your staff at the Jeff/Clarksville location!! Very helpful

The air was not working, it was very hot that day. & when we took the truck back, after hours, the website we were to use to return the truck wasn't working. We stood outside for 35 mins. trying to get the app. working, so we could check it in & put the keys in the return. I called the Uhaul line, & told her & she tried to walk me thru it & still wasn't working. She finally put the return thur on her end. It was a terrible experience. When we picked the truck up the guy in the office that checked us in. was not friendly. He just got the info, kept looking down, & didn't crack a smile. So, there needs to be more customer friendly people when u check in, the air needs to be working in ur trucks, when it is 90 outside, & ur customer shouldn't have to stand outside for 35 mins trying to return it.

I returned a vehicle with more fuel than when I rented it and did not receive any credit. I had furniture pads that were unused and did get a credit. I came I to return the vehicle and instead of getting a greeting I had to wait while the 4 of them finished their private conversation. It was quite rude considering I just spent $1000.

Staff was great. Equipment was perfect for needs. Spent a total of 15 - 20 minutes picking up and dropping off. The early check in is a great time saver. 5 STARS!!

The employees had absolutely no idea what they were doing and it took us almost an hour to actually get to take our rental. Completely unacceptable. Worst customer service experience I've ever had anywhere.

The young man who rented us the unit was professional and clear speaking. He was very adept at creating the contract. It therefore was a speedy transaction. I returned the trailer a few hours later. Again, although it was a different associate the time for the interaction was brief.

The girl who took care of me seemed very rude and nasty. my truck would NOT START and it was stranded... She more less implied it was my worry and offered no assistance or concern.. I called the number said it may be hours before roadside could make it and needed moved. I called wrecker company and they assisted and hot it started. I took truck back to scared to use it... Poor Place

Truck was new and clean. Only problem was that we had a reservation set two weeks prior. Truck was scheduled to be picked up at 0700AM using the pre paid online pick up after hours. I even received a confirmation email the day prior. On day of rental I came at 0700 and couldn’t get the truck till 0900. I call customer service and they said since the previous renter dropped it off late then they had to push my rental back, even though the truck was there at 0700. Now I had movers at my place at 0800 waiting on the truck which I could not get till 0900. What’s the point of a reservation if it’s not kept. I’m sure if I brought it back late they would be charging me the fees.

I ordered the hitch and accessories that I needed and set up a date and time to have it installed. I called the morning it was supposed to be installed and the items had not even been shipped. No one bothered to call me let me know there was an issue. Unacceptable It ended up costing over $500 to buy the hitch elsewhere and have it installed. It cost me a lot of time effort stress and over $150 more than I was quoted through U-Haul The guy that hooked up the hitch had extremely long chains that he used that he twisted and they came loose before I could leave New Albany. I'm very unhappy with this entire situation

Something is going on with the truck I used. Apparently it burned 4 gallons of gas in 8 miles. Or the alternative is the gas gauges are rigged to show full when you pick it up when they really aren't.

The gentleman at the actual physical pick up site were excellent to deal with, however I cannot say the same for your call center receptionist. When trying to call the local rental facility I was forwarded to a call center where the woman was extremely rude and insisted that I gave her a credit card number before she would discuss locating an available truck for me. I ended up having to speak with this woman twice and it both times she was not a good representative for your business. There was also a local call number for a customer service center and both times they were very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Staff told me that they didn't have any trucks available, but I was able to reserve one online about 10 minutes later. Staff basically didn't feel like dealing with me or checking their inventory. They didn't even look when I first came in, just told me they were sold out. Obviously not true.

Your website to me wasn’t explicitly clear as to verifying your reservation on the form when filling out. Everything was good but not 100% clear. Also I would like to complement your staff at this location.

I had an additional charge from uhaul that I couldn't get resolved. I've worked on this half the day and get anyone to answer why the amount was charged to me. The chat person (Catrina) was basically worthless, the store said they couldn't help and the customer service line still hasn't picked up after trying several times. I'm just calling my bank to report the charge as fraud and going to dispute it. The full amount charged was already paid!!!!

Truck was in much need of mechanical repairs. Sunvisor was broken. I requested a newer truck this one was completely broken down@ 75,000 miles. I over filled the tank by 1/4 when returning truck they would not give me any type of credit. Clarksville Indiana store never once return my phone calls.

The first Truck I got had an extremely amount of play, in the steering wheel it took about 8 inches of turning the wheel before it would register to turn, then it was a pain to turn after it could turn. This should have never been given to me that is extremely unsafe. When I returned it I was not given a discount for time lost on driving and returning the damaged truck. And originals was set up with 24 hours and then was set for only 6 so I had to call and get it changed again. They worked with me, but I should have never been in the situation in the first place.

I was charged for a dolly when it was never screwed in. They charged me for gas when the gas was returned on the same amount. The lady was very rude when I tried to explained that I never used it.

I'm not happy about the extra charges on my final bill. It was not explained to me about the cost to extend my rental a couple days longer. Also attended didnt ask how I would like to pay my final bill. I always pay cash or check, but attended changed my bank card. Just would have been nice to have that option. I use uhaul services often. I have always been treated fairly till today.

I reserved a van, showed up Saturday March 30th, no van! Showed up at 11am, 1pm and again at 3pm. NO VAN!!! Was told the customer didn't return it due to weather, employees called customer but van wasn't returned! Sunday morning March 31st, 11 am, the van I'd reserved wasn't there? One van in the parking lot, the guy in front of me was given it with me standing in line with a reservation? Employee looked for reservation yet again? I finally took a smaller van which took two trips, more gas and more mileage than expected! I've rented from you before however I'm very, very disappointed, apparently a reservation in your system means nothing but it delayed my move and I lost someone to help me move over it.....had to find another person quickly so I wouldn't have to pay more money for rents on the 1st of April. This was a huge inconvenience to me, I'm very disappointed with your company. The employees tried to find another van but I was told nothing was available after reserving again and again! This happened to a friend of mine with your location in Clarksville just this week, reservation and no van? What good does a reservation do? Disappointed! Phillip Wheeler 502-751-9209

Called this location to rent a small trailer 35 minutes before closing. I was told would not have in until next day. And they were preparing to close. I went to this location 7 minutes later only to find about a dozen trailers setting there ready to rent. I rented one then asked way we were told they could not rent any more for that day and did not have any available. We were told he was instructed to do so 30 minutes prior to closing.

Had to wait 45 mins in line to get the van... Then the manager (Tiffany) no smile or good morning or sorry we are busy .. no help to add to it.. she stated your pick up time was at 8am not 10am when i arrived at 915am... i asked if i could extend a hour to 1pm she said no so i rushed back to location by 12 noon which i did had to wait 25 mins to turn the van in which in fact 3 vans were still in parking lot not rented.. I will never use uhaul again.. Will tell friends of a most unpleasant experience.. Manager needs to downgraded i have used this location before ..

A little hood rat works here and she isn’t someone UHAUL should have working there. When she was more worried about talking on her cell to her BOO than helping the customers that had been waiting to be serviced. Another reason uhaul will NOT get my business ever again. The staff was awesome, I even grabbed a few boxes while i was there. The night drop set up is beyond ridiculous! Taking photos, logging in, setting up an account, maybe create a way when your getting the truck, if you know your returning after close to set up an account then, advise the renter your going to want photos of everything including where its parked. Again nothing against staff they have been awesome each time we rent ,but that night drop set up after a long day of moving... and it was cold out.

Overall good experience. However, there was no electricity to the outlet or light outside of our storage unit and the employee said that they didn’t run electric to those outlets and won’t ever do it.
