The access hours should be 24 hours. I work a swing shift and sometimes the middle of the night is my middle of the day.

Van was not ready for pickup & gave me one out of service and had an attitude when I went back in to advise it was dead then gave me another which had gas light on & they said has 1/4 tank and had low tire light on As well as reeked of marajuana & I'm a nonsmoking cancer patient & they didn't want to hear anything just told me go in the app & add whatever which I couldn't because the 1st van out of service was showing and before I left I was made to leave my car registration, passport or another important document to ensure I will return vehicle. I was suppose to pick up van at noon to go & pick up a hospital bed for my dad who recently had a stroke leaving him paralyzed I was on a time crunch & never got out until almost an hour and because I was 19 min past closing coming back despite still making it back by 6 but they closed at 5 they charged me additional $20 & I had to go back the next morning to get my car registration they made me leave & had a few questions & as the woman ate her breakfast was told they will look into it later. I have rented from uhaul to move & move my children to & from college & never have been made to leave an important document in there possession that's what a credit card on file is for and to want to discuss waving the $20 fee because it was their fault it took an hour to finally get me in a truck or I would've been back and I brought truck back with 1/2 tank instead of with gas light on and took screenshots of the difference in miles but staff refused to discuss the discrepancy and the fact my account was in overdue status because they never took the out of order truck out and I wanted to be sure I wasn't being over charged and the clerk continued to eat and wave her hand with attitude letting me know just leave already nobody is dealing with me. Never have I dealt with that level of unprofessionalism in my life and my son is a driver for UPS and when keys for 1st van given and completely dead he was trying to hold his composure due to the way they were treating me and we were on a tile frame and by them not doing their jobs I was late and overcharged extra fees and not given the opportunity to go over the charges with anyone because I was refused that right by staff

Eric S1. please spray Febreze in cab; stunk of smoke. Truck was also screaming for an oil change. It was saying it was required/necessary. 2. make it larger on your website that your car registration or passport are needed when checking in. I can't read fine print even with my glasses. And that should be a large display on your website.

Sean K | Overall ExperienceJanelle was very helpful. The online system was not allowing me to book my rental so I called and she was able to get me into a truck within 30 min. I got there and their system was down; which explained the online issue; due to the weather the night before. But she did everything she could to make reserving the truck I need seamless. I truly appreciate her kindness and promptness with this matter as I was already on a time crunch and didn't need anymore delays. Thanks again Janelle!!

Charles DI was delayed by almost two hours because the system was apparently down. It seemed at first that there was nothing about to be done and I would be stuck without a moving truck, however, after much persistence your agent agreed to call the help line and get service established. At this point I and several other customers were able to get our reserved trucks. For my trouble I was given a coupon for one free month of storage unit rental...I have no need for a rental unit.

Marcus sI was shocked when I went to pick up the van I made a reservation for and was asked to leave my PASSPORT or Vehicle Registration! How dare you ask for something that tangible and personal. I have a valid drivers license and a valid credit card. I cannot imagine leaving my Passport or Vehicle Registration as collateral to rent a van. I rent from Hertz on a regular basis and I've never been asked to leave personal sensitive documents as collateral. The fact there is NO disclosure information on your website concerning collecting collateral before the transaction can takes place speaks volumes as to the ARROGANCE of this company. If you're concerned about your vehicle's not being returned put a tracking device on them. Leaving my personal passport information with complete strangers is not something I'm willing to do especially in this day and age of hackers, identity theft , and AI. If I can at all avoid renting from UHaul in the future I will avoid this company! A horrible experience, Not with your employees your policies!

A truck that didn't die at stop lights or lurch forward too close to the car in front of me? Flat out dangerous!!!

Lance HI didn't stay long at this location but when I walked to the counter for information on how I drop off, the people at the desk seemed a little lost. They weren't rude but I found it strange it took one of them a second to give me helpful information.

We ended up unloading where she said WE couldn't but others were unloading there when she told us we couldn't. She was just unfriendly and unhelpful. Acted like she didn't want us there.

Then when we pulled it in we couldn't open doors to unload trailer. She then told me to back up and unload where I had truck parked to begin with. She had told me I couldn't park there to unload. Even though several other clients were unloading in the same area. The guy that unhooked my trailer couldn't have been more helpful. He was as good as it gets. Office staff not so much. Embarrassing in the big scheme of things.

Charmaine FWe were told the trailer would fit our needs, it would have except you welded barrier's on the back by the tailgate that shortened the width by at least 2 feet, so we paid for a trailer, brought it home only to find it would not work for us at bc all. We took it back and were just out the the money we paid, we still had to find a trailer to haul our zero turn lawnmower. No good recommendation at all.
