When I got my Uhaul the engine light was on when I started it up . I was concern about it so I went inside to inform them and they informed me that they had just did maintenance on the Uhaul and the workers wasn't able to get the engine light to go out .My option is that if you have this problem to remove it out of your fleet of vehicles until the problem was fix . Over all the service was fine and the customer service was good as well .

Due to fact my reservation were all screwed up. Then it took us 1 1/2 hours to get it all straight and finally left. On my return trip they closed at 7 I had called to say we would be there by 7 to 715 and he said it was ok I arrived at 705. He was still inside. He motioned me over to the door. As he came he told me to check in online. I explained to him because of phone completely dead. I did ask him if he could get on his phone and checked me in. He said he couldn't ., wouldn't. So he left me in this bad part of town ,no way to get ahold of anyone. He didn't explain I will be needing pic of the miles and the truck , and pics of truck and trailer . Then he just left me all alone, no way to call anyone til my ride finally got there. I was scared being alone in bad part of town at night. He didn't offer me a chance to call and see if my ride and when was coming. I cleaned truck up and washer windows. My ride got there. I do feel that Your employee could have be a lil more Helpful or at least told me I need pics to sign equipment back in. I really was left feeling a little let down Due to the lack oh caring for the terrible accident . I did expect better and more personal Personal attention. Joey Grimes

The lady that was at the counter when I rented a U-Haul was dealing with another customer the manager I guess came out they were on their phone he was on his phone it took them a while to take care of the other lady I did not take the rental insurance the lady was nasty trying to explain to me about the insurance however Marco that guy that took the trailer and was very professional and very helping

The lady that helped me was very nice to start with. Other staff members however came up and interrupted us multiple times about stuff that had nothing to do with uhaul or storage. I had ordered moving blankets… they were not ready for me when I was ready to leave. I had to wonder around two different parking areas just trying to put my key in random doors because my truck was in a totally different area then I was told. On top of everything the gas was not at the level that I was told it would be. I went back inside and requested the staff come verify the gas gage was inappropriate, was told to take a picture and I would be able to prove it later and was given no other help. I repeatedly asked the staff to come help me resolve the issue and was basically ignored. I received the text message to verify equipment 10 minutes after I left the property and when I attempted to fill it was told the link had expired.

The check in to obtain the truck before hours was A-W-F-U-L!!!!!!! I doubt you'll post my comments. It took an hour and it still wasn't resolved before the store actually opened. I messed up the entire schedule we had planned. I don't want to be mean but the incompetence was REMARKABLE!

Although it was a smooth rental I was told the fuel gauge was on 1/4 tank. This by itself is an inconvenience to the customer putting the pressure on the customer when replacing the fuel before turn in. In addition, the fuel was actually on 1/8. I had to wait in line for the clerk for another 20 minutes to resolve this. Vehicle should be rented with a full tank.

The car dolly that we rented to go from Port St. Lucie Florida to Jackson Tn was portly repaired in the past. The passenger side lights on the dolly didn't work and The wheel well was rubbing on the tire and ate a hole in the wheel well and carved a valley in the tire 2/3 of the way through the trip. The issue added a lot of extra, unneeded stress to an already stressful move. The dolly should have never been issued out at it was not legal for travel on the roads. I will never recommend UHaul again.

First the check in process was awful. I was Asked the same questions over and over. The women seemed like she had no clue what to do and mumbled under her breath the whole time as if she was talking to someone else. Then the truck we received was horribly maintained. The back door was wide open when we walked up to the truck. Trying to close it we figured out why it was open, the latch was lodged into the top of the trailer and the seal caught in the latch. After figuring that out we started it it sounded like a massive semi truck due to the horrible exhaust leak, my fiancé is a mechanic and even to me it was obvious. When we found these problems we immediately went to the front office and brought up these issues. The only thing they had to say was “Yeah we know, it came to us like that, we don't have anything else though.” And then walked to the back of the office. Once finished for the day and traveling a total of 24 miles we used almost 8 gallons of gas. Averaging THREE MILES TO THE GALLON! That is ridiculous considering we only took two trips to a storage unit with half full trucks. This is our first experience with U-Haul and to say it was disappointing is an understatement. Will try my hardest to NEVER use its services again.

Overall the rental experience was a nightmare. Had to drive 120 miles to pickup the trailer I needed. Then the attendant filled out the rental request wrong . I was then charged more for the rental than expected. Won't be using uhaul again

Poor communication noted. First they could not find my reservation, luckily I had my email confirmation. They did not have my truck at location I booked it at. Had to drive to another location and my reservation had to be pushed back. Then I did not get the rate quoted to me at first (had to advocate for such). Upon return, I had difficulty checking it in after hours as they kept sending verification access to the wrong phone number, so I had to call wait on hold for 30-40 min to be checked in via phone. Then at the end I was charged another day when being told as long as the truck was back the same day or before open hrs. Poor service, even poorer trying to contact SOMEONE.

I requested to pick up in Collierville Tn. I was later assigned to Jackson Tn. That's an hour and a half away. Also selected to return to Buckhead Ga. was then reassigned to some town in Ga. 2 hours away. I made the change and returned to Buckhead. Don't even think about hitting me w some BS fee. Hold time for cust. Service is 30+ min. Not good.

The lady I contracted with stated that if I brought the trailer back a day early (2 day contract) I would not be charged for the second day. She stated she needed it back because she had already contracted it out. I brought the trailer back after one day (1 hr late from orginal contract) and was still charged for a full day. ???????

Reserved trailer and morning of reservation we were told there were no trailers. We had to drive from Memphis to Jackson TN which is over an hour to get a trailer. Uhaul made no attempt to help offset costs.

U-Haul must improve your telephone communication system. I was on hold for a total of 45 minutes before I was able to talk to a person after I had a mechanical issue (battery). That is not acceptable. My strong suggestion is to either train your labor force to act like they care about the customer or to get employees that do.

They girl that helped us (Kiki?) was super helpful but she had to call her manager for help because it wouldn't let her check us in and her manager said I'm busy doing something and she said well I need your help and the manager again said I'm busy and hung up. Which was super frustrating for everyone. Kiki gets 5 stars but the manager gets 0!!! Very unprofessional.

Very very rude workers. They overcharged me on miles , I only went 5. I had to pay for 15. They didnt show me my truck, had to go outside and find it on my own. They had no utility dolly's for rent. My experience was horrible. The woman had a attitude. They were eating chick-fil-a at the desk while ringing me up.
