I thought the great thing about Uhaul was the ability to do one-way trips. I needed a particular trailer but was told I would have to return it to the same location! I took it because I needed it and then returned it to the more convenient location anyway. Charged double the cost. I was in the wrong for using it the way I needed it, but telling me I can't get what I need without driving it all the way back is a racket.

I used a $19 truck to move my washer & dryer to my new place (total miles was about 7 miles)I told them I would be back in about an hr.I even put $15 with of gas. Well I just checked my bank account & they charged me $120 & the manager asked me if I varified the return mileage on a text message that I never got. I rented a truck last Friday for 24 hrs & it was just $60 but my point was he told me to just return the keys & they would Email me my receipt.So I did the same thing & they messed me out of over $100 because they charged the person that used the truck after me to my account & act like it's my fault.. I want my money back & I'm going to GET my money back.

Well I had forgotten my car keys in the truck and one of the guys there that's helped me out from the beginning of this process, called me right away to lmk before closing for the day and I really appreciate him and how smooth this whole thing went . The truck was dirty in the box. The truck had a coolant light on when I started it. I told the person inside and he just said don't worry about it. He said that they would have to return the truck and then send it to a repair shop. I had to stop on the road to let the truck cool off when driving. The truck had less than 1/4 tank when I picked it up and had over 1/4 tank when I returned it. When I checked it in online they charged me a fuel charge. When I told the guy checking it in, he said I would have to prove otherwise. I told him that I took pictures when checking it out online. He said than you are obviously below what you brought it in at. He was real ugly about it and I did not appreciate it. Bad service, bad experience this time, bad equipment...

Besides moving furniture for others, I'm not sure what else can be done. You're open on Sundays, rates are pretty reasonable, vehicles always clean and well maintained. Above all, customer service is always top notch. Always friendly and efficient....how can you improve.....keep up the good work.

Spoke with owner of Irving store who strongly recommend I file a complaint against the source store. He gave me UHaul corporate name number and told me at the least the source store should have added the antifreeze not have the customer (me) do the maintenance on your truck.

When I was in this location another customer was very angry, rude, and cussed out an employee. That employee then started cussing at the angry customer loudly and told her to get out of the store. It was a very toxic and unprofessional environment. He was cussing loudly even with kids in the store. I would not recommend this location at all.

When I picked up truck this morning it was completely out of gas. Ran out of fuel within 1 mile of pickup location. Furthermore, the AC didn't work. Parking Brake light was also faulty (showed brake was on when really off). Took over 30 minutes to check in during dropoff. Representative on duty did not address my concerns other than: "Someone may call you after I speak with my supervisor"

Trailer wiring was defective at time of pickup. Each trailer tire had 1 nail. Had to wait for a different trailer to be pulled out. To make matters worse, at check out, the front desk attendant took pictures of my driver's license and explained it was necessary just in case I stole their trailer, e.t.c. Really???

Basically we are long term customers with rental history and were not able to rent a pick up truck for a 48 in box load locally because we have no major credit card. We had to rent the 10 foot truck which was way too much for what we needed. Definitely will plan ahead next time to use another service from other companies who will value their customers.

I recommend this location to anyone in and around the DFW International Airport area . They are very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, all with positive attitude and top customer service ! If you have a question they have an answer and they explain everything to you as far what's required to rent as well as the terms and agreements ! I've never used U-Haul before but if I decide to use them again this will be my go to place from this day forward . This location has an ALL-STAR TEAM ....... So if you're wanting the best ! I suggest you come to this location ! Thank you all ........
