I went with u haul because they were cheaper than Penske but next tim I will pay the extra money and go with Penske. Both times I used u haul, I had to wait, they were not there on time like it said for pick up. I felt the equipment was not the best for an 11 hour drive , all over the road. Clean house in the hunters creek location and retrain employees to do their jobs and be friendly. It is unfortunate and shocking that even some of the management at this location is clueless and unwilling to do things when and how they should be. Highly recommend for leadership to seriously begin screening phone calls and performing mystery shops to their staff members so Uhaul can become aware of the horrible customer service and comments that are being said to customers nationwide and include their 3rd party affiliates in the audits as well.Meralex A.

We paid extra for our car to be loaded onto the car trailer. They would not put the car on the trailer just strap it down. Then the staff member told me to move the car forward as another one said he was getting wood to help my car. I did not know why the other staff member left do I listed to the one who told me to move forward. I asked for a phone call before they started installation about the location of the hitch, never received the phone call, we stated that we needed to leave town and to let us know as soon as the car was done never got a phone call we show up to pick up the car and will waiting inside the show room for 20 minutes before someone helped us, it was a young lady named SonielySitting in a chair at the counter she told my wife and I that she couldn't see us I suggested that she should stand up to see if she can help any customers she did like the comment and got rude and nasty to us totally unprofessional she explained us that there was a shelf in her way we didn't appreciate being talked to the way we wereAndrew I.

When I took the truck the gas tank was in a half level, so I was told for the attendance about it, but I don't take care of check the paper and I took a bad foto of the level. Before arrive again I filled the truck up until the level I received it... But in the U-Haul location they complain about the level of the tank and asked me why I haven't took a right foto !? This was absolutely amazing ! Why? I/me as a customer have to take a foto of a gas level !? And also I don't know why they gave me a truck with a half level and in the paper indicated full level !?... It was a very frustrating moment for me...LENIN T.
I used a cargo van for 21 miles and i spend 4.7 gallons of fuel it up. when I complain about . they said cant do anything about. and I used the vehicle for 3 hours and they want me to paid $ 40.00 extra because the system have me for 2 days. what a rip offJUAN G.

All of the staff was very friendly, service was very quick and location was great. There is a Cracker Barrel and Target within walking distance which was great for passing the time while we waited for our hitch installation. I arrived on time to return my rental truck but was stuck on property for 25 min because the uhaul app didn't want to accept the correct odometer mileage number all due to the fact the app couldnt upload or accept the photo. Had to log into my web browser to log into the uhaul page to upload the photo and complete the steps Not sure why you guys have a app.Erick F.

Vehicle given had 1/8 of a tank full of gas when they told me it had 1/4 tank full. Dash board indicated a bad fuel cap check which I could not resolve. Then during trip check engine light went on. Cargo door jammed when fully opened. Had to use hammer to release. Not worth the big bucks shelled out for a few hour rental.Gregory P.

We rented a 26' truck. It had a pretty good front end wobble and it had not been swept in quite a while. It also had 1/2 a tank of fuel. When I returned it, it had a 1/4 tank more than when I picked it up. Why don't they require people to fill it when returned any more?CHARLES B.

Great service and clean equipment, however, please be mindful when renting an appliance dolly to customers. The dolly they gave me had a red tag "needs strap" so it was completely pointless for me and caused me to pay an extra day for the truck because I had to move things by hand.VERONICA D.

The facility is clean and the hours of access are great. Most of the time there are no carts immediately available for transport and the unit, although spacious, cannot store some of my items because the hallways leading to it have corners that are too tight.Evan B. | First Impressions
