The people on the day I reserved a 20 ft truck and tow dolly , told me when I would be called and where in the area my truck and dolly would be available. When i was called by U-Haul I was told that there were no truck for me unless I wanted to drive to Taos New Mexico 4hr away at my expense. I was lucky that I called U-Haul myself and got a competent person and they used their skill to find me a truck in the Denver area not 4hrs away. There is definitely a problem with U-Hauls reservation system.Thomas C.

This location failed to provide the blankets and boxes I had ordered, even though they marked those items as ready for pickup almost immediately. They operate out of a shed in the back of the main building, so don't expect them to actually accommodate any orders outside of providing a truck. The truck worked fine and as was expected except the dolly had been removed, so I had to ask for one before I drove away (I had requested a dolly in the original order). I think I'm lucky they just had one sitting around (it was the only one) or I would have had to complete my move without a dolly.Daniel D.

The trailer they gave me should not have or be rented out to anyone. The guy that loaded or did the install should not have a job. I'm honestly shocked he has his job. It took an hour and a half to do a 15 min job. I almost lost my car because of the poor installation. Offer customers some of their money back as your charges aren't cheap when they have a bad experience.Diana E.

Had a horrible experience at this place. I ordered and paid for two U-boxes and when I got there they only had one. When I asked why all I got was that the moving company said I only needed one. Not sure why a 3rd party was able to call and they release information from my account to someone I did not authorize. My privacy and personal information was compromised. A gentleman in the morning said that if I needed the 2nd u-box that we will look at our options . When I went back and it was determined that I did infact needed the 2nd box to ship my stuff the pm crew was just not having it and rude about it. All I got was "you were refunded your money for the 2nd box already" that was not the point. I paid for two and only got one. A young man working there by the name of Angel Montes when I was asking for options since I still had half my stuff that needed to be loaded to a box the only comment he made to me was "sue us". I sure will make a claim with the Attorney General and I will go on every Consumer Protection agency that I can find and file a claim. Since I can't leave half my stuff behind now I had to go all over the city looking for other options and having to pay more for an error that they caused. Stay away from this place. People working there have no customer Service skills and should not have jobs dealing with customers.Martin B.

U-Haul as a company completely ruined my moving day. You cancelled my reservation when I was told pickup would be available anytime after the pickup timeframe. So we had to reschedule everything. We also nearly lost control of the vehicle- due to insane suspension issues. The entire truck would bounce higher than a gymnast on a trampoline above 60mph on the highway (loaded or unloaded). Absolutely terrible experience with this company. The pickup location was fine. Get your truck fixedChase G.

Seems the location is going through rebuilding phase, pavement for vehicles that aren't trashed, like mines, parking is terrible at best, also the truck I needed, key kept gaining stuck in ignition, I'm luckyi didn't break it, customer service rep was professionalJerry A.

Went to drop off my truck before 7pm with my mom on April 15th and was pretty unhappy with a staff member named Jessica. We waited over five minutes for her to check us in but was ignored and she also allowed another customer to skip in front of us. When we approached her on the situation to ask her why we were ignored and skipped in line. Her reply was.. "she didn't see us sitting in line" and that we were being "rude". Jessica literally walked in front of the Uhaul truck my mom was driving and my car that was parked in the back of the Uhaul. She allowed a gentleman to pull right up park get out of his car to skip us in line. After being in retail for over 15 year's I was truly disappointed. Jessica also charged me $53.00 for being over 2 miles. Let's just say I won't be back to this location or recommend anyone. Totally felt disappointed and disrespected.Racquel W.

Only issue I had was the truck reservation was at a different location from the storage unit I moved in to 4/12/22. When i called in to confirm this the U-Haul representative stated both reservations were at the U-Haul at 615 Havana St. This created a minor i convenience but we made it work. Then when my son was putting my stuff in the storage unit on the second floor he and his friend were stuck on the freight elevator for almost two hours! He called for assistance and nobody came to help them :(zane M.
Location was run out of a temporary box. Truck had major alignment issues. Gas was overstated upon pickup. Wouldn't let me do a one-way despite multiple trucks on site. Prices were high and not as advertised.DAVID H.

The truck bounced so bad that we couldn't even take the highway most of the time so we had to add mileage to go around and when I inform staff they said oh yeah it's due for maintenance which I didn't appreciate and the tires were bald!!! worst experience I've ever had with a U-HaulTAMMY T.
