Cody Johnson should be fired , not helpful , was rude and was not doing his job! Don’t know how he got his name on door but it should be taken off . Any questions please call me at 8593933438 , I did file complaint against him and hope he’s fired!!! Very unsatisfactory service.!!!! I didn’t not use any of uhaul units , I went to another company! Would not recommend uhaul storage to anyone after my experience. My money was supposedly refunded but have not seen it on my credit card. A mess. The first time I went in there to reserve a pull behind trailer, they put in the wrong dates. So I called and got put through to someone else, who would â€œtake care of meâ€. They finally got the right dates but messed up on the time. When I finally got to pick it up, they had to delete me reservation and start a whole new one. I also got the 6 pads for $5, which by the time I got home and was using them, there were only 5. So I called and they said â€œwe'll make a note on itâ€, they didn't. I dropped the trailer off 17 hours early and still had to argue about the missing pad. As for the trailer itself, worked great. Pulled real nice for the distance. Queen size bed barley fit on its side though (had a 6x12)AARON R.

Only problem I had is that I had to drive past 5 other U-Haul places to get to the one that had the truck and trailer I wanted. This had nothing to do with this location in Janesville, they were great.stephen V.

You should be able to contact other businesses that rent Uhaul trucks. This way customers don't have to rent a truck for one day and turn it in and then go to another place the next day to get a truck. This was very frustrating for me.GLORIA P.

I brought the 15ft truck back two days earlier because it was dangerous to drive. Noticed WAY TOO MUCH play in the steering wheel. Noticed WAY TOO MUCH play in the WAY the truck shifted gears from STOP to DRIVE. The acceleration was WAY TOO FAST. AND WITH JUST leaving the facility, I actually crossed a double line on the road. VERY difficult to handle this truck. Needs overhaul work done on steering and engine.TRUDY K.

This is not a reflection on the actual location.... I tried using the mobile app for pickup since the store wasn't open for another couple hours. The app was so slow and unresponsive! I had to use the web version for pickup and that was still slow. It took over a half hour to complete the pickup process. So that was irritating. The actual location has always been great, though sometimes under-staffed. The employees treat everyone well and with their full attention.Andrew O.
Truck was clean, but the heat did not work. Notified staff before I left the parking lot. He checked it out, wasn't the fuse. As the day warmed up, it wasn't a factor. Overall, a good experience. 3rd time using this location and never had a problem.LORI G.

You can put a router box near the front door. It had me waiting to be approved over an hour and all because it said my location was off but I was standing at the lock boxes. Horrible pick up experience, mobile pick up not recommended unless an employee is there.Loretta P.
