They'll overcharge you in a heartbeat! They only ever have 1 person working so the person is exhausted and the customers are all ways irritated because they've been waiting for so long. It'll be burning hot outside and you have one dude running back and forth between they yard and counter about to drop from heat exhaustion. Never waste your time with the U-Haul website. None of the information you put in makes it to the store. It just causes more confusion and delays. The "cut time in half at counter" is total BS. You just give them in info twice. I assume for some dubious marketing strategy. I feel bad for the guys working because they clearly have a shit-tastic employer. Several have told me about the great opportunity working there is because they get their fork lift operators license and ability to fill propane. I guess their boss makes a big deal about that and neglects to inform them all the fork-left dealers in town offer free training - it lasts about 4 hours. I'd bet the propane suppliers do the small.

Asked for a truck early in the morning, was told it wouldn’t be ready until 11am. When I called to ask if we could get it earlier they told us it would actually be 2pm before we could get it. We did get to get it at 11 but it was a stressful run around.

I was told that I would receive a refund on my order of some sort. The drop off area said no refund. When you are told one and something else happens

I wish I had gotten the mans name that was rude and only said, “Get out of the truck” to me twice. My paperwork has Keith Jones on it, so that must be his name. He was not friendly at all. I don’t even think he said, “Thank you.” The college student that was in training was so nice on the other hand. I will never go back to that location, nor would I recommend it.

Very bad customer service. Very rude and was rude to my children as well. (Both Hollywood blvd and old hickory location) went to old hickory blvd first was told he didn’t have anything for me and they were trying to close so I went to Hollywood blvd and again very rude and I felt this was race related. The guys name at Hollywood blvd was Keith...Will use Penske next time

Terrible customer service from two locations. My husband had to calm Uhaul multiple times for help on a simple trailer reservation which was complete with express check in even.

The agent at this location came off to me as very rude. To his credit, it was very hot, and he was working alone. However, I find customer service and satisfaction trumps everything. This is what I tell my employees. The equipment suited my need in every way. The store was clean, but I would say that customer service on site will point me to other Uhaul locations in my city.

Was charged extra rented a trailer for 1 day returned it early and charged for late fees call about it was told that I was lying and that they will review the security footage and call back. Waited all day for a call never got one called store before it closed and said he contacted corporate and they will call me tomorrow to refund me. Will never use Uhaul again

Staff not really willing to help customers. Didn't go to any effort to really do anything. Didn't help attach any equipment or to help guide in when returning it. Just stood there and did nothing. Will not go back to this location ever again. I will drive twice as far to go somewhere else. Not a good experience, not my first rental.

The store clerk was extremely rude! Both to me, and to someone else coming in. His attitude was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Will make it a point to avoid this location all together.

The personal was rude and acted as if we were bothering him. When we tried to explain that one of the dolly’s was from a different location than where the truck was picked up, the man brushed us off and said he didn’t need all that information. When we asked about certain charges that was added he seemed unbothered and told us we had 7 days to pay before a late fee was added and to call U-Haul.

Horrible despicable customer service!!! Actuallyafter checking in online, , I received 1 min of customer service as I was handed keys after waiting 30 mins. I went to start the vehicle and had return because key wasn’t eorking( which happened throughout our rental)! The ignation/starter must have been going bad so we should have never been rented this vehicle . The man running the whole place, whose pants were not staying up, was not polite, not helpful, nor even spoke more than 3/4 words. As I pulled out in my uhaul, he ran out and instructed me to move my own car. As I jumped out and into my car, he then had no parking place to direct me to and directed me back to my otidinal spot. Meanwhile, my 1 pm rental was now a 1:50 rental, which he did not even bother to offer me the extra time( due to all the inconvenience)!!!! The family behind me was very upset and told him he could at least try to provide SOME SIRT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! He was pathetic and should be fired ASAP!!! He did not want to be working and was s complete jerk to everyone there!!!! If u can’t hire decent people, then close up! I will NEVER RETURN to this location!!!!!

Late opening due to employee calling in sick. Person that came in was not in the best of moods due to having to come in. Truck was not clean, but was told I wouldn't be charged for the dirt. Tried calling to extend time since my time was cut short due to late opening, but could never get anyone to answer and didn't get everything moved that needed to be moved. I did appreciate this location being open on a Sunday tho.
