The employee at this location was super rude and failed to provide the utility dolly. Also the location had no dropbox or key slot so I had to wait almost 3 hours over the phone to get instructions on how to drop off the key!LEANDRO Q.

The staff was very nice and helpful. It really felt like everybody knew what to do and how to make things go quick and smooth through the whole process. The only thing I would recommend is to check the starter on the van I rented. I was having trouble getting it started a few times. But that has nothing to do with the staff. They were great.SHAUL K.

I was quoted $45 for an estimate of 10 miles at the time of rental and then I only used 5 miles so I was expecting a charge of $40 on my credit card. I was met in the parking lot by an employee on my return who rushed me off the lot, said I was â€œall setâ€ and that they would email my receipt. I just looked at the receipt and I was charged a bogus $25 cleaning fee that I was never told about. I was in the truck for a total of 35 mins and moved a washing machine with it so I'm really baffled at what â€œcleaningâ€ needed to be done. It was a raining and the truck was covered with dirt and leaves when I got itJARED H.

Your employee at the desk on (Sunday)be a little more professionalâ€¦. I was not greeted because he was too busy on his cell phoneâ€¦. I came in and told him I'm dropping off warlier than my contract and all he said was where is the key and told me I'm all setâ€¦. I asked for a receipt and was told you'll just get an emailâ€¦. I asked about the refund difference and he said just look at your receiptâ€¦. So not professional at allâ€¦. Make sure there's someone there to open the store st 7am, the employee had to open at 715 and caused me to be late over the day. I didn't get out of uhaul store until after 745. Killed my day. I wasn't the only one there were 4 other customers waiting to get in.JOSEPH L.

I'm not sure about all the trucks but my truck was not in great mechanical condition. It’s Unprofessional to have an unprofessional teenager attend to adults whom have no mannerism! Secondly your company never answers their phones! EVER! Third, when booking on line you refuse to show pictures or details of the storage units. For example. I never knew there were top and bottom storage units which is very dangerous btw! I booed online for a unit to store my sofas and of course (without any knowledge or information) it just so happened that I was given the top unit. How do one manage to store sofas on a top unit locker? To top it off there were no more units available. So o instead had to go to another storage facility which is called Extra Space Storage. I even recommend Uhaul’s staffs to utilize them! Extra space staffs are professional, helpful quick fast and easy! I will NEVER use Uhaul again! EVERTANIA l. | First Impressions
