Make sure the items paid for are in the truck. I paid for a dolly and didn't think I needed to check for it in the truck. Got to my house and went to use it, lo and behold it wasn't there. Sat on hold for over an hour to tell them so I wouldn't be charged a missing item fee or anything, and still never talked to a person. 0/10stars on that front. Otherwise truck was great, easy pickup/drop off

I'm sure the after hours drop off is recorded at all times but as a single women dropping off a truck by myself I would have felt better seeing signage stating that. There were two other groups dropping off and a random vagrant walking the parking lot. The distance from vehicle drop off to key drop to my car felt like 1000 miles in the dark alone though it was only probably 40yards. I definitely don't recommend anyone use after hours drop off for those reasons though the actual procedure for drop off was super easy.

Only problem i had was that I couldn't return it through the online app. My drop off time was 10 I have a video of my dad and I dropping it off at 8, after I sat on the phone for 15 minutes with uhaul and my dad was trying to do online return. The video shows us putting the keys in the box and the time it was done. So not to happy with the 20 dollar charge for after-hours use. The gentleman that helped me in the morning was very very nice and explained things very well. My husband served me with divorce papers on my bday so I've been having a hard time. I wish I could have remembered his name because I would like to say thank you for looking at me like a human being and being so patient with me while having my panic attack. I will recommend that location just because he was so nice.

Customers should be told ahead of time that the drop off location was shut down and moved. Luckly it was only a couple extra miles but would have been nice to know. Other then that everything was good.

The site in Jackson was fantastic... The people on the phone not in Jackson seemed very rushed and almost rude.... didn't seem to care about what I needed or understand my needs I went to the Jackson site and John and his team were very very helpful and went out of there way to make sure my move using U boxes was flexible and easy to use.

Let customers know all the hidden charges. Also tell customers there is a fee to use the dolly and blankets. Respond to customer complaints. The store manager doesn't respond to customers calls with complaints.

overall my experience was great, we unexpectedly needed a one way Haul and this was our only option and they had ONE truck available... so - PHEW. the two people inside were friendly and answered all of my questions... really my only complaint/negative experience is that the person wasn't wearing their mask over their nose. Like, really? How hard is it, and if you aren't going to wear it properly then just don't wear it... I didn't say anything, but it was a real disappointment. I wore mine in the spirit of abiding by regulations and keeping other people around me healthy, and it just stinks that they didn't feel any inclination to do the same for me. This really isn't a political thing, it's a health and human thing. Disappointing.

I checked in with the app and I was very disappointed to find out the location and the location's computer system wasn't using their end of the app. Checking out my rental was a very cumbersome process.

I would recommend this place to a friend, but tell them to never call because no one ever answers the phone. I spent going on 3 hours trying to cancel my storage unit because i didn't have the time to go over to the office. They were friendly when we were there, otherwise it was like they never existed.

I have a half inch gap in my sternum with over a dozen broken ribs which make it hard to breath anyway. Your strict mask policy left me clinging to the light post out front gasping for breath, thanks for that assholes, i should call the feds for abusing the handicapped.

Manager John Collier was rude. I will never recommend this location to anyone. I informed him of my health condition and my certificate from my doctor stating I can't wear a mask for health reasons, he insisted I wear one or I couldn't pick up the truck I reserved. He berated me in front of other customers, causing me embarrassment.

was charged an additional $20 because i didnt close the rental via cell phone, the truck was turned in early, the truck was turned in the same location as three weeks ago, but was still overcharged, called the facility for an explanation was put on hold after 17 minutes of waiting i terminated the call......very frustrated with u-haul, i have rented four trucks over a short period of time and this was the final insult, the high overcharges will force me to go elsewhere.......

Gave us a truck that had electrical taped battery cables could not get truck started. Called the 800 number waited for 20 minutes before anyone would even answer. Very poor customer service

The staff was not very polite.They were extremely busy but, were Almost rude to the Clients. The only reason I would use them again is if I needed Sunday rental again . I have used this location before and had same issues with the same staff member.

This was the worst vehicle I have ever driven. It had horrible suspension and brakes, there was truly excessive play in the wheel, the engine sounded horrible when accelerating, it smelled like cigarettes, the steering wheel and seats were sticky, and there was a cockroach in the back. We also had problems picking it up because the address listed on the website and on google is incorrect.

Staff, at best was business like. Might be due somewhat to MI mask issues and staffing levels. Drop-off area full of vehicles, no easy way to drop-off without using the app. which is also a hassle for an occasional user.

Staff at branch was good however upset with U-Haul and the after hours return. Went to do it and couldn't complete because I was getting a message saying couldn't locate me and turn on location services. They were on and I even shut off and turned back on and it wouldn't work. Very frustrating and I had to return the next day for turn in.

Have a live person answer the phone and not make them wait for fifteen minutes on hold, and have a person at the return isle to check the vehicle in with out making them wait.

when I turned in the Truck I had to wear a mask, having over a dozen broken ribs and a seperated sternum which make breathing difficult as it is, I was left holding on to a lamp post gasping for air, thank you for that.

Speed to check out a appliance dolly should be a quick 2 minute transaction, but felt more like 5 to 10 minutes.

I got 4 difference prices for my rental. Two charges of almost $300 in total to my card and now I have to wait a few days to see what it is they actually take from my card. The physical receipt I was given said $121. After I was printed out receipt my bank read a charge of $196 and then after return I got a second charge for $102 and then a emailed reciept for $145.

They were super busy and having issues with computers. Waited in line for about 10 minutes before we were checked in for my reservation. More staff at the counter may be helpful. But overall both times I have rented a van it has been great. Price isn't too bad. I wish we could just pay 19.95 + gas. I never know how many miles and I'm about 10 miles from Uhaul, so I'm paying for 20 miles just picking up and dropping off and I haven't moved anything yet.
