The staff should pull the truck out front. I had to do it myself and it was put in a line with other trucks with about 6" between them. It w as almost like they wanted damage to a truck. I will not be using this location in the future

One of the best retail experiences I have had. Leroy was friendly, helpful, knowledgable and prompt. My trailer hitch was installed quickly, properly and the price was excellent. The young lady that works in the store was equally friendly and helpful. The team at this store are rockstars. I won't go anywhere else for a trailer or moving supplies. Thank you!

I would recommend being a bit more realistic on the damage reporting. Thankfully I purchased the CDW upon renting the van. During my rental, I obtained a scratch on a decal on the back door of the van from a shrub branch. The Uhaul representative stated he had to write up a damage report on the "accident" and charged me the $150 deductible. Technically he was correct, a scratch is indeed an "accident". It just seems that a scratch with no dent or damage to the metal or paint exterior would be more correctly classified as normal wear and tear. But, now I know and can use this information in my future rental company choosing. Thank you, Johnny Garrison

The comment does not concern the location, just U-Haul itself. We got a flat tire about 1.5 hrs into our trip. We called the service number and was told that someone would be out in about 75 min. When you are stuck on the side of a highway that seems like a long time. However, when the service person got to us he was unable to help with the tire. We then called U-Haul back and after being on hold for an extended time, we were told it would be another 2 hours until someone would be able to help us. I find this unacceptable and poor service on the part of U-Haul.

Local office please answer local calls. I was unable to have my local call answered by this Nashville (Annex Street) U-Haul Center. I was placed on hold for a long time (10-15 minutes), and then the call was answered by a national call center.

Our storage and drop off was two different locations .... which was a huge inconvenience. We tried to get our storage and drop off at the annex location but they told us the annex didn't do storage only storage was fessler lane which they do and they have units available .... we tried to get our drop off at fessler lane but because of the size of the truck we couldnt but if our reservation hadn't been changed we could have ... it was just poor organization logisticly from a company that is built on the whole concept of logistics.

Not charge people for fuel that wasnt there during the initial check out. Was charged for fuel after talking to the Gm leroy about the fuel level being incorrect when i got into the vehicle. Even showed him a picture of mileage and gas level before i left to ensure that i wouldnt be charged for fuel when i checked back in

I drove <60 miles but was charged for 130miles. Unable to contact actual facility to discuss bc their phone lines were routed to a call center. Filed a dispute thru call center but have yet to hear back from anyone. Makes me think this may be common practice at this location since you can’t actually get in touch with anyone at this location by phone and they don’t respond back and they require your card info up front.

I returned the unit in Nashville 23 hours after I rented it in VA. I asked the attendant---to confirm he would enter the return right then. He said yes. I checked the following morning---I did not receive an email stating I had returned the unit. I called the 1-800 number----they told me the unit had not been returned. I needed to go back to the return location in Nashville. I returned to the drop off location---I found the trailer----I showed the attendant the trailer that had been returned the previous day. I was told there is no credit for returning early. I needed to go back to the rental location in Virginia---and see them.

I have a really good experience until it was time to return the U-Haul. I was doing the 24/7 check in when returning the truck and had a lot of difficulty. Somehow the mileage on the truck was the same at the beginning of the ride and at the end of the ride when returning. It would not let me return the truck and I had to sit in the parking lot calling customer service to fix the issue. Other than that, I had no issues.

The price on my rental changed often. If you care to review it, sometimes by as little as $.50, twice by as much as $26.00. Some of these changes I followed, others, like the check in, I have no idea which I don’t like. Mt Home folks were great, Nashville were busy but impersonal. Overall a good experience, but fix the “ dynamic billing.”

Price quoted via the app did not correlate with in store pricing. Per staff this is a known issue. Only wanted in city usage with 8 miles and the 10 dollar damage protection and was still almost 20 dollars higher than quoted in the app

As soon as we got there the attendant immediately told us we could not return the truck there and that that store did not take returns. We have a reservation on our phone saying take it there. After telling him that he was in a bad mood about it and said fine we will take it. It was one of the more ridiculous customer service experiences I’ve ever been a part of .

There was something not quite right about the truck. The vibration was unbelievable. It felt as though the truck had a flat tire, which it didn't. I don't know if there was a bent axle or what, but it was the worst drive I've ever had in a UHaul.

Charged $85 for a scratched truck bed liner with a comment noted that a heavy object was placed on it. I moved a mattress and a couch BY MYSELF, nothing could have been that happy, on top of that is that I paid to rent a moving truck! Am I crazy for putting a mattress in it? The franchise owner had a brand new Dodge Ram that was just waiting till someone used it for the first time, when obviously I used the truck to move! Customer service there is a joke, the owner should be ashamed of themself.

The 1-800 Uhaul person reserved me a trailer that did not exist at the location, however the manager Leroy Harris was very helpful and competent and found me an alternate solution. Another employee put down the wrong return time and I was charged extra, and again Mr Harris fixed the problem for me quickly and was very pleasant.
