The service was less than exemplary. The first truck had a tire pressure light and the AC didn't work. The second truck went about a mile and then the tire pressure light came on. Both trucks were dirty and clearly Hadn't been touched from the last renter. At time of return, I brought up the issues and the employee was apologetic, but didn't offer an sort of resolution/compensation.bryan S.

The trailer was dispatched with 1 tire at 32 psi (65 psi cold required). I asked the attendant before we left if the tires were serviced properly and was told they were. This is a very common issue in my experience as 3 of the last 4 trailers I have rented have had either low tire pressure in 1 or more tires or tires that had bad cupping. 2 of those rentals resulted in tire failures on longer trips.Adam S.

My UBox was misdirected in the online tracking system. It took several hours and multiple calls to UHaul's main number to finally track it down and confirm its delivery and its storage location. Chat representative, Bethane, was instrumental in helping me to locate my UBox in Hunter's Creek. She went above and beyond to get this resolved. The Hunter's Creek manager, Chris Fisher, went out of his way to help me locate my UBox at his site, even though the online system still stated it was in Clermont. He reassured me that my belongings would be safely stored at his facility until I requested delivery. He gave me his contact information and made sure everything was delivered when I needed it to be. I am very satisfied with customer service from Hunter's Creek UHaul. To improve for the next customer, I recommend that UHaul upgrade its online system and/or repair glitches to properly keep track of UBox shipments.karen B.

Nobody explained me that i will receive a txt with a link to check any difference with the contract. When I returned home before departure, I noticed the link but it was already expired. In fact the contract indicated a full tank of gas while it was not totally full. I took a picture with the time of the pick-up. U-Box was a day late arriving from Minneapolis, discovered broken coffee table when we opened U-Box, shelving units were gouged up and no trailer was available for local movers to deliver U-Box to final destination for unloading. U-Haul staff claimed they didn't receive notification/order from "Moving Help". U-Haul Customer Service said it wasn't their problem. They suggested I cancel the Moving Help order and reorder with them again online. U-Haul Customer Service was totally worthless. Local movers went above and beyond to locate a trailer elsewhere and complete the delivery/unload later in the evening despite the non-existent coordination between U-Haul and Moving Help. I'll NEVER use the U-Haul U-Box option again.DONALD W.
Horrible. Although the man who removed the trailer from my hitch was timely, he was on a personal call and didn't acknowledge me. When I asked about a return of equipment receipt, he stated I'd receive it shortly via email. After waiting a day, it never came, so I went back to the location and asked for a receipt. The equipment was returned on 11.13.21, but the receipt stated I returned it on 11.14.21. The guy who gave me a receipt was slouched on his chair and acted like he was doing me a favor. Waited a bit to be served but, it was really busy. Daniel was awesome. He found the hitch receiver that I needed at another location and had it transfered to my location in time for my trip. All of the heat from the engine was coming in the cab from underneath the dashboard. It was 110 degrees the entire time I drove this truck. I would not recommend using this truck ever again.Christopher H.
Make sure they are aware of the charges on there card and advise when the item is returned the hold charge will be adjusted and removed and your bill will only reflect the rental charge. So when they get there CC bill they dont have a stroke :)LORETTA S.

The guy receiving the truck here was extremely rude and not helpful at all. As soon as we arrived, without any greeting or any instructions for us, he went to the back of the truck to move the dolly and other equipment out and to count the pads while we were standing there not knowing what we needed to do or what we were waiting for. As he was throwing things around in the back of the truck we asked him what we needed to do. He THEN just went out of the truck and started to check the gas and mileage. Then he said "you are good" in a very rude and dry manner. I walked away and left. Today I received my credit card statement to find out he charged me for an additional day and insurance, an approx $80 over what I should be paying. Now I'm seating on the phone waiting for someone to help me rectify this situation. I was expecting better from an exclusive Uhaul location. Huge disappointment on the guy who processed my return and his malicious and deceiving service.Rosana D.

The person who attended me told me that the truck had 3/4 the GAS TANK and it was true, BUT AT THE MOMENT OF DELIVERING THE VEHICLE I GOT IN TEH FINAL BILL THAT THE GAS TANK HAD 7/8 GAS, I HAD TO PAY the DIFFERENCE, I TRUST WHAT SHE TOLD ME, THAT HAPPENED TO ME BY TRUSTINGFRANCISCO R.
