I have already made a complaint about the way I was treated when I returned the vehicle. I've been a repeat customer and the office personnel I've dealt with in the past have been excellent. However, the lady working on 10/14 was awful. She was put out because I didn't park the van where she wanted it and refused to answer my questions, ignoring me completely as I tried to talk to her. Then, she called and accused me of having the key, hanging up on me in anger when I was talking to her. What you can do is fire that person. There is no excuse for the way she refused to help me or even acknowledge me. My question was very pertinent to the return of the van and I certainly hope that I do not see additional charges on my bill as a result of that woman's ill will.

Pamela at the counter was awesome she hitched the trailer up got me everything I needed and never once lost her patience even when I had trouble maneuvering the trailer off the lot

After being completely inconvenienced and held up for an hour at the pick up location we anticipated their might be some kind of compensation for our trouble yet at drop off we were met with an employee who wanted to charge us for every little line item and ended up having to fork over even more money for this sub par experience.

I was given a confirmation via text that gave me the wrong time for my pickup appointment. I had to call multiple times to straighten it out. I was also told to return the truck to Borgmeyers on Blue Ridge in Kansas City and when I called them a day ahead they told me they don't accept U-Hauls. They said they are a Penske dealer. Then I had to call and try to find out where to return the truck. U-Haul needs to get their act together

I've rented twice in the past couple of weeks from the Ellis Blvd. location. On both occasions, everything went very smoothly and the staff was great to work with.

I called to make the reservation first, however, I was put on hold for the rep never to return yo the call. I hung up and called again, same thing. I had to go on-line make the reservation and then go into the store to pick up the truck. Other than that service was good.

People didn’t tell me anything The specifics about towing with my car even when I asked specifically. And then when we got there we had to switch out items and we got overcharged and then problem after problem very frustrating.

I was overcharged for miles. I had the van 3 hours.went from the uhaul location to my home (6 miles), from home to the Jefferson City dump (17miles) and back to the uhaul location (17 miles). I put 2.2 gallons of gas in the van across the street from the uhaul location prior to returning. There is no way I put more than 50 miles on that van and was charged for close to 100 miles.

Many pests. Bait trap killed one mouse. Mouse droppings/pee everywhere. Mouse chewed through mattress protector so tons of brown recluse babies on/in mattress. Furniture stunk. Lost most belongings.
