The entire team was dedicated to providing great customer service. My move was not easy and they were very accommodating to my changing needs. Even when it meant that I had to go to another facility, they were understanding and helped me out. I'd recommend this team to anyone. They helped make up for a poor experience I had in North Dakota. The kind lady checking me back in was so patient with me. I had a heck of a day. Moving is stressful enough. Then when you discover a leak in your basement same day, another large stressor. I don't know why, but I just broke down in front of her. She treated me kindly and offered advice on next steps and who to contact for help fixing my pipes. I don't cry easy, so for her to show compassion towards me, a total stranger... your company needs more employees like her. That's who you want representing your brand. Thank you ma'am!

When I chose the mobile service app do pick up my truck, it told me to pick up the truck at a different location first. Speedys Gas shop. Even in my confirmation notice it stated to be there to pick up the truck, come to find out i needed to pickup my truck at the uhaul facility. Totally confusing and changed our plan for moving.

We have been repeat customers for several years renting a truck every two to three weeks. Kaylin Brown is doing a great job with our rentals EVERY TIME. The truck is out and ready when we arrive with sanitizing wipes in place and the dolly out which is the way she knows we rent the truck. She is friendly and well prepared for us EVERY TIME. The windshield was very dirty inside and out making the morning drive into the sun very challenging. The cargo area was also dirty and had not been swept out. We asked if the cab had been sanitized and were told yes, but then a worker was sent out to wipe it down “again.” It felt like the truck had come in and then just immediately rented out. We rent a truck every three weeks usually with exceptional service. This experience was very disappointing.

Truck needs cruise control and your method of computing milage is off should not had to pay and extra ten bucks

I was supposed to pick the truck up at a location 7 minutes from my house. Instead, I was told to drive 21 minutes to a different state to pick up the truck I booked 2 weeks previously. When I got to the location the truck was in between two other 26' trucks, one of which was parked at an angle making backing the truck out very difficult for someone who is unfamiliar with driving a vehicle of that size. Lastly, the driver side door seal was so bad it sounded like the window was open. Would have been terrible for an in town move but driving 44 miles to a different city was unbearable. Overall dissatisfied with the experience.

Was told there was a “Key” to lock the back but under up having to buy a padlock. The front end alignment desperately needed done oh and most of all ....Tell customers to fold the blankets to avoid being charged $28 for a “cleaning fee”, when I called I was told “it's on the back of the van”. We are doing a second leg of our move and will NOT use uhaul.

Two things, my gas tank was 1/4 full! So had to go to the gas station right away. When people are moving it would be better to have a full tank. Also I paid for an appliance dolly and got home to load up and they hadn't put it in the truck so had to go back. Moving is stressful so those two things caused extra stress

The man who gave me the rental exaggerated the gas by about an 1/8 of a gal ( about $15). Had I not taken a picture of where the tank was when I left he would've screwed me over. The gentleman who check me in upon return was great. He was very nice and accommodating and I liked him immediately.

We were told by the representative that we were overcharged for mileage and she would process a refund to my credit card, but then we received our email receipt and no credit was given and I also confirmed with my bank it was not done. So we will now have to call again

The Council Bluffs location was amazing. The guy inspecting my truck was professional and helped us get the stuff out of the back of the truck and then when I went inside to get the receipt the two ladies in there were amazing. Very clean facility very accommodating I would recommend this to anybody renting a U-Haul. U-Haul came to my rescue when I needed them the most so I would recommend U-Haul to anybody. I am very grateful for what you guys did for me and I appreciate everything it was my time of need I was on vacation the engine blew up in my car and you guys were there for me and I cannot thank you all enough.
