Went to office, not acknowledged, young guy legs, oncovered did not look up. Acted like I was bothering him, banged on computer, told me what cost would be and it was wrong. Told me I better get insurance driving to Ga. He would not itemize bill for me to view, did not give me moving pads, I had to drive back 20 mins. To get them, never apologized either. Been a while since I've rented a U-haul. But, when I checked-in the truck the guy didn't get up. He just ask me for the key and said that was all that was needed. did not ask my name or anything. I didn't even get anything to prove that I had turned in the truck. I told him that the truck leaked when it rained and some of my stuff was ruined. His response was that the trucks are water resistant but not waterproof and that was normal if caught in a hard rain. Bottom line is that the guy was not rude but, just didn't seem to want to do anything. Not wanting anyone fired but, maybe a lesson in customer service is needed. Thanks iRON C.
The individual who helped us with the drop off was helpful and documented the multiple issues I experienced. He advised me on the beat ways to get in touch with customer support, I was disappointed that the payment could not be switched as the first attendant did not confirm which card was being used and now I have the truck on the wrong payment form than I wanted to use.Kyle K.

Had a Reservation to pickup truck at 9:00. Nobody showed-up to open the location until 10:38. The person that did show up had a bad attitude because he had to be there. The truck's motor sounded like it was about to throw a rod. I will not return to this location nor recommend it to anyone.Paul S.

Pick point: US19 & NY Ave (William) did not smart phone to complete transaction. Didn't know about Military or LEO discounts. Didn't pre inspection my equipment at time of reservation. 10 days later at pickup told me if trailer lights didn't work couldn't rent. Well the right turn signal didn't work. The reason why I am upset is that they charged me a charge for gasoline that did not correspond to me because I delivered the vehicle with the same level of gasoline that was purchased. I told your staff to check the vehicle before I left the place and he told me that everything was fine. I asked for my final receipt and he told me that they would email it later. then I receive a charge on my credit card more than what was agreed for the level of gasoline. When picking up the truck the customer service agent complained about customers and when it came to my information the CSR turned his key board towards me and asked me to type my info out myself and when I dropped the truck back to the same location, we waited for an hour for the agent to open the office just to check the truck back in. The office was supposed to be open at 9:00am on 3/13/22 and the CSR agent didn't show up until 10:00am and have to wait additional 10min for the agent just to open. When I was on way back to the drop off sight, the stabilizer tracking service light came on. The inside of the truck cabin smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Very disappointed with the service and the condition of the truck.JOHN L.

Experience at this location was fine, but they moved my pickup location without telling me so I showed up to the wrong pickup site that was closed that day. There's nothing at the site can do but your website most definitely! I reserved a cargo van using my debit card and the reservation took but when I arrived at the location I was informed that a debit card could not be used to rent it. My issue is if you don't allow a debit card to be used to pay for the rental then the reservation should not have been able to been made using the same card! Nowhere on the website did it say that a credit card had to be used to rent a pickup truck or a cargo van. If I had known that ahead of time I probably would have gone elsewhere like home Depot they rent trucks by the hour as well.VICTORIA M.

I ordered a 6ft x 12 trailer online picked up at 5:00 got home tried to load a side by side but the back of the trailer is not truly 6 ft wide its more like 4 1/2 so it wouldn't fit I immediately called the location and explained the problem and asked to trade for a car hauler the guy said if you can be here in 5 min I said I can be there in 10 and he said well I'm not waiting ,we made it there in 7 min and he was pulling out of the driveway he did not stop so we ended up having to borrow a trailer from family so we paid 140$ for a trailer that we could not use ,very poor customer serviceMARY K.

TJ, the intake customer service rep was terrific. Friendly, helpful, and efficient. My complaint about my experience was the unit, not the staff. The unit had a sagging ceiling liner that was clearly old, moldy and possibly had water pooling and ready to drench my belongings. The unit smelled terribly of mold and was clearly in need of an update. I’m on a very tight budget, we get to uhaul and they tell me they don’t have the storage I reserved but only have bigger size. I didn’t reserve bigger because I can’t afford more than $90 a month. I just love the hospitality I get each and every time I rent from this location. Kat is the on site manager at this U-Haul. She has been with the company well over 10 years. She is very knowledgeable and certainly knows what she is doing. She takes her time explaining everything you need to know. Her job is far from just office work. Part of her job is to hook and unhook trailers, inspect trucks coming and going, maintenance on the Uhaul trucks and trailers as need, load and unload storage boxes with a forklift, fills propane tanks, ordering products, inspect the property, and storage units, customer service and much more. But most important she always makes sure her customers are first and foremost. She Makes sure they each and every customer is completely satisfied before they leave the property. Thanks Kat. I love dealing business at this location. Your employee Kat is amazing. I meet her years ago at the U-haul on 52 in Hudson location. Kat always takes time to explain anything to me. She always make sure that the customer is the most important person. She is very well mannered. Her store inside and out, impressions me. How very clean it is Everytime I've rented either a storage unit or a moving truck, they are super clean. Kat is very professional and so very awesome at her job. You can tell that she doesn't just work there for the paycheck. She takes pride in her job as manager of any of the U-haul stores she has managed. She treats everyone like the way she wants to be treated. With the up-most respect. I can't tell you how much I myself personally love going to her store and see that happy face. She knows what she is doing. She understands people concerns, comments and complaints and she deals with them in a timely manner.
