Matt S.This experience was incredibly difficult from beginning to end. The staff at UHaul was wonderful and very helpful but the larger company system was terrible. First the online reservation system allowed me to make a reservation from 4-7pm when the parking garage where the uhaul vehicles are stored closes at 5 pm. The local staff was very helpful and allowed me to rent the van overnight for no extra charge but this did make my experience way more complicated. I had to find a place to park the van overnight and then take time from my schedule to return it the next day. This is so silly that your reservation system allows this to happen. Then when I returned the van it wasn't recorded in the system so I got multiple notices that I had not returned the van and it was overdue. Also the van itself was in poorly maintained state. Terrible experience all around and unnecessarily stressful. I will not be using Uhaul again

De'Anthony C.We were hoping this would be a good experience as we are neighbors with this UHaul location. We had a pickup time of 7:30. I arrived a few minutes early as I wanted to make sure I was on time with a short 4 hour rental. The hours on the door stated that they open at 7am but the store was dark. I tried knocking but I didn't look like any employees were there. I called a number that was taped to the door and the person on the phone said that she was told someone was there. Finally, around 7:45am someone came in through the back, turned the lights on and unlocked the door. I told her that I was running late now, and she was quick to help me get going. She did not give me any instruction on how to find the vehicle or where I return the vehicle. I figured out the number on the key chain is not the license plate but a small number on the front of the box. Rental went well. Upon my return, I parked the vehicle (10' box truck) where I had seen another 10' box truck parked in the morning. I went to take the key back the storefront. I gave the keys back the employee and told her I parked in Spot 16. She said that the 10' Box trucks need to be parked against the back wall. I said I will note that for next time. She then held the keys out and said "I need you to move it". I walked all the way back to the vehicle and moved it and then returned the keys again. I was late to a meeting that I had yesterday morning. If there is an office in the back that they work in, maybe a camera that shows the front door. There should always be someone in the store during store hours, as you could have missed out on any walk-in customers. As for the return, at the time, I thought it was a little rude and lazy of the employee. Maybe her approach could have been better “I'm the only one here, is there a chance you could help me out and move it for me?â€. Or maybe she could have waited til later and moved it herself. This location did nothing to assist with customer service at all, telling me “there's nothing we can doâ€. The store closed 2 hours early on a week day with no notice when I came to return the vehicle.

It was odd to wait for her to finish finding something for that person when there was a second computer right next to our service station. Upon returning the vehicle, there was no service agent available at the drop off time we had designated. I guess the staff was on a lunch break and locked the doors? This should be noted somewhere at check in or written into the policy that someone may not be available at the time of your check out. On another note, the vehicle was very clean and we appreciated that. Gracias.

No matter if it was filled or not, the truck's terrific handling always stayed the same. But bringing the truck back only to find the store closed early and before my designated drop-off time was disconcerting. Garage closed. The uhaul help line was wonderful. They stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes as I stood on the side of the road. They attempted to reach the store's General Manager. Eventually the issue was resolved. While I would recommend uhaul in a heart beat and its wonderful staff, I would not recommend this particular location for the sole reason of the unknown if someone will be there to recieve the vehicle.

Judith A.I had 2 issues with the ride share function as it seemed unreliable. I rented a furniture dolly but this location had 0 to rent on hand and i ended up needing to buy one! I should not be given the option and have it listed as something i am paying for if its not available. Also having signs in the parking structure about how to get to the actual counter would be helpful. It took me longer than necessary to find the actual service desk as the instructions where unclear on how to get there. However, your associate handled everything very well. Took the furniture dolly rent off my bill and added the purchase. she was extremely helpful and kind. Although even she seemed surprised tlthat the ride share function worked. Over all the location is good, the associate was great, the ride share was not so good.

This made us late for our event as well as we only had a 8th of gas in van to start with. knowing this location had a res- someone should have either called us ahead or send someone to the location of the res. Jared did say sorry when I called him about the gas question. I know it was an unforeseen circumstance but it just put a big delay on our staff. Mahalo!
