One employee told me to wait in the truck and she would bring the equipment. 15 minutes later she was inside helping other customers and told me to meet a different employee in the back. Also, since it rained heavily in the morning, the parking lot was flooded and I asked one of the guys to help me get the van because it was parked in the flooded area of the lot. I was not able to move into the storage unit! The access code to the entry doors did not work and once I got help from security the storage unit had a lock on it! Uhaul need to Have a knowledgeable person to Speak all instructions clearly and explain the procedures for renting and returning the equipment and mention all fees and taxes.. We were told the lots are open 24/7 but they fail to inform us that the return has to be completed on our phone. We had no idea what to do. We had no paperwork from them to look at. Truck share 24/7 was not ready the night before. When I arrived upon their opening they were unapologetic. When I got home with the truck the dolly and blankets were not in the truck as I had ordered. i got there at 9 they told me they were not renting because the plow hasn't gotten there so come back at 11 i went back at 11 & they told me they were not renting because the plow did not come. there was a guy there w a snow blower & he only cleared out a very small area & then disappeared and wasn't seen the entire time i was there. i asked the manager melessa if we shoveled out the truck can we rent it because i had taken 3 cabs that day since they told me to come back & she said sure while she continued to do nothing but be on her phone. another customer was also shoveling their own truck out meanwhile like i said not one other employee was shoveling. when he got the snow removed from the van out she got the van stuck & then we had to again shovel out more snow & get the van out ourselves. once we did that the truck i was going to remove straight forward she got into it & started to reverse it & also get it in an even worse position than it already was although she saw we were shoveling the front of it to remove it that way. it took an hour for 3 customers to shovel out the trucks while no help from actual employees.JANELY C.

I cleaned my storage at the beginning of December and called the same day to your 1800 number to let you know storage is empty for no more charges and you can track that call ... after that they charged me twice even with a late fee... Didn't understand why if I had automated payment. They call me early January to confirm storage was closed I say yes and ask to please verify my late fee and extra charge to be refunded ... She said someone would call me back and nobody did... The only reason why I couldn't say "Excellent" on my overall rating of the U-Haul Storage facility at this particular location is that there is just one problem that I had with the place. The problem is that they have these extremely loud, ear-piercing alarms that keep going off intermittently at that place.. The sound of those alarms are so shrill and so terrible that prolonged exposure to them would most certainly damage a person's ear-drums. The elevators are of a type that I've never seen before; they're like something from a previous age of man's existence on this planet, and the elevators themselves are wired to set off a horrible super-shrill, ear-drum piercing alarm that goes off for a few seconds while the doors are closing. So this is my only complaint about the place. I would recommend that they install modern elevators, and then relegate all those annoying and quite frankly, extremely unhealthy alarms to the after 10:00 PM over-night hours. I say those alarms are unhealthy because of the potential damage they can cause to a person's nerves and ear-drums, and maybe even the brains too, to a certain extent, when a person has to be there working and packing for 3 hours or more. So I think they should set the alarms to go off after 10:00 PM at night, which would be the "after hours" time period, so that people who come in there to do work in their units in the daytime can have peace & quiet, and be able to return home with the healthy nerves, brains, and ear-drums that they came in with.
