One of the workers jackknifed my truck with a uhaul truck and immediately got out of the vehicle and said it was my fault, I was at a dead stop and he was speeding inside of the parking lot. Biggest thing to improve would be, take ownership of your mistakes and slow down in the parking lot and maybe a refresher training on having to take wider turns when you're in a big vehicle.Christian S.

It takes over an hour to get a costumer representative on the phone - staff is rude and unprofessional at every location. Maintenance equipment is unorganized, and poorly maintained- the AC didn't work, and there was a flat tire on the car carrier. They did not have the items we reserved weeks in advance so we had to drive to multiple locations over an hour away. Will never use or recommend this company again.John D.

Please treat your vehicles there are lots of roaches in the van. It's not the first time I have encountered this situation which I reported prior. vehicle doesn't smell very good. Ensure your vehicles are locked at nights as this can be a â€œhomeless â€œ person bed.Diana L.
Reason for this review is that this location is understaffed. I was there 40 min just to pick up a trailer, there was only one person at the counter and 5 of us in line. While person at the counter was using the computer the internet/system was not even properly workingOscar P.

I made 3 changes of vehicle within hours of my reservation. First 2 vans were infested with cockroaches, third vehicle made an odd noise and had strange pulling during the drive. Could not complete my rental and was forced to just cancel the reservation altogether. So disappointed I was stuck with fees, although they were minimal, being that I was caused such a huge inconvenience in having to go back and forth to facility.Nubia L.

pick-up on Sunday was a disaster only two people appeared to be working over a dozen customers waiting for service could not get to trailer as vehicles parked in the wayWayne W.
We were not able to utilize the truck because the wheel well extended up into the interior of the cargo area. We needed the interior of the cargo area to be completely flat to load palletized material. We returned the truck just a few hours later after determining this and had to cancel the entire transport and trip. First I called to confirm my arrival from Key West to the Homestead location. The person answered the phone asked how they could help me. I told them what I needed. There was dead silence for about 15-20 seconds. I asked if they were still there and she rudely replied. Give me a minute, I’m looking at something. It would have been proper to respond to my request and tell me I’ll be right with you let me review your information. You all are your own worse enemy. As your staff at the stores are absolutely fantastic, your customer service, follow through, communication, organization, logistics on the phone and everywhere else is the down right WORST! The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. I was on hold for 2 hours and 45 min., transferred 3 times to simply scheduled a pick up for my ubox. You all lost my box. Ran me ragged looking for it. Finally found it ONLY to find out you were holding up your end of the bargain and delivering my box to my front door unless I pay an additional $400! I went ballistic!!!! No way was I paying that, after you all promised deliver was included in my price. No way! So I had to escalate it to a supervisor, who then escalated to someone else etc etc etc. FINALLY with enough complaining I got my box delivered as promised for free. Why did you all put me through that! I don’t need that additional drama! Don’t you realize how stressful MOVING is already all on it’s own! And you wanna add to it!!!! Why?
